Appartement bien situé à 5 mn des plages. Tres belle piscine. Hote accueillant Precisions : les lits dans la 2ieme chambre ne peuvent convenir qu'à des enfants de moins de 12 ans et absolument pour des adultes et surtout pour 2 semaines. Concernant la climatisation, elle est uniquement positionner dans le séjour et a l'opposé des chambres

Fantastic apartment!
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in a beautiful part of the south of France. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed eating inside and out in the garden and cooking on the plancha. Gil met us and helped us with our suitcases and his son Alex (who speaks fluent English) had been incredibly helpful in the run up to the visit. We usually shop at the supermarket in this part of France but they recommended for us to use the local market (Tuesdays and Thursdays) instead and we were so grateful for this advice. The produce was fantastic and it was a lovely way to get to know the area. The pool is stunning and beautifully kept. We spent nearly all day in there most days as it was so hot. The apartment is an incredibly convenient 15 minute drive from the airport. We had a great holiday.

Bel emplacement et résidence très sénior fréquentation
La résidence est très bien située tant par rapport à la Côte d'Azur que les commerces et facilités à proximité. Cependant nous avons constaté un "agacement" de la part des "permanents" notamment autour de la piscine en période estivale ( trop de famille, enfants, bruits et animations pour eux autour du point d'eau).

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement cosy idéalement situé. La plage et les commerces sont à 200m ce qui permet de ne pas prendre la voiture.Les propriétaires sont accueillants et attentionnés avec les locataires. Je recommande cette location tout confort! great location for summer fun and for sightseeing
Apartment is large enough for two adults and two children, clean, well equipped. The security is a bit over the top with keys necessary to get into the pool, to leave the property to go to the beach. The other residents were very quick to judge the children, jumping in the pool verbotten! I think it really is an adult property. Pool is accessed through a long tunnel under the building...so close but so far away. Bed is very hard. Those things said, the location is grand; shops close, beach close, easy to get out of town to tour. The patio is very private and lovely for meals and sitting. The local boulangerie was excellent as was the épicerie. We easily drove to Antibes, Monaco, through Nice, Marineland is just up the road. You watch the planes landing at Nice Airport from the beach. I would definitely recommend the apartment to a couple or a couple with one teenager, (second bedroom was fine for our twelve year olds but they need to be the same sex) not a family with small kids.
