My family and I had a wonderful stay at the villa. It is very well equipped with everything you need, amazing view and the sea is a stones throw from the property. We received a very warm welcome. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at the villa. Our hosts were so welcoming and kind to us. The property was extremely clean and very confortable with beautiful views. The direct access to the sea for a quick morning swim was a must. The small town is a good location to visit a few Croatian highlights. Just be aware that the WiFi connection is unstable and make it challenging to work remotely if needed.

Great villa , well worth a visit ! Enjoyed ever changing views over the Adriatic Sea . Superb clean & modern villa , very well equipped. Great size pool heated to 28 degrees. Host Ana & her parents , we’re very helpful , nothing was to much trouble, thank you !

Very nice and quite place for a vacation.
We are very happy that we could spend holidays at such a beautiful place. Villa was super clean, equipped with all we needed - ever more. Host family is hospitable and friendly. Sea is few steps under the property. In Razanj village is nice restaurant, pizzeria and shop.

Stunning hidden gem
The villa is fabulous and fully equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. The views over the bay are spectacular and the sunsets at night were absolutely stunning. We loved swimming off the private jetty which is just across the road from the house. Nedo Ana’s Dad was very kind and brought us freshly picked figs and his lovely wife made us a delicious chocolate marble cake. The village of Razanj is beautiful and we enjoyed the walk into the village where there are lovely restaurants and cafes. There was a mobile bakery van that visited our street every morning and had a great selection of pastries and bread. This was our first visit to Croatia. Such a beautiful country and we’ll definitely be back. The villa was amazing. Thank you Ana and Nedo.

Wonderful villa in a special place
We had a fabulous week in this villa. The design was perfect for our family of 5 and we enjoyed all aspects of the villa and its location - the outside seating and pool area with much appreciated retractable awnings, the games room, the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and easy access to the beach & sea. The host family have a weekend house next door and gave us a very warm welcome and friendly send off. When they were not there, they were very easy to contact by phone with questions. We went to the village restaurants most nights - a 15 min (hilly) walk - and enjoyed all our meals, particularly the food at Restaurant Oliveo and the sunset views from the balcony terrace at Prstac. The fish & bakery vans tooted their horns outside the window most mornings and the kids enjoyed running down to buy bread & pastries. The sea was a joy to swim in and we enjoyed using paddle boards and snorkeling. We hope to come back soon!

Die Villa war wunderschön, die Vermieter sehr nett und bemüht. Es war alles da, was man für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub braucht. Begeistert hat uns vor allem die Aussicht und der eigene Zugang zum Meer. Ruhige Lage, fernab von Massentourismus, genau richtig für ein paar entspannte Tage im traumhaft schönen Kroatien.

Herlicher Ausblick von Terrasse und Pool, Pool sehr gepflegt und gut temperiert, sehr ruhige Lage, ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden, alles sehr sauber, genug Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden, Vermieter sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, gab Gastgeschenke bei Ankunft und Abreise, Vermieter konnten jederzeit kontaktiert werden. Es sollte der Vollständigkeit halber im Angebot erwähnt werden, dass es bis zum Badeplatz fast 4 Stockwerke sind und dass die Nahversorgung (Restaurant, Supermarkt) ohne Auto schwierig ist.

Danke Frau Grgurev, das war das beste Apartment das wir je hatten! + atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer + Apartment sehr sauber! + vollständig ausgestattet + genug Platz für alle + Poolliegen und Schirme standen am privaten Strand (Beton) für uns zur Verfügung. + Ortszentrum mit Bäcker, Supermarkt u. Restaurants zu Fuß in unter 15 Min. erreichbar. + Bäcker fährt auch durch die Gasse und bleibt vorm Haus stehen. Die Vermieter wohnen im Nachbarhaus, sie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Apartment vorbehaltlos empfehlen!

La villa et les lieux sont tous simplement parfaits. Ana est une hôte tres accueillante et très disponible. Nous avons été tres bien accueillis et nous la remercions chaleureusement elle et sa famille. Nous ne savons pas si nous devons recommandé cette maison... tout simplement car si trop de personnes sont informées du plaisir que nous avons eu à profiter de cette semaine passée dans la maison d'Ana ! Amazing villa
The villa is beautiful in a nice quiet location with a great view. It was very comfortable and clean. Host/Hostess are welcoming and helpful, making sure everything was perfect for our arrival, stay and departure. Villa is 10 -15 minute hilly walk to Razanj, that has grocery store, coffee shop and 3 restaurants. Prstac was our favorite with delish food and wonderful staff.
