In a quiet area and close to the central market (3kms), the old port (4kms), its beaches and the Ile de Re (15 mns by car) Family House ground floor with private parking on the property and with a Mediterranean garden. The living room is very open and bright (southern exposure) open on a terrace equipped (garden furniture - possibility to eat outside - deckchairs and barbecue Weber). The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped. In the living room there is a flat screen TV (with canal +), wifi. The house has 3 bedrooms including a master suite with a bathroom (walk-in shower), the bedroom has direct access to the garden. The house has 2 further bright bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower. There are also 2 independent toilets. The garage can accommodate bicycles without problems, and it also includes a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a freezer cabinet.
