Welcome to this attractive villa on the outskirts of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar. It accommodates 6 people.
The exteriors of the house are beautiful. You will enjoy the extensive gardens, a wonderful chlorine swimming pool of 11 x 6 m with a depth ranging from 0.4 to 2 m, a large terrace and a fully equipped veranda with magnificent views of the cost. There is also a barbecue, if you love to organize an open air meals, during the pelasant summer evenings.

The house of 290 m2 is distributed over two floors. The living room is very cozy and well equipped. It features one comfortable sofa, armchairs, a TV-Sat, a large dinning table with chairs and a fireplace. The independent kitchen with gas stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also avialable. The house has 3 bedrooms; two with two single beds each and one with double bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub. One cot and a highchair are available on request. In addition to the en suite bathroom, there is one more bathroom with shower.

The house is situated only 2.5 km from Son Servera, where you will find everything you may need during your stay. In only 1.8 km you can reach Cala Millor, a seaside tourist center, where you can find a variety of entertainment and different beaches and coves, as Sant Llorenc Beach, Cala Bona and many more. In the different bays of the area, you will find tourist boats that take you to visit the entire east side of the island. Do not miss the visit to "Caves of Drach", located in Portocristo, which are a set of four caves connected to each other, formed by the action of the water entering the Mediterranean Sea. It hosts a large underground lake called Lake Martel (Llac Martel), about 115 m long and 30 m wide. There are offered daily concerts of classical music. You are invited to cross the lake by boat at the end of the concert.

Met all expectations

The house was everything we dreamed of! Pool was stunning, and the view even better. We stayed without a car, and it went perfectly fine. You can easily walk to Cala Millie, and if necessary, a taxi back is super cheap. The owners were so sweet and even offered us a ride multiple times. Overall a great experience, and can totally be recommended.

Großes und gemütliches Haus in traumhafter Lage mit super Aussicht!

Viele unerwartete Annehmlichkeiten (frisches Obst, Wasser im Kühlschrank bei Ankunft). Die Unterkunft übertraf in vielerlei Hinsicht in Sachen Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Lage die Erwartungen! Sehr großer Garten auch mit Schattenplätzen und tollem Pool. Bei Ankunft war es etwas muffelig im Haus und die Abflüsse im Bad rochen sehr unangenehm.

A nice place to stay with friends for a week! Enjoy the location in Cala Millor and the beautiful sunrises as well as the panoramic view from there. It's just one hour away from Palma and you can reach the house by car. You will get more than one parking spot. The pool is brilliant and has light when you enjoy swimming in the evening. The area around is pretty quiet and no one will annoy you, so you can be also a bit "louder" if you want to turn up your favorite music ;) There are 6 single beds in 3 rooms plus 1 master bed in a separated room. You will find towels and blankets in the closets. The kitchen is ready to use and you will find more than enough spots to sit and enjoy your stay with 6 people.

ligger fantastisk med flot udsigt til begge sider, se dog nedenstående

Netop hjemvendt fra en dejlig ferie i nedenstående hus. Huset lå lige som vi gerne ville have det – væk fra larmen og med udsigt over hav og bjerge Smiley. MEN når man lejer en bolig til over 20.000 kr. for 10 dage og med den beskrivelse som fremgår på nettet, vil jeg gøre opmærksom på følge som jeg håber I vil tage jer af og som ikke er i acceptabelt fra vores side: - defekt håndmixer i køkkenenet - kaffemaskine der i realiteten ikke virker, da det tager over 1 time for den at lave en kop kaffe - ingen varmt vand overhovedet i køkkenet - rigtigt mange lamper (læs: alt for mange) i hele huset virkede ikke enten pga der ikke sad en pære i eller pga noget andet der var defekt - noget af lyset i poolen virkede ikke - 2 lamper i poolområdet kunne kun være tændt eller blinke konstant når det var mørkt. dvs de kunne ikke være slukkede om natten/aftenen. Om dagen når de var slukkede blinkede de ikke. - brusenichen i det lille badeværelse var utæt, dvs der stod konstant vand i meget af hele badeværelset - samme badeværelse lugtede meget grimt af kloak under hele opholdet - 4 soveværelser og kun 2 ventilatorer er for lidt, når klimaet er som det er og huset ikke har aircondition - der savnedes en el-kedel i køkkenet Hertil skal nævnes, at pga den ringe strømforsyning til huset, er der meget få aparater i køkkenenet (som jeg husker det nærmest kun et) der kan være tændt samtidigt og nok også derfor der ikke er en el-kedel. Med andre ord utilsvarende og ikke i orden ifm udlejning. Pga beliggenhed og udsigt vil jeg gerne anbefale det samt husets størrelse og poolstørrelsen, men jeg vil samtidigt nævne at ovenstående ikke var i orden og prisen for at leje derfor er for høj.

No Go!

OMG wo soll ich Anfangen! Katastrophen-Finca! Das trifft es am besten. Das einzig positive ist wohl der Pool. Da wir aber gleich wieder abgereist sind haben wir ihn nicht genutzt. Als wir angekommen sind stank das ganze Haus muffig. Die Bäder sind abgewirtschaftet, das Klo Becken wackelt beim drauf setzen und beim spülen läuft das Wasser unten raus. Die Bettwäsche roch wie das Hause muffig und war vergilbt.Die Eigentlich wissen Handtücher die auf den Betten lagen waren nicht wirklich weiß. Das War wohl dem alter geschuldet. Die Töpfe in der Küche waren ungewaschen in die Schränke gestellt bzw. in die Abstellkammer. Dort klebte man am Lichtschalter direkt beim betätigen an. Die Kaffeemaschine War wohl auch bei der letzten Benutzung einfach fabgestellt worden. Ich könnte noch weiter berichten, aber dies sollte auch so reichen.

INCREDIBLE!!!

This is an absolutely incredible and beautiful villa! The photos do not do it justice - the house and the pool are huge!!!! There is so much space in the house and outside. The photos do not show that the house is two floors and that every bedroom has access to a balcony - this was a bonus to find out when we arrived. The grassy area outside is kept in lovely condition which made it wonderful to read outside in the shade and warm weather. It is a very easy, straight walk to Cala Millor and the beach. The beach is beautiful - white sand and crystal blue sea. There are many supermarkets in Cala Millor and has everything that is needed for a fabulous holiday. I cannot rate this villa highly enough! There is no doubt that I would return to this villa and I was very sad to leave.
