My husband and I have been visiting Bryson City since year 2000. We custom built this cabin in 2014. In 2020 during covid a storm came and blew the roof off flooding the entire cabin. We have renovated the whole cabin. Completely newly renovated Kitchen, and bathrooms, new hardwood floors throughout, new furnishings, new mattresses, lighting.....plenty of outdoor furniture to dine and rest on 3 full porches.
We take pride and effort into making it as clean and comfortable for you.
If booking in Jan and February (POSSIBLY DEC AND MARCH) it is requested you have a 4WD. You will be required to purchase cancellation insurance.
WE DO NOT AND SIMPLY CANNOT REFUND DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER. PURCHASE THE OFFERED CANCELLATION INSURANCE TO PROTECT YOUR BOOKING.

Enjoy the views from one of the three, large covered porches. On the porch you will find an outdoor stone, gas fireplace with outdoor dining table. There is a large hanging porch swing and plenty of rocking chairs to relax and take in the view. There is also a 5 foot fire table on front porch.

Inside are four spacious bedrooms with 1 king bed in the master (main level) and in daylight basement there will a King in 2nd bedroom, queen bedroom in 3rd room and queen on queen bunk bed in 4th br all bedrooms have large flat screen mounted tvs. Rooms sleep up to 6 adults with 2-4 small children OR 8 adults. A large soaking tub in the master bath, a pool table in the basement motorized reclining sofas. Downstairs patio has hot tub on the patio that seats up to 6 people. There are 6 Smart TVs total in all bedrooms and basement living area and great room. A wood burning, stacked stone fireplace in the main living room, a stone, gas burning fireplace in the basement living room and a stone, gas burning fireplace on the porch. A picnic area outside with fire pit, coal burning grill and table.

The cabin also has a whole house generator which automatically turns on during power outages and a tank less hot water heater.
Also, enjoy the beautiful, custom kitchen with granite counter tops, fully loaded with stainless steel appliances with a gas range stove. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook and provide meals for your stay.

The cabin sits 20-30 minutes outside of Bryson City in a small, quaint community named Alarka. Inside Bryson City you can enjoy shopping, a small theater, local dining and of course The Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. The cabin is also near the Fontana Lake where you will find water recreational activities. The Nantahala Outdoor Center and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park where you can hike and view the elk. Cherokee with the casino, fishing, heritage shopping and dining and the wild elk.
