This contemporary, bright Studio, very nicely decorated - Private numbered parking, of the Residence. The Residence is located directly opposite the beach. This Studio is carefully decorated with great taste and care. Located on the 2nd floor, with elevator, of a secure Residence of 4 floors, having no trade on the ground floor.
This studio has a very beautiful terrace of 18 m2, located directly in front of the Mediterranean Sea, having a sheltered place, facing the sea, where you can take your meals. It is equipped with tables, chairs, armchairs, and is oriented: East./South./Where is/; Where you can rest, relax and contemplate with great happiness this rare and exceptional 180 ° panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea, Lavandou bay, on the Golden Islands (Ile du Levant, Ile de Port-Cros ), on the beaches of Lavandou, the Ports of Lavandou and Bormes les Mimosas, as well as on the magnificent Massif des Maures, and admire as far as the eye can see the rocky cut of the Var coast etc.
Facilities: 2 large double glazed windows fitted with electric blinds, air conditioning, heating, flat screen TV, WIFI (free), washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, pillows, blankets, duvets. etc ...
Beds: 2 X 2 beds, in 2 different closed rooms (1 bed for 2 people 140 cm x 190 cm + 2 single beds, 90 cm x 190 cm, bunk, one person).

The car park located in the gardens of the Residence is closed. It is secured by a code to access it, as well as to enter the Residence.

Idéal pour des vacances

Appartement idéalement situé en bord de mer. On pose la voiture sur le parking et tout se fait à pied. De belles ballades en borde mer entre le Lavandou et la Favière. On traverse la rue et on a les pieds dans l'eau😊Je recommande

UNE VUE MER INCROYABLE !

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait. Nous avons trouvé un appartement très propre, très bien équipé (en vaisselle, couettes, chaises longues...). Il est petit mais très fonctionnel. Idéalement situé, proche du centre, de tous les commerces, des balades... Et une vue extraordinaire. La double orientation du balcon est très appréciable pour le vent et le soleil. Face à la mer !

Emplacement privilégié...vue sur mer du matin au soir y compris sous la douche ! Bel immeuble très bien entretenu à deux pas du centre du Lavandou. Logement bien équipé. Quel bonheur de séjourner en front de mer et de faire de belles balades à pied sans utiliser la voiture...

sonnige super lage

Für die kleine Fläche ideale Raumaufteilung und sauber. Grosse Terrasse.alles da was man braucht. Tolle Aussicht, und die Wohnung ist sehr hell, mit Blick über das Meer auf den Sonnenaufgang. Tennisplatz für Hobby Spieler tiptop. Im Herbst läuft immer noch etwas im Dorf. Die Nachbarn sind auch hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Nous avons passé des vacances merveilleuses dans ce studio. La vue exceptionnelle sur la baie du Lavandou est magnifique. Le studio est très bien équipé, il ne manque absolument rien. Nous n´avons jamais regardé la télévision, car la vue du balcon remplace chaque "wide screen" :)

Die Aussicht auf das Meer war hervorragend

Die Vermitter waren sehr nett. Es hat alles super geklappt.Das Parkplatz war auch sicher. Das Gebäude und Garten sehr gepflegt. Nur die Zeit von einer Woche war kurz.👍👍👍👍👍

Tout est parfait.

Appartement très propre, confortable, proche de tout. Et alors, avec une vue magnifique. Et quand vous êtes dans la cuisine, vous avez l'impression d'être sur un bateau. Appartement les pieds dans l'eau. Espaces communs très très propres et à ne pas négliger, la place de parking. Tout est Parfait, avec un contact agréable et très réactif avec les propriétaires. Nous revenons l'année prochaine.

Emplacement idéal

Petit appartement très bien agencé situé dans une résidence sécurisée avec parking privatif, ce qui est très appréciable. L'emplacement est idéal, la vue superbe et le centre-ville accessible à pieds en quelques minutes. Petit bémol concernant le chauffe-eau qui ne permet pas de prendre 3 douches ayant suffisamment d'eau chaude... Egalement prévoir le linge de lit, de toilette et quelques produits de première nécessité : éponge, liquide vaisselle, papier toilette aurait été apprécié afin de ne pas avoir à courrir faire les courses à l'arrivée... Très bonne communication écrite avec les propriétaires. Conforme à l'annonce.

Merveilleux!

L´appartement est idéalement situé face à la mer avec une vue magnifique sur toute la plage du Lavandou. Il est très bien équipé et tout près de tous les magasins. L´immeuble est très propre et le parking fermé idéal. Les photos correspondent exactement à l´appartement et aux vues sur la mer.

studio très propre et très bien équipé avec vue exceptionnelle sur mer

Location en tous points conformes à la description. Quelle vue splendide sur la mer depuis la terrasse et l intérieur de l appartement tout confort!!. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec le soleil qui se lève sur la mer est magnifique. Nous étions 2. Le région est à re-découvrir fin mai (pas trop de monde et végétations au top). Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et conseillons cette location idéalement située.
