We enjoyed our stay in Lecce- the studio is in an historic building behind the Greek church. The staff at the property were fabulous and responsive. They fixed the hot water system, provided information and help and called us a taxi to go to the station. The studio has one quite major drawback though- the ‘kitchenette’ is found inside a wooden robe in the corner near the bathroom. It has no power point for the stove top which has to be placed on top of the fridge and plugged in, the stove top is old and crusty and makes noises when it is on. The kettle had to be plugged in beside the bed to boil water for coffee. The utensils , crockery and cutlery were old and dirty. If cooking happened inside the robe it would be a fire hazard. There was no broom to sweep the floor but cleaning staff did this when asked. There was a lot of noise on Friday night from a band in the piazza which didn’t end until early Saturday morning. All Of this aside, it was a quaint and unusual stay and the staff were wonderful.

Beau séjour à Lecce

Au début communication un peu difficile sur vrbo mais ensuite avec whats app tout a très bien été. très à l’écoute. nous avons trouvé un stationnement gratuit à tous les jours Logement très bien positionné pour circuler à pied sauf pour les plages. Je recommande cet endroit

Nice place, poorly managed

This place was such a disappointment. It is well-situated in the old, beautiful part of Lecce, but it is poorly cared-for. The floor was dirty when we arrived, and somebody left a cigarette on the nightstand. There were stains on the headboard (from people's heads, I guess), which was pretty gross. The door to the bathroom was half-off its hinges, and made a terrible noise trying to get in and out. Think of that in the middle of the night. On our last morning, there was no hot water. We communicated with the host and she was responsive, but besides a refund of 20%, nothing was done. It's a fair price per night and it looks cool, but I wouldn't stay here again. If I had extra cash, I would have just left.

Ambiente caldo e raffinato

Il BB di Antonella e Marcello nei pressi della chiesetta greca si colloca nel centro storico di Lecce e nella ristrutturazione raffinata risulta rispettoso e armonico con l'ambiente circostante. L'esuberante e affettuosa accoglienza di Antonella è stata un'esperienza bella come di una relazione familiare con una vecchia amica. Grata anche per la gentilezza e cordialità delle collaboratrici così come di molti altri nella città di Lecce.
