Quiet and relaxing
This property was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to trails near the north end of South Mountain Park and Preserve. We appreciated having the use of the garage to keep the car out of the sun. The putting green offered a nice distraction after the sun set a bit. The host was very helpful with questions and requests. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Nearly Perfect
Everything was good with this S. Mountain home with just a few hiccups. Upon Check In all the lights were out in the master bedroom and we could not find the fuse box anywhere (turns out it was on the front outside of house). So we couldn’t get ceiling fan to work in main bedroom first night and it was too hot to sleep in there. Second day we found fuse box and reset lights. The dogs loved the yard, it was a wonderful and convenient location and Matt was quick to respond. The next door neighbor was putting up a barn and started hammering at 0530 am on Saturday morning right outside the bedroom. Third night these awful alert noises went off at 1am, 2am, and 3am. Turns out it was an alarm on the refrigerator??? In spite of these minor items all and all it was a nice open space in a great location and very clean with off street parking. It has great views of S Mountain from the yard and obviously host has nothing to do with rude neighbor. We would stay again.

Absolutely Lovely Place and Host
This home was perfect. Very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The host was wonderful with communication and even stopped by to help me out with the TV. Quiet neighborhood at the base of South Mountain. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Although the area is a little older, the house was kept up nice and the neighborhood was quiet. We loved how close we were to groceries, restaurants and shopping as well as to South Mountain. Thank you!

My brother in law and my niece stayed at Matt’s home, and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. From check in to check out, we were greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The home itself was absolutely stunning. It was beautifully decorated and furnished, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail was impeccable, and every amenity was thoughtfully provided. From a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds , it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights of my family’s stay was the location of the home. It was nestled in a picturesque setting, surrounded by breathtaking Mountain View’s. It was the perfect place to heal, relax, and unwind. I must also mention the exceptional customer service provided by Matt. He was friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my family’s stay was as comfortable and easy as possible. Overall, our experience at this vrbo was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable getaway. These are incredible hosts !

This was a fantastic location! The rooms were just as described. The king bed mattress was super comfortable! We had a good time relaxing and putting some golf balls on the green! A great vacation with a reasonably priced place to sleep and hang out!

Nice 2-couple house in South Phoenix
Our stay revolved around visiting friends that lived in Ahwatukee, which is why we selected this location. We stayed in the home with another adult couple (the split floor plan, with 2 beds and 2 baths at separate sides of the house, was perfect). The house isn't big, but that's not what we were looking for. It was very clean, well furnished, and we loved the fully-stocked kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised by how close it was to the great hiking/riding trails at South Mountain Park, and the home is just a 15- to 20-minute drive from Sky Harbor Airport. Communications with the property owner/manager were great! Overall, the home was great, especially the interior, and worked great for our needs.

Great location in quiet residential neighborhood close to South Mountain hiking trails. Trailhead 2 blocks from house at the end of San Gabriel avenue. The house was clean, bright and loved the putting green. Matt was a great host and very responsive to questions.

Top notch stay near The Valley
Matt has a wonderful property all ready for the renting. A cozy home thats perfect for a place to relax and recharge. Whether staying local, or just passing through the area, you've got to check out Matt's 2 bed 2 bath home. It's easily going to be our go to spot for overnight stay when in Phoenix!

If you need a quiet lovely home to stay close to South Mountain area then look no further. This home had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Matt and Keesha were great hosts with good communication and ease of check in and check out. Will be staying here again!

This was a very suitable property fir my Mom and I. The yard was great for my little dogs. A TV in the bedroom would have been nice but I survived and would definitely rent this again.
