This beautiful chalet provides a luxury, relaxing place to explore the terrific area around Kranjska Gora.

There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a large king size bed with balcony, two further bedrooms with 2 single beds in each. A fabulous bathroom with bespoke bath.

Open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The dining area sits 6. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops.

Another bathroom with large walkin shower.

There is a lower level that is set up as a TV area with flatscreen TV and relaxing sofa. There is also a good size sauna and shower area.

Lovely private garden with terrific mountain views, BBQ area and two dining terraces.

A short walk to a small shop for essentials, and a short walk to the Spik Hotel with bar and restaurant and swimming pools.

Ein wunderschöner Ort für Herz und Seele

Der Aufenthalt war toll. Man konnte viele Touren direkt von dem Ferienhaus starten. Alles in allem einfach super.

Prachtig huisje, super schoon, erg volledige keuken, prima bedden, fijne tuin en mooie locatie.

Wij hebben erg genoten van dit plekje. Alles prima in orde. Wij hadden twee weken 30+ dus blij met altijd een plekje ook om buiten te zitten. Met zes volwassenen bij slecht/koud weer is het huis niet ruim. Prima lokatie als uitgangspunt voor wandelingen.

gemütliche Hütte in toller Lage

Wir waren für eine Woche zu zweit mit zwei Hunden in der Unterkunft. Das Haus liegt in Gozd Martuljek. Es war sehr ruhig dort und wir konnten direkt einen Wasserfall sehen und hören. Man kann zu Fuß in ein Waldstück gehen und z.B. die Martuljek Wasserfälle besuchen. Das Haus hat drei kleine Schlafzimmer. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Es gibt zwei Bäder und eine zusätzliche Dusche im Keller. Im Keller befindet sich zudem eine Sauna und ein Sofa mit einem TV. Der Saunabereich ist schön angelegt. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet. Es war alles da, was man zum kochen benötigt. Oben im Bad wäre eine Ablage schön gewesen. Wir waren zu zweit dort und könnten uns vorstellen, dass es für 6 Personen etwas eng wird. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolles Haus in super Lage

Das Haus war sehr sauber, ordentlich und super stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Zu jeder Seite hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf die Berge und in die Natur, auch einen Wasserfall sieht und hört man direkt vom Haus.

Familienurlaub

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, es fehlt nichts. In den Bäder fehlt die Ablagefläche obwohl da der Platz für ein kleines Regal wäre. In den beiden kleinen Schlafzimmer ebenfalls. Eine kleine Ablage am Bett um wenigstens die Brille abzulegen. Die Lage ist super! Es war ein gelungener Urlaub.

Wir waren zu 6. für 1 Woche in diesem netten Häuschen. Das Haus ist eigentlich für 8 Personen ausgestattet, so in der Anzeige. Aber!! Das ist viel zu eng und klein. Es war wirklich grenzwertig zu 6. Wir sind der Meinung eine 4-köpfige Familie wäre hier gut aufgehoben. Es war alles sauber und total nett. Wir hatten 7 Tage Sonnenschein und konnten somit den Tag draußen verbringen. Bei Schlechtwetter wäre das undenkbar gewesen. Leider hat das Zubehör feie Sauna gefehlt. Unsere beiden erwachsenen Kinder hätten sie gerne mal ausprobiert. Der Außenbereich mit 2 Sitzgelegenheiten ist schön angelegt

Günstigere appartement wären interessant.

In den bäder fehlen boards. Lage einzigartig. Saune wurde nicht benutzt, daher preis teuer.

Nettes Feriendomizil in guter Lage

Im Ferienhaus findet man alles was man benötigt. Um die Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Minimarket (auf dem Campingplatz) wo man das Meiste bekommt, wenn es mal schnell gehen muss. Der Parkplatz fürs Auto ist überdacht, was gerade im Sommer von unschlagbarem Vorteil ist, sollte man nicht bereits 7:00 Uhr morgens Touren in die Umgebung starten. Die Sauna sah gut aus, wurde aber von uns nicht genutzt, es war draußen warm genug. Einziges kleines Manko war, dass die Terrasse dringend geölt werden müsste, wir haben uns mehrere Splitter eingezogen, also unbedingt etwas an die Füsse ziehen. Trotzdem ein angenehmes Feriendomizil. Gern wieder

wundervolles Haus

Wundervolles Haus, das kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Eingebettet in toller Natur (Berge, Wasserfall) und zentral genug, um Städte (Kranjska Gora etc.) zu erkunden. Von A, wie Auflaufform bis Z, wie Zange findet man eine top ausgestattete Küche. Sauna (nicht nötig im Sommer), genug Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen und Träumen. Modern und chic eingerichtet. Der Check-In klappt völlig problem- und kontaktlos (per Code). Morgens begrüßen Rehe, Vögel und Eichhörnchen den Tag und alles lässt sich vom Fenster aus beobachten. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Charmantes Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist einfach nur gemütlich. Hübsch eingerichtet, gute Betten und die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Ein schöner Blick in den Garten und auf die Bergspitzen. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: keine Morgensonne im Garten. Vielleicht ist etwas enger als auf den Bildern, was für uns aber egal war. Uns ist der Abschied sehr schwer gefallen!

Hübsches Häuschen in netter Umgebung

Alles wie beschrieben. Während des Aufenthalts war ein Abfluss verstopft. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung und die nachfolgende Problemlösung lief unkompliziert und zügig ab. Gerne wieder.

Sehr nettes Haus

Das Haus war zwar etwas kleiner als es auf dem Bildern den Eindruck macht, aber dafür sehr gemütlich! Für 6 Personen ist es ideal, bei acht wird es etwas unbequem auf der Coutch im 'Keller'. Aber die Sauna reist es wieder raus!!! War eine sehr schöne Woche!

quality interior. small rooms but lovely. quite near a main road.

This property didn't fit our requirements on arrival as we wanted a secluded rural location. However Justine and his team did everything they could to help us find a property that suited our needs and we went on to have a great holiday. This property is lovely and has been decorated very nicely. It is quite small in the main lounge area. In my opinion Ok for 2 adults and 2 children I would not want to stay with 6 adults and all the luggage that comes with that many people. Good location easy to access lots of walks bike routes and lake bled but not for you if you want secluded and rural.

Heerlijk ontspannen verblijf in een mooie vakantiewoning.

Het was een heerlijk verblijf in deze woning. Erg compleet en mooi afgewerkt. Erg complete en moderne keuken en de 2 goed uitgeruste badkamers met douche cel waren erg fijn. De 3e had een klein ligbad wat op zich niet erg praktisch was. Maar deze badkamer op de bovenverdieping had weer een toilet en goede wastafel wat weer erg praktisch was. De woning is op zich niet echt ruim maar met z'n vijven ging het prima. Enkele kleine minpunten: de loungeset buiten. Deze zat, met de aanwezige kussens niet zo heel erg comfortabel, en het 2-persoonsbed was redelijk hard wat wij niet zo gewend meer zijn en het koffiezetapparaat was een Frans model (drukfiltersysteem) . Maar voor de rest alleen maar lof en zouden we weer naar hetzelfde gebied gaan dan zouden we zeker weer overwegen om deze woning te huren omdat het ook een mooie uitvalsbasis is voor het deze regio in Slovenië.
