Villa Magnolia is a modern luxury 3 bedroom 3 bathroom family villa with a large garden and private pool ideal for families. Heating of the pool is available at an additional cost of 75.00 euros per week.

The villa is located just minutes from the shores of the Obidos Lagoon, nestled in a landscape of rolling sand dunes and forest.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir (drei Erwachsene und drei Kinder) haben in der Villa 11 Nächte verbracht. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war vorbildlich. Das Wlan war etwas langsam. Die Lage ist gut um verschiedene Strände anzufahren. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Spacious villa with a great pool

Spacious, clean villa but could do with a little more furniture. Neighbourhood is quiet despite nearby construction. For our last two nights we could clearly hear the music festival in Foz do Arelho which didn’t finish until 03:00. A couple of maintenance issues were quickly resolved. The pool and gardens are very well maintained and the property manager is very helpful. There are two great beaches within 5 minutes drive - surf or shallow lagoon. We loved both. Great location for sightseeing and only just over an hour to Lisbon airport. Large supermarkets are 20 minutes drive away

Lovely house

We spent 12 days at Villa Magnolia. The house is very nice, very large rooms and well equipped. We have enjoyed the Villa a lot, mainly the pool. Louise has been very friendly at our arrival, kindly showing us everything and ready for any need we might have. The area is however a bit apart (20 min to Obidos) through a narrow lonely country road.

Nice place to rent without hesitation

The house is really ideal to stay with or without children. Spacious house and nice swimming pool Good communication with Louise, always ready to do the best for vacationers.

Stunningly Beautiful location, stylish family Villa

The whole property is in fantastic condition. Everything is clean and well looked after. All rooms are spacious, large and have beautiful views from the balconies. The back garden with the pool is stunning. We’ll maintained. We loved our time at the property would highly recommend this property to everyone.

Mooie, grote vrijstaande woning

Mooie, grote vrijstaande woning vlakbij een lagune. Wel wat langer rijden (15 minuten) naar de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt in Obidos. Ligging is in een mooi en rustig natuurgebied in de buurt van grote stranden. Veel te doen in de omgeving.

Excelente propriedade na Lagoa de Óbidos

Propriedade muito boa perto da lagoa de óbidos. Esta propriedade tem uma ótima piscina e espaços muito generosos para umas férias em família. Além disso é ideal para umas férias em sossego. O único inconveniente teve a ver com o acesso a canais de TV portugueses. Isso foi suavizado com o profissionalismo da gestora da propriedade - Louise, sempre disponível para resolver os imprevistos.

Férias em família

Passamos uns dias óptimos com actividades variadas que adoramos : caminhadas , passeios de bicicleta à volta da Lagoa, paddle, kite surf, kayak e tardes na piscina . Conseguimos um dia óptimo de praia ! A casa estava muito bem, só achamos as camas um pouco duras e os edredões curtos. A Louise foi uma simpatia! Recomendamos .

Buen sitio para descansar y desconectar

La casa está muy bien equipada y cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones y de desconexión. El único problema es que la casa se encuentra a 20 min de cualquier centro urbano, por lo que a la hora de hacer la compra tienes que desplazarte bastante lejos. Por lo demás todo bien.

Disconnecting from the city

The house is great! It has all you need, located in a wonderful place, rounded by a lot of nature, near the beach by car. Louise attention and suggestions were very welcomed and I recommend this villa in order to cut down with the routine stress.

A moradia é excelente, bem equipada, boas condições. Comunicação com a empresa que alugou difícil: demorada e respostas em Inglês (ainda bem que tenho noções ou o Google tradutor). Todos os dias apareceu alguém sem aviso prévio para manutenção de jardim ou piscina. Às 8h30 da manhã acordámos com o cortador de relva. Iluminação com algumas anomalias. Sinal de TV muito deficiente. Por vezes a TV ficava sem som, imagem desaparecia, imagem bloqueava e tremia. Pelo preço, são deficiências que não se admitem. No entanto, o lugar é ótimo, sossegado, próprio para quem quer descansar e ver bonitas paisagens

Better impossible

amazing the villa. The villa is magnificent and very spacious. Better cared for and more beautiful impossible. The kitchen has all the utensils you can imagine for cooking, if you go with a baby it has a playpen, high chair, cot ... it is super clean, and the private pool a 10. Also, Louise, who is the girl who takes care of Help you with whatever you need, it is 100% available and it is a woman's charm. Better vacation, impossible.

A casa é muito confortável, a Louise é uma simpatia e sempre prestável e disponível, o aquecimento da piscina vale muito a pena, apenas a localização não é a melhor, mas, no geral, gostámos todos muito!

Great spacious and fresh place to stay

We loved the house. Rooms are bigger than picture's show! The kitchen is own of the best stuffed kitchens we have seen in a rental. Clean and everything in it. There is enough closetspace in the bedrooms even for our teen daughter. Outside heat pool. Can be heated, we didn't by the way. Than why not 5 stars? Some small adjustments to be be a 5 star: - we didn't like the bed in the main bedroom. Can be our personal opinion but we found the mattress to hard en we could feel the springs So: new mattress and few minor maintenance and 5 star plus! Between 930am en 10am there is a Baker in the neighbourhood very easy. Or it's a 2 minute drive Loved it over there

Sehr schönes Haus, perfekt für Familien

Sehr schönes großes Haus mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche. Klasse Pool mit Sonnenliegen, leider von uns wegen nur mäßigem Wetter wenig genutzt. Sehr schöner Strand nur wenige Autominuten entfernt mit hohen Wellen und Felspanorama. Negativ empfanden wir die Distanz zum nächsten Supermarkt, mindestens 20 Minuten mit dem Auto, es gab keine kleineren Läden etc. In der Nähe. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen, eine Besichtigung von Obidos ein absolutes Muss

Bon séjour

Maison spacieuse, juste manquant des ustensiles en cuisine, (sous-plat, maison pour 6 avec 4 sets de table, pas de fouet, pas de tasse moyennes, pas d'assiettes creuses pour les pâtes etc) et malheureusement chambre du rez-de-chaussée qui sent très fort l'humidité, et barbecue rouillé à remplacer. Dommage pour la situation qu'il n'y ait pas de magasin à proximité, il faut prendre la voiture pendant 20 minutes pour faire les courses. Par contre le boulanger passe tous les jours dans le village.
