Casa Boa Vista is a beautiful villa situated in a peaceful and rural position on a hilltop with views over the countryside to the Atlantic Ocean. The villa is surrounded by a mature lawned garden with flowering and scented shrubs and many Mediterranean plants.

The house is located in an area called Mesquita 15 km from Santa Barbara and about 25 from Loulé. It is 25 minutes (20 km) from Faro airport and the coast. The nearest town is São Brás de Alportel.

A beautiful fully air-conditioned villa situated in a peaceful and rural position on a hilltop with views over the countryside to the Atlantic Ocean. The villa is surrounded by a mature lawned garden with flowering and scented shrubs and many Mediterranean plants.

It has free Wi-Fi.

The accommodation is spacious (200m2) and beautifully furnished and comprises 1 double bedroom, separate bathroom, further double bedroom en suite, another double bedroom and double with single bed (drawer style) and separate bathroom.
4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total.

There is an entrance hall, large spacious living/dining room with air-conditioning and a fully fitted kitchen. The living room opens out onto a shaded area with barbecue and table and chairs for "al fresco" dining. Further terraces and lawned areas surround the large 10 x 5m private pool (depths 1.90 and 0.60 metres), as well as a children's play area with slide. The pool is fully-tiled with Roman steps leading into it and it has lighting so can be used at night.

Bed linen and towels, end-of-stay cleaning and air-con are all included in the price. The cleaning lady comes once a week.

Pets are welcome. The garden is completely fenced and the fencing is 1.10 metres high.

Superbe séjour à São Brás de Alportel

Une semaine formidable dans cette maison idéale pour un séjour entre amis et avec des enfants. La cuisine extérieure et l'espace abrité autour sont extrêmement pratiques et appréciables. La maison reste à température tempérée même lorsqu'il fait très chaud dehors, et évidemment... la piscine permet d'occuper enfants et parents. Seul bémol, l'absence d'un fond de cuisine à notre arrivée (sel, poivre, huile, etc.). Adilia, la propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeante pour les modalités d'accueil et de départ. Nous recommandons fortement cette villa.

Superbe maison

Super séjour de 15jours, maison au calme et vraiment très bien équipée tous est a notre disposition( sauf un aspirateur vraiment dommage). Le patio avec cuisine extérieure est plus que top avec de forte chaleur pour ce émettre a l'abri du soleil avec des enfants. Nous recommandons cette maison, et hôtesse d'accueil Mme Mendes super gentil .

Une maison parfaite pour 2 familles !

Nous avons passé un super séjour. La maison est grande, très bien équipée et très agréable. Elle est parfaite pour 2 familles pour avoir suffisamment de chambre pour tous et de l’espace. Ultra kids friendly! Les enfants ont adoré l’espace de jeux et nous avons tous bien profité de la piscine (sécurisée) mais ausSi de la cuisine extérieure. Vraiment rien a dire cette maison est parfaite. Super bien située, proche de Tavira, Loulé, Olhão et de superbes plages.. comme des bateaux qui amènent sur les belles îles de Farol et Armona. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés et reviendrons avec plaisir ! Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire qui est adorable.

Maison bien équipée et bien entretenue.

Grande maison agréable avec jardin et grande piscine pouvant accueillir facilement 9 personnes. Climatisation uniquement dans le salon. Situation à l'écart de la ville de Sao Bras, voiture obligatoire, mais calme garanti.

Amazing Villa

The photos on VRBO do notdo thisVilla justice, thr best eqipped villa i have ever stayed in, very clean, very safe, owner met us at Intermarche Supermarket and we followed her to the Villa so no chance of getting lost. Loved the added security of elec gates and alarm.

Boa casa de férias para a família

Muito bem esquipada na cozinha boa piscina e bons quartos as maçanetas das portas precisam de óleo pq durante a noite fazem mto barulho e as redes dos mosquiteiros da sala estava rota desde que chegamos . São as únicas coisas a apontar .

Vivenda e espaço ar livre espectaculares

Esta casa está completamente equipada, desde a utensílios de cozinha, a TVs nos quartos… Alpendre exterior com uma 2a cozinha, inclusive com um grelhador e frigorífico combinado. Piscina e espaço exterior muito agradável, com o parque para as crianças e grades de segurança para a piscina. Ficamos fã da casa!! Éramos 2 casais, 3 crianças e 2 bebés.

Maravilhoso

A repetir esta casa sem dúvida…tudo o que 3 casais c crianças precisam…cozinha completamente equipada com tudo…em anos que alugo casas está foi a mais completa…máquina de roupa muito boa e máquina de secar roupa também…dispensa á parte da cozinha…lá fora ainda tem mais pratos e copos e louca…maravilhoso…a piscina ótima!

Superbe séjour

Location très agréable avec un accueil chaleureux. La maison est parfaite pour 2 couples avec enfants. Au calme et à l'écart pour des vacances zen. Les conseils de la propriétaire sont très fiables. La maison propre et bien entretenue comme la piscine. Motivés pour repartir vers cette destination.

Je recommande vivement !

Très belle maison, encore mieux que sur les photos! Une cuisine très équipée, une grande piscine, de grandes chambres, une vue dégagée... Tout est propre, vraiment rien à redire, à part le fait qu'en août nous ayons eu trop chaud dans les chambres. La climatisation du salon ne suffit pas à rafraîchir les chambres.

Très belle maison au calme

Nous avons passé 15 jours à la casa boa vista et avons vraiment apprécié le cadre, le jardin (un bonheur pour nos enfants) et la piscine sécurisée. La maison est très bien équipée et en plus quelqu'un vient l'entretenir pendant le séjour. Très satisfaits de notre choix! Seul bémol, un peu loin de la mer...

belle prestation

Maison très soignée tant au niveau de l'entretien intérieur, du jardin et de la piscine. Personnel mis à disposition très compétent, agréable et réactif. Environnement extérieur un peu bruyant, chiens qui aboient aux alentours. Belle villa !

Quinta roxana, le top!

La quinta Roxana est une très belle maison. Nous venons d'y passer 15 jours et je la recommande pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. La maison est spacieuse et il y a tout se qu'il faut. La mer n'est pas loin ainsi que les commerces (supermarché, marché typique à Loulé). Elle est au calme et permet de passer de super vacances. La piscine est très bien. Pour les plus fêtards, les différents spots ne sont pas loin ( villamoura, albufeira etc). Voiture indispensable pour bouger. Je vous conseille de visiter Sagres et les plages aux alentours ( Salema par ex) et de faire un tour à Tavira qui est sublime. N'hésitez pas!

très bon séjour a la Quinta Roxana !

Nous avons ,encore,car c'est la deuxième année que nous séjournons dans cette villa , passé un très bon séjour . Maison très spacieuse , un jardin magnifique , très calme tout en étant proche de la ville(5mn en voiture d'un supermarché), également proche de Faro et d'autres villes à visiter. Nous étions 3 couples avec enfants et chacun avait son espace !! Si vous voulez passer des vacances paisibles je vous la conseille fortement. Et jamais 2 sans 3 ! nous pensons y retourner !!!

Absolument parfait !

Séjour aout 2011. Nous y étions avec un couple d'amis et leurs enfants. La maison a tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour de rêve, la piscine, la terrasse et le jardin superbe : rien ne manque. Nous y sommes restés 15 jours et il faut bien ca pour profiter de tout alentour : jolie petite ville de Loulé, et, à coté, les magnifiques stations balnéaires de Quarteira, Villamoura, etc....Allez y les yeux fermés : c'est encore plus beau en vrai !

PARFAIT

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, il ne manquait rien de l'équipement d'une maison. Le supermarché était tout prêt, pas de bruit autour. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine, l'espace pour jouer. La maison est tout à fait conforme aux photos vues sur internet. Nous y retournerons mais plus longtemps, une semaine c'est trop court.

QUINTA ROXANA, super location

La Villa QUINTA ROXANA est conforme au descriptif. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le couchage est en très bon état, tout comme l'ensemble de ce qui est mis à disposition (barbecue, lave linge, lave vaisselle, ...). Aucun souci de bruit avec l'aéroport de FARO. Les explications pour arriver jusqu'à la Villa sont très claires. Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables.

superbe quinta pleine de charme

Cette maison est vraiment magnifique , dommage que le site ne montre pas des photos du parc de la propriété car il est de toute beauté . Cette villa est très bien située ..en effet de loulé vous pouvez visitez toute l'Algarve. Maison idéale pour 2 familles, dans un coin très calme , mais en meme temps très proche de la ville. Je conseille fortement à qui veut visiter l'Algarve , cette location !
