In a small construction on the edge of the Etang de Thau overlooking the Etang and with views across the rooftops of the village to the Church. 5 minutes walk to harbour and town centre, this is a bright, sunny, modern apartment. American fridge/freezer and high spec kitchen equipment. Lounge furnished with Bo Concept furniture. Sleeps two adults (there are two bedrooms but one is equipped as an office) A/C in main room, fans in bedroom. Walk in shower (no bath). Terraces face south and west - stunning views and sunsets - equipped with two sun beds and dining table for six. Secure parking and bike store. 2018 was the first year for rental of this property. A very nice apartment, spacious and sunny with a large south and west facing terrace. Very well equipped. On the second floor (English floors). Safe parking. Five minutes from centre of town with all its facilities.
Die Wohnung von Hilary ist einfach phantastisch. Groß, hell, gut ausgestattet und mit einer tollen Terrasse, die morgens und abends Sonne bietet.
Zu Fuß ist man in 5 min am Hafen und in 7 min beim Bäcker. Der sichere Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch. Hilary ist eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Kurzum: Prädikat sehr empfehlenswert.
This is a second floor apartment which is well proportioned, quiet and comfortable with a beautiful wrap around terrace perfect for enjoying the sun and views of the lake and village. It is a five minute walk to the beautiful Marseillan village and port with lovely restaurants. The host was welcoming and considerate.

4½ Stars - Great Apartment with Kind and Helpful Owner and Wide-ranging Views
We really enjoyed our long stay (February-March) in this sunny, spacious, comfortable, modern and well-equipped apartment. Sited on the second (top) floor of the block, it provides far-reaching views over the Étang de Thau and round over the rooftops to the centre of town. Having the sun streaming in from sunrise to sunset was a tonic, compared to a dreary english winter.
Hilary was a caring and thoughtful owner, who, whilst living close-by at a lower level, was never obtrusive but always available to respond in a timely manner to our requests.
There were a few minor maintenance issues, plus the lack of english TV channels, which detracted from us giving a 5-star rating: 4½ stars would possibly be a more representative rating. Additionally, 4 adults might have found the single shower-room/toilet a drawback.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung dicht am Stadtzentrum und Hafen von Marseillan
Alles bestens organisiert und ausgestattet. Uns hat besonders die Offenheit der Wohnung mit den großen Fenstern und Türen zu beiden Balkons gefallen, durch die bei der großen Hitze immer ein herrlicher Wind pustet. Danke!
