This romantic house is situated between vinyards and has a large garden, that offers total privacy. Last year the house is completely renovated. It has it's own new pool (9 meters or length). The large terrain is very suitable for sports and play. Depending on the season, it offers a large variety of fruits from its own garden (peaches, cherries, apples, abricotes, pears, manderines and citron). The place is perfect for enjoying nature in privacy and a cool off in the private pool. You can spend all time outside, surrounded by nature.

The house has 2 beds rooms and 2 renovated bathrooms and a spacious, modern living room. In the living room there is a comfortable foldable sofa bed, that sleeps two people. The house has a total surface of 80m2. It has a fully equipped outside kitchen as well as an inside kitchen, serveral large terraces that offer sun as well as shade. Furthermore there is a large covered poarch with a long dining table for up to 10 people.

If you are looking for a bit more culture and cosmopolitan? At 30 minutes drive you will find the Cote d'Azur with cities like Monaco and San Remo. The beautiful beaches of Menton and Ventimiglia are a 20 minute drive away.

The ares is very suitable for hiking. The famous hiking trail "Alta Via" passes fits the house. For bikers you will find a beautiful biking path, recently laid out about the old rail road track. Bike rental is easy and inexpensive. The trail passes kilometers or flat route passing along the coast of the Riviera and offers lost or lovely trattorias, gelaterias and bars. Much fun also for kids.

At 4 kilometers you will find a little town called Rocchetta Nervina, There you will find beautiful hidden places to swim in the river between the rocks. A variety of climbing facilities you will find in Vallee de Merville. You can also do horseback riding, have a nice lunch and a spectacular climing park. all in a this nature reserve.

The choice is yours: enjoying together the relaxing house or going out for some diverse siteseeing and sport activities.

Private with stunning views!

We loved our stay here! It’s good to be a confident driver for the last part up the mountain, but once arrived it’s so worth it. The house is clean and practical and the views are stunning!! Beds are very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Being able to cook outside is such a bonus. The host is super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Tolles Haus mit absoluter Privatsphäre

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet und liegt in absoluter Alleinlage. Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit größtenteils draußen aufgehalten, es gibt einen tollen Pool, eine Außenküche und zahlreiche Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten. Die Anfahrt ist nichts für Fahranfänger, von der Anfahrt in der Beschreibung würde ich abraten, obwohl recht kurz, dafür sehr eng und steil. Wir sind größtenteils über Dolceaqua gefahren, obwohl diese länger ist und man in Richtung Menton durch Ventimiglia fahren muss. Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub und bedanken uns bei Patricia, welche erreichbar gewesen wäre, falls es nötig gewesen wäre.

Sehr schönes Domizil!

Das Ferienhaus hat eine wunderbare Alleinlage mit Blick auf die umliegenden Hügel und an einer Stelle sogar bis zum Meer. Der Pool war großartig (wenn leider auch noch sehr kalt, da wir im Mai gebucht hatten :-)) und im großen Garten rund ums Haus wuchsen unglaublich viele Früchte und Kräuter. Mit den Kindern haben wir Pizza im großen Ofen auf der Veranda gebacken - das sorgte für jede Menge Spaß. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber und damit auch bei schlechtem Wetter ein absolut angenehmer Aufenthaltsort. Sehr bedanken möchten wir uns noch bei Patricia Berk, von der wir uns hervorragend betreut fühlten und die stets zu erreichen war, wann immer es Fragen gab. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub! Einzig: Das Haus war trotz Wegbeschreibung etwas schwierig zu finden und der Weg dorthin ist für Fahranfänger nicht zu empfehlen (wir waren allerdings auch mit einem Kleinbus dort ;-).

Fantastisch huis, geweldige lokatie!

Genieten op zijn best! Het huis ligt net even bij de kust vandaan in de heuvels met zicht op het kleine stadje Dolceaqua en de Ligurische kust. Aan werkelijk alles is gedacht in dit huis; alles voorhanden en faciliteiten te over. Een echt cadeau vonden wij de uitgebreide buitenkeuken met het terras en heerlijke zwembad. Genoeg schaduwplekken en een heerlijk verkoelend zwembad welke door Gianni zonder dat je het merkt goed onderhouden wordt. Het huis ligt in een grote tuin omringt door allerlei fruitbomen waarvan je alles kunt plukken voor eigen gebruik. De weg naar het huis toe is even wennen door de steilte en soms maar autobreed maar went erg snel. De lokatie is ideaal voor uitstapjes net de grens over richting Menton of Monaco of genieten van de Ligurische kust richting San Remo. Patricia; bedankt voor de geweldige vakantie en het fijne contact! Wij komen graag terug!

Ausgezeichnetes Feriendomizil

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen sehr genossen. Das Anwesen ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Besonders toll ist natürlich der wunderbare Pool und die Außenküche. Wir haben zwei Wochen lang nur draußen verbracht und gekocht und gegessen. Der Eßbereich draußen ist genau wie die Küche überdacht und bietet angenehm schattige Sitzmöglichkeiten. Daneben kann man es sich auf Liegen, Sofas oder am Pool gemütlich machen- einfach wunderbar. Auch im Haus ist alles nochmals vorhanden, sollte das Wetter mal nicht gut sein. Das war bei uns aber nie der Fall. Man kann den ganzen Tag am Pool relaxen oder gemütlich die tolle Aussicht auf die Berge genießen- die Lage ist natürlich besonders, hoch oben in den Weinbergen hat man totale Privatsphäre. Als Empfehlung möchten wir die Anfahrt via Dolceaqua aussprechen- diese ist weniger steil und etwas großzügiger dimensioniert und war für uns Flachlandbewohner weniger herausfordernd. Auch der Ort Dolceaqua bietet tolle Restaurants, kleine Läden und viel zu besichtigen. Ventimiglia ist in der Nähe dann mit etwas mehr Leben und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Shops, Strand uvm. Man kann prima und günstig mit dem Zug von Ventimiglia bis nach Nizza fahren und auf dem Weg dahin an Badeorten an der französischen Küste oder Monaco aussteigen. Die Vermieterin Patricia war übrigens immer sofort erreichbar und hat sich stets sehr freundlich um Fragen gekümmert. Vielen Dank für alles!

Wunderbares Haus und Erholung pur!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist alleinstehend mitten in der Natur im Hinterland von Ventimiglia und man ist ganz für sich. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Die Fahrt nach Ventimiglia und die Strände von Vallecrosia und Bordighera dauert ca. 30 Minuten. Das Haus und der Aussenbereich sind sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Poolbereich ist ein Traum und die Wasserqualität im Pool ist ausgezeichnet. Wohn- und Essraum sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, so dass man sich gerne im Haus aufhält, wenn das Wetter mal nicht so gut ist. Die Schlafzimmer und ein Bad sind über eine Aussentreppe erreichbar. In den Schlafzimmern hat es genügend Stauraum und wir haben dank des bequemen Bettes sehr gut geschlafen. Alle Fenster sind mit Moskitorollos ausgestattet, wodurch man die Räume gut lüften kann. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Patricia war top. Sie hat am Ankunftstag nachgefragt, ob alles ok ist und umgehend auf Fragen geantwortet. Wir können sie als Vermieterin sehr empfehlen.

Tolle Ferien in einer tollen Umgebung

Charmantes Haus mit einem sehr schönen Pool. Der gesamte Außenbereich ist wirklich toll - Wir haben fast nur die Außenküche genutzt. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist aufgrund der tollen Lage in den Bergen auch etwas herausfordernder. Überhaupt ist die Umgebung perfekt - Die nahen Orte in den Bergen sind sehr schön und die Küstenorte in Italien und Frankreich noch mehr. Der Kontakt mit Patrizia war echt super nett - Sie ist eine tolle Vermieterin. Kleines Manko: Die Deckenhöhe im Obergeschoß ist niedriger als normal.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus liegt abgeschieden auf einem Berg im Hinterland von Ventimiglia in absoluter Alleinlage. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Der Pool und die Außenküche waren Top und wir haben uns total entspannen können. Dank der guten Betten und der Ruhe haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Zudem ist das komplette Haus sehr gepflegt und sauber. Ein Highlight waren die Früchte wie Weintrauben und Feigen, die wir selbst ernten durften. Patrizia, die Vermieterin hat prompt auf Fragen geantwortet, d.h. die Kommunikation war perfekt. Wir können Patrizias Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Ruhe mit Weitblick

Das Herz des Anwesens war für uns der Pool. Gepflegt mit einer tiptop Wasserqualität! Auch die Aussenküche haben wir sehr genossen. Durch sie waren wir gefühlt vierzehn Tage nur draussen. Hier und da spürt man, dass es ein älteres Haus ist. So ist das Dach nicht isoliert, dass wir es an Tagen über 34 Grad vorzogen, auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer des Erdgeschosses zu schlafen. Dort war es erfrischend kühl(er). Patricia, die Besitzerin, hatte alles gut vorbereitet, koordiniert und war da, hätten wir sie gebraucht.

Entspannung pur

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genossen. Insbesondere der großzügige Außenbereich mit Pool, Liegefläche, Sitzgelegenheit und Außenküche hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Zu berücksichtigen ist allerdings die relativ lange Autofahrt (ca. 20') zur nächsten Einkaufsgelegenheit)

Perfekte Ferien - Trotz "COVID-19"

Im Januar haben wir das Haus für Anfang Juli gebucht. Dann kam "COVID-19"...... Wir standen rege in Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Dies, weil ja die Grenzen geschlossen waren und wir lange Zeit nicht wussten, ob wir überhaupt anreisen werden können.... Knapp 3 Wochen vor Ferienbeginn wurden die Grenzen geöffnet und so konnten wir zum Glück anreisen. Und wir bereuten es nicht. Das Haus liegt sehr abseits, was uns gerade in der aktuellen "COVID-19" Situation sehr gelegen kam. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, es hat alles was benötigt wird. Die Aussenküche ist toll, wir haben diese rege benutzt. Auch der Pizza-Ofen kam zweimal zum Einsatz. Es klappte sehr gut und unsere Pizzas schmeckten lecker. Der Pool ist eine Wucht und die Kids hatten jede Menge Spass im und um den Pool. Auch zum Relaxen hat es alles. Der schöne grosse Garten ist wunderbar. Es hat Aprikosen, Orangen, Citronen, Kiwis, Susinen, Pflaumen, Feigen, Birnen, Persimon Kaki..... Wir durften uns frei bedienen an den Früchten, welche reif waren (Aprikosen, Feigen, Susinen, Pflaumen waren reif... und Lecker...). Wir haben eine super erholsame Ferienwoche erlebt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und persönlich. Wir können dieses wunderschöne Anwesen sehr empfehlen! Danke Patricia!

Ein traumhaftes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage!

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche Anfang Juli in diesem wirklich schönem Ferienhaus genossen. Ein besonderes Highlight für unsere Kinder war der Steinofen in dem wir leckere Pizza gebacken haben. Es gab noch leckeren Wein vom Weingut Terre Bianche dazu...perfekt. Vielen lieben Dank an Patricia und Giulia, wir werden sicher wiederkommen

wonderfull holiday in Casa Arcagna

We stayed for three weeks and enjoyed the house enormously. The house is small and sleeps 4 but was perfect for us. It is situated close to the sea and the mountains of Liguria. You can see the sea and surrounding hills from the house and garden. You can also visit France in under a hour by car. We enjoyed the pool and the large garden with a vineyard and fruit trees. It is very quiet at night. The house is fitted with both an indoor and an outdoor kitchen. The kitchen is small but complete with even an Nespresso machine. We were forwarned by the owner and brought our own cups. There are comfortable chairs both inside and out. You must have a car to reach the house since the house can only be reached via a small and winding mountain road. Everybody drives very carefully so we had no problems there. We made some wonderfull walks in the mountains witch are not very high but can be demanding. Paths are well signposted and markings can be found on most paths. There are many restaurants both in Dolceacqua and small villages nearby. The beach is quit near but you are well away from the hassle and noise of the coast.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes und toll gelegenes Ferienhaus

Wir waren im August und September 2017 für 2 Wochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg und bietet einen tollen Blick auf das Meer sowie in die Nachbartäler. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und haben uns prächtig erholt. Die Betreuung vor Ort war super und wir erhielten noch einige gute Tips. Die tolle Lage des Hauses bietet vielfältigste Möglichkeiten der Freizeitaktivitäten, Besuche der Städte Menton und Monaco, wer es ruhiger mag, kleine italienische Bergdörfer, Beach-Clubs am Meer oder nur einige 100 Meter vom Haus entfernt der Ligurien Fernwanderweg. Auf dem Grundstück stehen viele Obstbäume, Weinreben und Olivenbäume. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren die ersten Oliven und die Weintraube reif. Toll so ganz frisches Obst zu naschen :) Die Sommerküche ist ein Traum, wir haben die neue Küche im Haus nie benutzt, da es einfach toll ist, dass Essen draußen zu zu bereiten und mitten im Geschehen dabei zu sein. Der Pizzaofen bietet vielfälltigste Möglichkeiten sich zu entfalten, Pizza, Lasagne oder einfach mal ein knuspriges Brot backen... Wer den Pizzaofen zum ersten mal nutzt sollte sich vorher bei youtube mal ein oder zwei Videos anschauen, wie man ihn richtig anheizt. Es war so schön, den Ofen an zu heizen, die Pizza vorzubereiten und dann zu belegen. Wir haben uns übrigens direkt im Ort einen bestellt, und warten auf die Lieferung...:) Die Betreuung vor Ort war super und es gibt immer Tips wo man was gut kaufen kann oder Empfehlungen. Auch die Betereung durch die Vermieterin im Vorfeld und während der Reise war super. Vor der Reise gab es Hinweise, Tips und einige Ratschläge. Wir haben den Urlaub und die Zeit in Italien sehr genossen und werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen.

Immersi nella natura

E’ esattamente il tipo di casa che cercavamo: immersa nella splendida macchia mediterranea, circondata da un ampio frutteto, lontana da tutto e tutti! Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di pieno relax nel silenzio, disturbati solo dai suoni della natura. La casa è finemente arredata e funzionale. E’ attrezzata con moderni elettrodomestici e corredata da tutto il necessario. La bella piscina affacciata sull’incantevole panorama (vista mare compresa) ci ha consentito un piacevole refrigerio. La proprietaria, gentile e premurosa, ci ha assistito anche se fisicamente lontana. Speriamo di ritornare in futuro.

Stunning views, very well equipped and lovely area

A really special place to stay. Fantastic outside space and views and a large pool as well as all you need to cook outside and to lounge by the pool. The downstairs is very modern and has great furnishing too. the upstairs bedrooms are accessed by outside steps. The area is great lovely hill towns beaches and rivers and restaurants. The roads around are narrow and steep and they take a little getting used to - we were glad that we had a small car. We highly recommend it and Patricia the owner was vert helpful too,

We boufht the house 20 years ago. Over the years we renovated large parts and in 2024 we finished the larger projects. We spend some memorable times with our kids growing up (now 20 and 21). The pool, the surroundings, the family time.
