Wonderful

We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks stay in this lovely villa. The location was perfect, virtually on the amazing beach near Argeles-sur-mer port. The position of the villa also meant that the sun is either on the large balcony or the garden below. Perfect. Everything was as described and the host was very helpful. We will return!

Très beau séjour

Très belle villa bord de mer et proche commerce, avec un beau jardin pour le toutou. Un grand merci à madame gatault pour son accueil très chaleureux et attentionné, nous serions ravis de refaire un séjour !

Très bon séjour

Deuxième passage dans cette villa à Argelès-sur-Mer et c'est encore mieux que la première fois. 15 jours de repos, de plage et de randonnées. Nous y retournerons.

Comfortable clean and near to amenities

Very comfortable, clean and well maintained but nowhere in the details did it state that the accomodation was all on the first floor. Had we known we would not have booked as both my wife and I have problems with stairs.

Maison toujours agréable, ainsi que la région. Bonne communication avec la propriétaire, peut s'adapter et se montrer disponible à nos besoins au niveau des horaires d'arrivées et de départs. Dommage pour nous, car nous avons choisi le mauvais numéro pour le temps, mais nous avons pu adapter nos visites en fonction de la météo...

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Oktober

Schon im Vorfeld wurden alle Mails und Anfrage rasch und freundlich beantwortet. Wir konnten uns problemlos auf An- und Abreisetermine einigen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und wir bekamen ein Willkommensgeschenk und alles Wichtige gezeigt. Auch das W-Lan funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Einrichtung ist praktisch und auch die Terassenmöbel sind gemütlich. Die Lage ist fantastisch, so dass wir mit unseren SUP-Boards in wenigen Schritten am Wasser waren. Auch zu der Bäckerei und den Restaurants am Hafen sind es nur wenige Minuten zu gehen. In der Hochsaison weiß man bestimmt den Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück noch mehr zu schätzen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und bedanken uns bei unserer Vermieterin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Oase am Meer

Ein rundum perfektes Haus. Gut eingerichtet, bequeme Betten, schöne große Terrasse. Der Garten ist eingezäunt. Der Hund hat sich frei bewegen können. Zum Meer sind es nur wenige Meter. Die Gastgeber wohnen gegenüber und sind sehr freundlich. Uns war 1 Woche fast zu kurz.

Perfekte Lage eine schönes Domizils

Schon im Vorfeld war die Konversation mit der Gastgeberin klar, unkompliziert und sehr zuvorkommend. Freundlich war dann auch der Empfang durch Mme Gatault . Vom ersten Moment an fühlten wir uns wohl , inklusive unser Labrador. Wir genossen diesen Blick aufs Merr , die Strandnähe, die Nähe zu den Geschäften, die Umgebung und die Möglichkeit , die Gegend zu erkunden . All die positiven Bewertungen können wir nur bestätigen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Perfektes Ferienhaus am Meer, es war alles wie beschrieben

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, alles was man sich wünscht ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Uns fehlten nur ein paar Liegen für den Garten. Es gab nur zwei Strandliegen, nicht bequem zum ausruhen. Aber sonst alles super.

La maison est magnifiquement située pres de la plage, du port, du centre. Idéal également pour les personnes dépendantes des tranports en commun. Mais surtout, de grands compliments pour ''accueil tres chaleureux et líntérêt des propriétaires. Chapeau et merci!!!

Urlaubsfreuden am Meer

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Fewo und den nahen Strand in Argeles sehr genossen. Frau Gatault hat uns sehr nett empfangen und ist für Fragen schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine sehr schöne Veranda, wo wir immer gefrühstückt haben. Fürs Auto gibt's eine Garage, man kann eine Tischtennisplatte nutzen und sogar ein Einer Kanu. Der Strandbereich, wo man Kanu (auch SUP) fahren darf, ist sehr nah. Es gab sogar WLAN, was zum Buchungszeitpunkt noch gar nicht ausgeschrieben war... Der Hafen mit sehr vielen Restaurants ist nicht weit und als nahes Ausflugsziel ist der schöne Ort Collioure mit kleinen Gassen sehr zu empfehlen. Wir wollen gerne wieder kommen!

Formidable!

La maison est très jolie, très agréable et idéalement située dans le joli quartier résidentiel ancien d 'Argelès. Terrasse bien orientée et clim très efficace. La plage située à quelques mètres n' est effectivement, comme nous l'avions vu dans un autre commentaire, pas surpeuplée (1ère quinzaine d'août pourtant). Port et commerces à quelques minutes. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Return to France

Stayed 1 - 18 June 2022 This was our first chance to return to France since the start of Covid and we were not disappointed. The property was clean, comfortable and had everything needed. Car parking was good, and secure, and the house has an amazing terrace which we used at all times of day and well into the evening. The handover at the start and end of the holiday with Marie-Anne was quick and very easy, everything was explained to us and we were made aware of how to contact her in case of problems, but this was not needed as everything worked as it should. As we stayed during a heatwave the air conditioning in the bedroom was excellent and was especially welcome as some nights the temperature stayed above 30c. There is also air conditioning in the living room, but as we spent most of our time on the terrace we did not feel the need to use this. The house is very well located for the area, very close to good beaches and also plenty of walking, and if you have a car there are plenty of places of interest a short drive away. There are lots of restaurants nearby to suit most budgets and tastes so eating out is not a problem. When we next visit this area we would certainly look to stay in this house again if it is still available. Many thanks to Marie-Anne.

Séjour Très Agréable Hors Saison

Séjour très agréable dans une maison propre et idéalement située. Hors saison, nous avons pu profiter du calme du quartier et la proximité de la plage. Une grande réactivité et de bons conseils de la propriétaire. Merci pour votre accueil. Je recommande.
