Very large typical Catalan farmhouse located in the very calm agricultural area and very well located. Near sea (20 kms), Spain (10 kms), Céret (3kms). True haven of peace and privacy. Swimming pool (1/06 ... 30/09), barbecue, summer kitchen, billiards and very spacious living areas, ideal for family or group holidays. Possibility to rent out of season for smaller groups in better conditions. The place is magical. Do not hesitate to contact us.

Estancia con amigos

La casa es preciosa y está perfectamente equipada. Ideal para encuentros con amigos, espaciosas zonas comunes, piscina perfecta y zona del jardin para comer, ideal. Las habitaciones son tambien espaciosas y muy comodas. François y Sonia son unos perfectos amfitriones.

Un hôte accueillant et sympathique un beau mas aménagé avec goût et tranquille

Un séjour agréable malgré la chaleur tres forte cette semaine là qui a fait apprécier la piscine au sel ! des hôtes sympathiques ayant le gout du beau ce qui est bien agréable et disponibles si besoin pour infos. Collioure à voir charmant et montagne proche pour ballade. Les personnes rencontrées dans la région très aimables et bienveillantes.

Maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle, adaptée pour passer un weekend en famille ou avec des amis. Le site est calme et le propriétaire est tres accueillant. Dommage que le temps n'ait pas été au rendez-vous !

Un mois dans un petit paradis

Einen ganzen Monat durften wir mit Familie und Freunden dieses charmante, alte Landhaus bewohnen und alle haben es sehr genossen. Drinnen und draußen haben wir uns rundherum wohl gefühlt, hervorheben möchte ich dabei besonders die gemütlich eingerichteten und mit allerlei Kunstwerken dekorierten Räume, die große, gut bestückte Küche sowie natürlich den tollen Garten mit Grillplatz, Salzwasserpool und verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten. Die sehr herzlichen Gastgeber, François und Sonia, waren vom ersten Moment der Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Abreise stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit - von der Vermittlung von Kontakten (Putzhilfe, Radverleih, weitere Ferienwohnung in der Nähe) über Reisetipps bis hin zur Einführung in die argentinische Grillkunst ;) Muchas gracias por todo!!

Beautiful house and area

A characterful, spacious and comfortable house in a wonderful location. The pool and barbecue areas were a great asset and much enjoyed by all the family. The owners were extremely helpful and kind and we had a very happy holiday.

Séjour parfait dans un mas magnifique !

Nous avons passé un super séjour parfait dans cette très belle propriété. La maison est très belle et bien adaptée aux grands groupes. Le jardin est aussi magnifique avec la piscine et la cuisine d'été et permet de passer un bon moment à l'extérieur. François est très accueillant et disponible en cas de questions, tout s'est très bien passé. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte ! Allez-y les yeux fermés !

Parfaitement adapté à un séjour en groupe

Situé à mi chemin entre mer et montagne ce super gîte permet une bonne découverte de la région. Le gîte lui-même est très adapté à la vie en groupe avec ses 5 chambres individuelles, son mini dortoir et ses grandes pièces de vie. L extérieur est aussi un très beau lieu de vie avec bien sûr la piscine mais surtout la cuisine extérieure avec son préau et son barbecue. La grange aménagée en salle de jeux complète agréablement ces équipements. Si on rajoute â tout çà la disponibilité, la gentillesse et les bons conseils des hôtes ce gîte est vraiment très recommandable.

J'ai écrit ça : Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans cette magnifique villa. C'est très grand et l'extérieur permet de passer de bonnes soirées entre amis ou en famille avec un barbecue ainsi que la piscine. Les photos ne rendent pas hommage à cette bâtisse richement décorée. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et disponible en cas de questions, tout s'est très bien passé. Nous recommandons vivement cette location (passer directement par le propriétaire) !

Un séjour entre amis inoubliable… Le lieu est exceptionnel La bâtisse est magique , avec de grands volumes, des chambres généreuses , un extérieur idéal pour les échanges entre amis ou en famille autour d’une grande table accolée à l’espace barbecue. Increible estadia en familia

Pasamos unos dias maravillosos en la casa, la verdad que es una masía hermosa, rodeada de campo y lindos pueblitos para recorrrer, no muy lejos de la playa. La casa tiene todo lo que se necesita y la atencion de los dueños es espectacular!!
