Holiday home CORONA is a ground floor apartment of about 90 square meters located in the center of Matera 50 meters from the bus and train station and 100 meters from the central square and the splendid setting of the Sassi. This room was so nice!! Perfectly walkable to everything you want to see in Matera. The owners of the property were so nice and helpful as well. We would love to stay again!

Great Location

Conveniently located just a short walk from the entrance to the Sassi. Many restaurants and cafes there. Street parking available on street in front of apartment. Only problem was that WiFi did not work. Fortunately, our phones are on an unlimited data plan.

Il posto davvero vicinissimo al centro storico punto ideale..qualche disagio in casa dettato dalla scomodità assoluta del divano letto ..ho ancora le molle conficcate nella schiena..la casa non è insonorizzata per niente ed essendo un pianterreno si sente tutto..in più le pareti un po' rovinate..non eravamo stati informati che si paga sopra ai 14 anni la tassa di soggiorno..2 euro a testa! Nel complesso tutto molto mediocre!

Appartamento TOP ma ci vuole AC

Posizione ottimale x vedere i Sassi ed il centro con tanti locali dove mangiare a prezzi buonissimi.. l’appartamento è veramente originale ma la mancanza di aria condizionata in questi gg roventi lo penalizza purtroppo. Professionista immobiliare molto gentile e presente!

2 magnifiche giornate a Matera

La casa di Francesco si trova in una posizione comodissima per la visita ai sassi di Matera. Davanti a casa puoi lasciare l'auto e non è più necessario usarla perché ci si sposta a piedi. La casa è freschissima e con i 42 gradi all'esterno non è un particolare trascurabile....... è accogliente, attrezzata di tutto ciò che occorre. La pulizia eccellente. Francesco è disponibilissimo e risponde ad ogni messaggio tempestivamente. Se torneremo a Matera sicuramente torneremo in questo alloggio che consigliamo a tutti!

Abbiamo passato 3 notti in questa struttura. Locale molto pulito. Dalle foto ci aspettavamo fosse molto più piccolo...invece è molto spazioso. Posizione a 2 passi dalla piazza principale. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Vicinissima alla zona centrale

Casa veramente vicina al centro della città e con la possibilità di visitare i sassi di Matera lasciando la macchina al parcheggio, andando a piedi. Tutto sommato condivido le lamentele dei precedenti clienti riguardo alla vicinissima strada di passaggio che causa rumori notturni alla notte e la non perfetta comodità soprattutto del divano letto componibile. Ma tutto sommato nel complesso la casa è pulitissima e ripeto, vicinissima al centro storico per poter visitare i sassi comodamente.

Graziosa e pratica sistemazione, poco adatta d'estate

Monolocale con soppalco arredato con gusto in modo funzionale, ottimo per 4 persone ma fruibile con un po' di adattamento anche da 5 ( come eravamo noi). Unico difetto la scarsa ventilazione garantita solo da due piccole finestre in alto che non garantiscono il ricambio dell'aria nemmeno nelle serate ventilate Ci sono due piccoli ventilatori che sono però del tutto insufficienti ( preciso che non abbiamo soggiornato nel periodo peggiore del caldo ma nei gg immediatamente successivi) Dormire sul soppalco era come stare in un forno per pizza! A parte ciò comoda anche la posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro Proprietario disponibile e presente.

Ottimo appartamento prezzo qualità eccezionale, posizione centrale a 200 metri dal centro storic

Bellissimo appartamento open space su due livelli. Molto curato e appena ristrutturato. Pulito e funzionale, unica mancanza, ma che so verrà risolta, si è sentita veramente tanto la mancanza di un climatizzatore che avrebbe reso le notti più piacevoli viste le temperature africane di questi giorni.

Nous avons été surpris de ne pas avoir rencontré le propriétaire, les parents sympas! Le logement , bien , propre ,mais sans fenêtre, entre 2rues , pas insonorisé. Il faut surtout éviter le week-end car le bar attenant est très bruyant. Le rapport qualite- prix laisse à désirer.
