Welcome to the Sunshine Delight!
3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with 1 master bedroom and pool/spa. Master bedroom include King size bed, WIC, and flat screen TV. Master bathroom has shower, WC, and 2 basins. 2nd bedroom include Queen size bed, double closet, and flat screen TV. 3rd bedroom has Twin beds, double closet, and 14" TV/DVD. Family bathroom has bath/shower, WC, and sink. Lounge area has 3 seater, 2 seater, armchair, patio doors to pool area, 30" TV, DVD player, and stereo. Dining area has Dining table which seats 6 and patio doors.
The villa is located within the gated, upscale community of Tuscan Hills which has a clubhouse with fitness centre,tennis courts and children's play area.
Please note that pool & Spa heat (where applicable) are not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply. This home has gas pool heat which requires a minimum of 3 consecutive days.
-Parking rules are strictly enforced
-Please adhere to parking rules and notices in the community.
-Only 2 vehicles maximum per property permitted on allotted sized driveway areas
-Only 1 full size vehicle in front of the garage and 1 compact vehicle in other perpendicular parking space in front of house.
-No Overnight Street Parking, your vehicle will be towed at your own expense
-Access for owners, guests & authorized service personnel only
-No parking for motorhomes, buses, trailers, boats, trucks or commercial vehicles.
-Do not block any sidewalks, other home's driveways or mailboxes

Our staff is always nearby so if assistance is needed, we are quick to respond. We have extended customer service hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 AM, MON-SAT. and 8AM-4PM SUNDAYS. OFFICE HOURS: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MON-SAT AND CLOSED ON SUNDAYS) to better assist our guests that spend the daytime hours at the theme parks or other amazing local activities. 24-hour emergency service is also available so you should never feel like you are on your own. You will love the service you receive from check in to check out.
