Chest of drawers probably needs updating as 2 of the drawers are kinda janky.

The beachy cottage like touches from shells on mirror to tiki roof over breakfast bar, swing benches out front under palm tree as well as outdoor shower for after enjoying the beach made this place special to us. The owners were there taking care of the grounds and very nice to speak to.
We loved the quaint cozy vibe. It was the perfect place for my husband and I for our anniversary get away. The beach is right up the road so it’s just a quick walk or you can go right out the back door and enjoy corn hole and the bar area!
I booked a last minute getaway to Tybee and wanted somewhere centrally located to the beach. The beach access was a very short walk from the Vrbo. The host was helpful and answered all questions related to our stay. It is perfect for couples or a couple of friends.
Great location on the island. Wonderful access to the breach and dining options. Wi-fi was spotty but we were there to enjoy the island mostly anyway. Would recommend.

Great stay in Tybee
My husband and I (28 & 31) stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed ourselves. It was clean and cool with a nice sized bathroom. Access to a clean, quiet part of the beach is steps from the front door - can't ask for anything better than that! We also spent a nice morning walking through the historic neighborhood on the north end of the island and toured the lighthouse. We'd stay here again!!
Communications with them was womderful. They were always quick to answer any question we had. Surfside Seaclusion was the perfect place for our much needed rest. There were absolutely no negatives in our opinion. Anything we needed we could go to Walmart or Target and get. We will be back sooner rather than later. Also, there is a laundromat just across the way.
Location is within walking distance to the beach, shopping, food and more! Beautiful flowers and a real homey feel. Met Pat and her husband. Sweetest people! ♥️

Quiet street, just a short walk to the beach. There are also a convenience store and ice cream shop within walking distance. As seen in pics, it's nothing fancy or modern. A hodge-podge of vintage decor, super clean and cozy. Screened windows in every room allow for great airflow when it's not hot out. The pre-check in process required printing things out to sign, photograph, and send in an email. The owner is very helpful and communicates quickly. Thanks, we enjoyed our stay!
Stayed for 2 nights on labor day weekend. First and foremost, Pat was understanding and accommodating when I was cautious about the reservation in the days leading to Hurricane Idalia. She updated me on the status of Tybee in the storm's aftermath, and was patient to receive confirmation from my party. The location is perfect, it is 200 ft from the beach. The owner has beach chairs, umbrellas, a grill, and outside shower for guests that work well. Shout out to surfside tybee!

Should have been warned about the expected civil unrest the owners knew about.
We enjoyed a nice, quick mother/daughter trip before she returns to college. It was perfect for the two us and so easy to get to the beach. We really did not spend much time inside. The biggest issue was the WiFi not working or it being hit or miss. We weren’t able to watch either TV due to the WiFi and it was really tough to look up restaurants/activities.
This is the second time staying here for a girls beach getaway. The best part is the proximity to the beach, which is great for the price! Property manager was responsive when we had needs/questions. We were even able to get an early check in which was greatly appreciated. Unit is a bit dated, but it met our needs....we just wanted an affordable place to sleep so we could spend our days at the beach. Bed was very comfortable! They also had beach chairs and a beach umbrella for us to use. We'll be back!
Loved how close this was to the beach and it was a quiet street. Bed was comfy and there is a community outside area with corn hole boards, grills, a bar, table with umbrella, and beach items (a wagon, chairs, buckets & shovels, and a tube). There was plenty of ice trays in the freezer so we never had to buy ice, which was nice. I wish there was more counter space in the bathroom since my 17 yr old daughter and I stayed there. The inside shower also wasn't great (water leaked out of the knob, not all went up to the shower head, and wasn't very hot) but we just used the outside shower which was great! Definitely would go back and would be perfect for extended family trip, cuz you each could have your own unit and not be on top of each other!
The apartment is one in a fourplex. It is an older property, but has the basics that you need. I talked to the manager twice on the phone and she was very cordial and wanted to help. The apartment is about 200 feet from the beach, so we walked over twice in the morning for the sunrise. It is close to a really nice park with massive oak trees and bike paths. (It is also about 200 feet from the Sugar Shack, for those with a serious ice cream addiction.).
We brought our bikes and rode to restaurants and the main "touristy" area at the South Beach and the Tybee Pavilion. The king size bed was really comfortable. My only complaint would be that the air conditioner in the bedroom was very noisy when it came on and sometimes woke me up.
Again, the location and ease of getting to the beach and other spots was a major PLUS! Would certainly recommend it for that!
Right after we booked and paid, the host informed us this unit was not available, but another one on the property was. This was fine, but the decor in the pics of the original property looked much more updated. The unit is definitely dated, but well maintained. Location is great, just a very short walk to a beautiful beach. This is definitely the quieter end of the island, and that is not a bad thing! A couple of great restaurants just steps away, and everything else is a very short drive, or Breezy ride away. We informed the host when we were leaving, but never got any response. This was probably the least communication I have ever had with a VRBO host, but I guess it didn't matter, as there were no problems.
