The house has a 3000 m2 garden with trees, a 200 m2 lawn and a hydromassage pool with sea views. Privileged location with a living terrace of 80 m in a relaxing atmosphere.

Wirklich schön
Tolles Haus, gute Lage, brauchbare Ausstattung, die Terrasse ist sehr schön, das hat uns wirklich alles sehr gut gefallen. (Das Haus ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern…)

Good all round venue
Good location mid way between Olbia and Cagliari airports. Quiet and well equipped, though sadly no aircon and it is VERY HOT in Sardinia…. lol

Super location !
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison à Santa Maria Navarrese. Le jardin est superbe, la petite piscine très agréable et chaude, la vue sur les rochers (où les chèvres montent à pic toutes les fins de journée) à droite et la mer devant magnifique. Nous avons tout spécialement apprécié la configuration de la maison et ses pièces qui donnent toutes accès à la grande terrasse qui est LE lieu de vie (très grande et bien aménagée (canapés, jouets enfants, tv,...). Manquerait juste un parasol pour le matin au petit déjeuner, car même à cette période nous avons eu très chaud)). La maison jouit d'une grande intimité. Les environs sont très sympathiques également, le petit village de Santa Maria offre quelques restaurants, terrasses, supermarchés, plage. Mais ce n'est pas une grosse station balnéaire. En faisant 10-15 minutes de voiture, on trouve de superbes grandes et plages, comme celle de Lido di Orri. Accueil chaleureux et en toute confiance. Un seul bémol, les chiens (errants ?) dans le quartier,qui sont très excités et aboient souvent la nuit...

Great place to relax
We spent almost a week at this lovely house during our Sardinia visit end of May. It was a great place to stay and relax, close to the beach and the nice city of Santa Maria Navarrese. We enjoyed the fresh lemons from the tree, very quiet and peacefull location. Also, the hosts were very friendly and helpful. We can recommend this place.

Oase der Ruhe
Alle bisherigen Kommentare sind absolut treffend. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in wunderschöner Lage: Neben dem riesigen Oliven- und Obstgarten klettern Ziegen über schroffe Felsen, darüber drehen Falken ihre Kreise und in der Ferne blickt man aufs Meer. Auf der grosszügigen Wohnveranda mit Esstisch und Sitzecke verbringt man gerne seine Zeit, für Kinder stehen Pool, eine Schaukel, ein Kletterbrücke und eine reiche Auswahl an Kinderspielen zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist zweckmässig ausgestattet und die Einrichtung geschmackvoll. Santa Maria Navarrese ist ein nettes Dorf mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand und Restaurants sowie optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge aufs Meer, an andere Strände, Städte und die Berge. Unbedingt das Restaurant im Hotel Nascar ausprobieren - Fisch der absoluten Spitzenklasse. A & S aus Basel

Un vero paradiso
Difficile trovare le parole giuste per descrivere questo luogo magico. La casa ha una struttura molto semplice. Un piano solo, tutto in lunghezza che porta dalla cucina alla camera matrimoniale, con porte sulla piccola camera per bambini e il bagno. Una terrazza coperta magnifica, che è come due camere supplementari : salla e sallotto, con la televisione. Una vista incantevole sul mare, sul fruttetto e sulla bellissima falesia dai colori affascinanti. Un luogo di serenità e fusione colla natura. La regione di Santa Maria Navarrese è stupenda. Tra mare turchese e monti dai colori grigi-rosa impressionanti. Niente turismo di massa, spiaggie bellissime. Non mancare di fare una gita in barca, una visita all’altopiano del Gorgo e una cena romantica nel giardino dell’ottimo ristorante Nascar.

jolie villa dans un cadre enchanteur
Nous avons passés un très agréable séjour dans cette jolie villa, simple mais confortable et très bien équipée. Superbe terrasse dans un cadre enchanteur: à côté des rochers, vue sur mer, jardin avec arbres fruitiers, petite piscine agréable, l'impression d'être au calme, dans un lieu préservé tout en étant proche de la ville. Le golfe d'Oresei est superbe, entre mer et montagne, de belles excursions à faire...

quelle belle surprise !!
Maison superbe de charme! Les photos qui sont sur le site ne sont pas le reflet de la réalité! L'endroit est superbe, la maison est tout à fait à l'écart, à flan de colline fréquentée par une dizaine de faucons! La maison est très fonctionnelle, bien équipée. La terrasse est superbe, étant donné qu'en Sardaigne il fait toujours beau et que l'on vit dehors, celle-ci est géniale, bien équipée en fauteuils originaux, tables, torches à pétrole...la TV satellite est dehors. Grand jardin avec arbres fruitiers (au mois de juillet on ramassait les citrons au sol...oliviers, poiriers... Superbe petite piscine qui permet de se rafraichir à tous moment(piscine sécurisée pour les petits). Acceuil parfait et convivial
