Die gut gelegene Maisonette-Wohnung bietet einen hübschen Balkon mit Meerblick. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Wohnungsmanagerin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Herzlichen Dank für den Service!

Amazing appartment with the best view.
The stay in Marciana Marina was close to perfect and the apartment has everything you need. It was clean an cosy. The view from the rooftop balcony is incredible. Unfortunately the internet did not work for the last two days. The only thing that was not ideal is the parking situation. There is no parking belonging to the apartment. A small free parking is close by +/- 100m. As it is the only free parking in whole Marciana Marina and the spaces are very limited. If you want to use your car until the evening you won't get a free parking space when you come back and you will need to pay.

La Signora Giuliana è stata sempre molto gentile e super disponibile con noi. All'arrivo l'appartamento era molto pulito, sicuramente piccolino (in 3 stavamo benissimo, ma non è da più di 4 persone secondo noi) ma c'è tutto il necessario. Come postazione è ottima, tutti i negozi utili sono vicini. Sicuramente avrebbe bisogno di una sistemata in termini di infissi, ma questo non influirà sul sceglierla di nuovo per una prossima vacanza!

Vivre comme les italiens!
Tout n'était pas parfait mais qui attend cela en vacances ? On ne va pas chipoter et nous avons transmis à Giuliana qui est mandatée par Lydia, la propriétaire. C'est vrai que l'endroit est bruyant surtout le matin quand les innombrables véhicules de recyclages passent prendre les poubelles... Mais au moins, c'est bon pour l'île et la planète et la circulation est limitée ! La climatisation n'est pas assez puissante pour le second étage. En revanche, la proximité du centre, des magasins, des restaurants et de la mer sont un vrai plus, tout comme la terrasse. On a vraiment vécu comme les italiens ou les insulaires. C'était un peu folklorique. Forza Italia! @Lydia: Pour les prochains vacanciers, réfléchissez svp à mettre une place de parc privée pour que ce soit moins stressant à trouver une place libre et de réduire le risque de se faire abimer son véhicule comme ce fut le cas pour nous.

Tolle Wohnung mit Meerblick
Alles prima. Schöne Dachterasse mit sehr schönem Blick auf die Bucht. Einziges Problem mit Wasserausfall wurde trotz Sonntag schnell gelöst. Lage war für uns sehr gut. Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles in kurzer Entfernung zu erreichen.

La casa era in una zona centrale ma comunque ottima da raggiungere. L’appartamento in se’ pur essendo molto curato anche nei particolari a mio avviso è troppo piccolo per 4 persone, gli spazi sono ristretti. In generale comunque la vacanza è stata bella

Wunderschöne lieblich eingerichtete Wohnung mit wunderbaren Ausblick auf den Hafen. Alles vorhanden in der Küche um auch mal zu kochen. 2 Badezimmer mit je einer Dusche. Parkplätze in unmittelbaren Nähe. So wie auch Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Habe nichts negatives zu sagen.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage - Betreuung eher unbefriedigend
Ich möchte meine Bewertung in 2 Teilen abgeben. Teil 1 betrifft die Wohnung und die Lage. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten viel Platz in dieser gut ausgestatteten und hübsch eingerichteten Wohnung. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Lage hervorragend direkt am Meer und in dem hübschen Marciana Marina, wo es viele Restaurants und Geschäfte gibt und man sich wunderbar erholen kann. Für dies alles die volle Punktzahl 5 Sterne! Womit wir leider nicht zufrieden waren, betrifft den Punkt "Betreuung der Gäste". Bereits im Vorfeld lagen mir eine Woche vor Abreise keine Informationen zur Anreise (Kann man das Gepäck vor dem Haus ausladen, wie ist die Übergabe , wo kann man parken) vor. Auf Nachfrage wurde ich an eine Verwalterin verwiesen, die zum einen auf meine WhatsApp zunächst nicht reagierte und auch kein Wort Englisch sprach. Nach 3 Tagen kontaktierte ich wieder die Vermieterin, woraufhin ich eine Rückmeldung erhielt. Bei der Ankunft war die Verwalterin pünktlich zur Stelle und übergab uns die Schlüssel, weitere Infos erhielten wir aber nicht, was zur Folge hatte, dass unser Herd, als wir das Abendessen vorbereitet hatten, nicht ansprang. Wir suchten dann die Wohnung nach einer möglichen Gasflasche ab und fanden diese schließlich auch und öffneten den Gashahn und es funktionierte... aber am Abend war die Wohnung von starkem Gasgeruch durchdrungen und die Geschirrspülmaschine funktionierte auch nicht. Ein Techniker konnte die Maschine angeblich nicht reparieren und wir hörten den ganzen Urlaub nichts mehr , weder wegen des Gases noch wegen der defekten Geschirrspülmaschine die für uns ein wichtiges Kriterium bei der Auswahl der Ferienwohnung ist, da wir sehr viel kochen. Es meldete sich keiner mehr bei uns und am Abreisetag fuhren wir ab und ließen die Schlüssel auf dem Tisch liegen, ohne nochmal irgendeinen Kontakt gehabt zu haben. Wir hätten uns zumindest ein Merkblatt mit allen wichtigen Infos auch zum WLAN- Passwort gewünscht. So haben wir das noch nie erlebt. Daher leider hierfür nur den 1 Stern. Sehr schade, da uns die Wohnung an sich sehr gut gefallen hat.

Wohnung mit Aussicht
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen mit wunderschöner Aussicht von der Terasse. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Einziger Minuspunkt es hat zuviel Deko und Ware die überall im Haus verteilt ist. Weniger wäre besser. Auch fehlt ein Ventilator im oberen Schlafzimmer !Die Klimaanlage kühlte nur den unteren Bereich.

Toller Aufenthalt
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf Elba. Wenn man den dritten Stock erreicht hat, findet man eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit einem kleinen Balkon und einer Dachterrasse mit einem grandiosen Ausblick auf den Hafen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Lage ist zentral in einem kleinen Ort mit vielen Restaurants, Geschäften, Supermarkt usw. ., alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für uns optimal! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen, vielen Dank !!!

Gemütlich mit toller Aussicht
Gemütliche Wohnung im OG ohne Aufzug, dafür aber gemütlich und mit Balkon zum Meer mit toller Aussicht. Im Dorf alles leicht zu erreichen Restaurants, Supermarkt etc. Unkomplizierte Handhabung bezüglich Schlüssel und Übergabe. Für uns mit Schwerpunkt Wandern und Baden ideale Ausgangslage. Wir haben hier eine tolle Woche verbracht.

Magnifique appartement dans un emplacement privilégié!
Petit village animé et pittoresque avec un très large choix de cafés et de bons restaurants. Nous étions pour la deuxième fois à Marciana Marina et avons encore passé des vacances merveilleuses et reposantes. L'appartement est vraiment fantastique, très spacieux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût et d'amour. Nous avons passé de nombreuses heures sur le toit-terrasse donnant une vue imprenable sur le port. Magnifique. Un petit inconvénient: si vous arrivez après 13h00 (zone sans voiture), vous ne pouvez plus venir à l'appartement en voiture.

Appartamento molto carino a due passi dal mare e dal centro della bellissima Marciana Marina.
L’appartamento è esattamente come è presentato sul sito. Il terrazzino presenta una vista molto suggestiva sul mare e sulla piazzetta di Marciana Marina (proprio dove tra maggio e giugno viene montato il set per le riprese delle puntate dei “Delitti del Barlume”). La camera dei ragazzi ha la finestra con vista sul mare ed è piacevolmente ventilata, soprattutto nel pomeriggio, grazie alla brezza che si leva dal mare. In casa c’è tutto ed è tutto molto funzionale. Marciana Marina offre sia una spiaggia di sassi che una di sabbia, il molo, giardini con panchine ed ombra nonché il suggestivo borgo del Cotone. Nel complesso, il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Consiglio vivamente l’appartamento ed il meraviglioso luogo in cui si trova.

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung mit tollem Balkon: Rundumsicht auf Berge und Meer. Absolut zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen, mit vielen guten Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir waren im Oktober, somit relativ wenig Betrieb und Lärm. Uns hats gefallen und wir würden wieder hierher kommen .....

Top Wohnung in Top Lage
Wir haben 2 wunerbare Wochen auf Elba verbracht. Die Kommunikation durch Lidia hat bestens geklappt, ebenso die Wohnungsübergabe. Es ist alles genauso wie beschrieben, die Wohnung war sauber und sehr liebevoll dekoriert, es war einfach alles da was man braucht, angefangen von den Spülmaschinentaps über das Lampenöl für die Petroleumlampe ( unter der Grillabdeckung) bis zur Zewarolle. Waschmaschine und Waschmittel sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Geschirr ist hübsch, in kleinen Vitrinen untergebracht. 2 Duschbäder, eins davon mit Fenster ( Fliegengitter) mit Ausblick aufs Meer. Die Betten sind bequem und die Schlafgelegenheit auf der Empore oben hat was. Die Terrasse ganz oben ist einfach ein Traum, man hat Einen Rundblickbis zu den Bergdörfern. Da dort morgens noch nicht die pralle Sonne scheint, kann man wunderbar frühstücken, ohne dass alles "wegläuft". Die Wohnung befindet sich ganz oben in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, ist sehr ruhig ( im Haus) und da sie an der Fussgängerzone liegt, auch kein Auto und Mopedlärm. Gelegentlich hörte man Musik von der Piazza im Ort, was aber nicht gestört hat, und um 24 Uhr war absolute Ruhe. DIrekt neben dem Haus ist eine Pizzeria und Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. DIe Wohnung liegt am Ende der Strandpromenade direkt neben dem schönen alten Teil von Maciana Marina. Zum kleinen Stadtstrand mit Sand sind es nur wenige Meter. Der Ort bietet alles und ist einer der schönsten auf Elba, wenn man die Insel erkunden möchte, muss man allerdings längere Serpentinenstrassen in Kauf nehmen um immer zurückzukommen. Ich kann die Wohnung wirklich empfehlen, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
