Wonderful vacations in the heart of Tuscany

Very beautiful house, big garden and large pool, very quiet and relaxing. Antonio was always there when needed. He was very flexible with an extension of our stay when our car was broken 2 days before depsrture and needed to be repaired. That was really great. Thank you again, Antonio

Summer 2024

We - my wife, our son, daughter and in laws - had a wonderful vacation at this vinyard. Very beautiful and old house in beautiful surroundings and there is so wonderful quiet. All what we had been looking for and corresponded fully to our expectations. The garden is big and so is the pool that we loved. The owner, Antonio, is present every day and he is so friendly and helpful, and we can only recommend this place.

Wunderschöne Umgebung, toller Pool

Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig gelegen, inmitten von Olivenbäumen, mit Aussicht auf blühende Sonnenblumenfelder. Überall um das Haus ringsum ist viel Platz, der Pool ist traumhaft. Ich empfehle diesen Ort uneingeschränkt für alle Erwachsenen oder Familien mit Jugendlichen. Mit Kindern empfehle ich den Ort nur eingeschränkt, da der Vermieter ein hohes Ruhebedürfnis vermittelt, sodass wir uns nie ganz gelöst gefühlt haben, wenn die Kinder - auch in durchaus angepasster Lautstärke - gespielt oder gebadet haben.

Tolle Unterkunft

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Geräumig mit weitläufigem Garten und großem Pool. Ideal um Ruhe zu finden und um Ausflüge zu starten. Restaurants findet msn in der Nähe ausreichend und günstig dazu. Antonio ist ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber. Jederzeit wieder.

Einzigartige Ferienwohnung

Wir haben La Migliarina gebucht, weil uns die Bilder der alten Villa sehr beeindruckt haben. Als wir vor Ort ankamen, warnen diejenigen unter uns "die zuviel Horrorfilme gesehen haben", erst einmal erschrocken. ;-) So etwas hatten wir noch nie gesehen. Das legte sich aber sehr schnell. Es ist so, dass die Zimmer und die Möbel, einfach alles, was man auf den Bildern sieht in Wirklichkeit größer ist. Die ganze Villa ist der Hammer, ein großartiges Ambiente im neoklassizistischen Stil. Die FeWo bietet Platz ohne Ende und man hat alle Freiheiten, denn die Lage ist sehr ruhig und der Vorteil ist, dass es keine komischen Nachbarn gibt, die einen beäugeln. Das war super. Womit man leben muss, ist, dass die Wohnung zwar funktional ist, aber die Technik, z.B. die Küche nicht wirklich modern ist. Wer normalerweise in 5-Sterne-Hotels absteigt, sollte das hier besser nicht buchen. WLAN,das gibt es nur vor dem Büro am Nebengebäude, ebenso gibt es weder Safe noch Klimaanlage. Es war gut sauber, allerdings eben nicht modern. Bspw. ist der Küchenfußboden mit alten Steinfliesen belegt und krumm und schief. Natürlich kann so etwas nie zu 100% klinisch rein sein. Den Durchmesser des Pools würde ich auf 12-15 Meter tippen. Antonio, der Besitzer ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir fanden es super, weil wir auf so ein antikes Ambiente stehen, aber ich denke nicht, dass es für alle Reisenden kompatibel ist, daher nur 4 Sterne. Sorry, Antonio :-) Deiner Frau viel Freude mit der Thiesler ;-)

Tolle alte Villa mit Garten und Pool

Schöne Wohnung, netter Vermieter und viele Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Unbedingt Weinprobe bei Antonio buchen!

Real Tuscany feeling

Absolutely Wonderful

We stayed at Migliarina for 2 weeks and would go back in a heartbeat! Clean, comfortable and centrally located for our Italian vacation. Antonio and all his staff were so nice to us. Helped us with whatever questions or concerns we had. Grazie to all at Migliarina!!
