House ideally located (near the lighthouse - fishermen's district). on the ground floor: large living dining room with fully equipped American kitchen. 1st: a double bedroom with bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 double bedroom and a shower room. Enclosed garden sheltered from view and noise: very large 100m2 terrace with gratings - outdoor shower. 1 place garage and local possibility locked for bikes in the basement;

Short story ...
Once upon a time ...: The first occupants of the peninsula were fishermen from villages in the south basin. During the fishing season, they stayed on the “noroît” coast which, sheltered from the west and north winds, enjoys a privileged climate. Little by little they set up work shacks or settled in old stranded boats.
This is how the villages of Jacquets, Canon, Piraillan, L'Herbe and Cap Ferret were created, listed since 1981 in the inventory of picturesque sites. Villages at the water's edge, shacks for working or living in the sea, made entirely of wood, often display beautiful and vivid colors.

Nettes Appartement im Zentrum

Maisonettewohnung in einer Résidence im Zentrum des Dorfes; schön begrünte Terrasse, nicht einsehbar. Gute Ausstattung. Die Inneneinrichtung, speziell die Küche, ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Very nice vacation home with large terrace

We spent two weeks in August in the house. It is very well located; only a few minutes walk to shops, the market, supermarket and the beach. The house is spacious and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere on the terrace. The communication with the landlord was very friendly and pleasant. He was very helpful with everything. We can highly recommend the house.

Zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig

Das gut eingerichtete Ferienhaus ist optimal gelegen (Nähe Markt, Bassin, Ozean, Lebensmittelladen) und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die grosszügige Terrasse lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist perfekt. Die Räume sind stilvoll und funktional eingerichtet. Einzig der Zustand der Küchenabdeckung verlangt in meinen Augen nach einer kleinen Renovation. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis erachte ich als fair. Vielen Dank füt die Gastfreundschaft :-).

Belle maison pour vacances en famille

La maison est idéalement située, à quelques pas de tous les commerces et du marché ainsi que de la plage côté Bassin. Elle se situe dans une petite résidence très calme. La maison, bien que pas très grande, est bien équipée pour des vacances en famille (four, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle). La décoration dans un style bord de mer est sympathique. La terrasse est très grande et agréable avec tables, transats, barbecue au milieu de la végétation. C'est une maison très sympathique pour des vacances en plein centre du Cap Ferret. Communication très rapide et facile avec le propriétaire.

Mittendrin und doch ruhig

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem klar aufgeteilten, praktischen und originell ausgestattetem Haus sehr genossen. Ganz besonders hat es uns die Terrasse angetan. Bäcker, Supermarkt und das Becken von Arcachon sind fußläufig, die Strände auf der Atlantikseite sind in kurzer Distanz mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Obwohl mittendrin, kann man im Haus die Ruhe genießen.

A cote de la plage

Lieu agréable avec une belle terrasse à l'abri des regard au milieu de la verdure. En mi saison la maison est bien chauffée. La cuisine est petite mais bien équipée. Un effort de déco a été fait dans un style mer agréable. Il reste à rénover le sofa qui a un peu vécu. Nous recommandons ce lieu pour des vacances en famille ou entre ami

Sehr gut und ruhig gelegenes Haus mit grosser Terrasse

Gute Lage in der Nähe des Arcachon-Beckens. Schön eingerichtetes Haus, grosse, nicht-einsehbare Terrasse mit schöner Bepflanzung. In die Jahre gekomme Küche und Badezimmer, könnte eine kleine Investition vertragen.

Hübsche Ferienwohnung in Cap Ferret

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung, die sich in einer Wohnanlage befindet, sehr genossen. Die Küche ist klein aber vollständig ausgestattet. Besonders angenehm ist die sehr große (ca. 100 m²) große Terrasse. Zum Bassin sind es 200 Meter; zur Markthalle 300 Meter. Was will man mehr?

Très bel emplacement et grande terrasse très agréable

Location idéalement située tout proche plage du Mimbeau, du quartier ostréicole et du phare, dans une résidence calme et ombragée. Superbe terrasse en bois spacieuse et agréable. Belle pièce à vivre et trois chambres confortables à l'étage, avec deux salles de bain. Parfait pour profiter du Cap Ferret en famille.

Nous y retournerons

Maison mitoyenne au centre du Cap ferret. Très silencieuse, très spacieuse et parfaitement équipée. le Jardin est très grand avec deux belles terrasses. Nous avons tout fait à pied. La propreté des lieux est irréprochable car réalisée par une professionnelle entre les locations. le tarif est très correct vu la prestation et le lieu. Nous y retournerons très certainement.

very well equipped appartement

The appartment is very well situated for vacation, very well equipped and provides enough space for a family. We always enjoy our stays in Cap Ferret very much and will return to this appartement (formerly part of Crystal Hotel) when we return next time. For off-season vacation very well suited because most of the shops are closed then- except for those in walking distance of this appartement. We allways enjoy our evening-walks around the lighthouse. Value for money is given at this appartement.

Très bonne location

La location correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. L'emplacement, près du phare, du bassin et du centre, est idéal (surtout lorsque l'on a des enfants en bas âge). Le jardin est très calme, la maison étant située en retrait. Nous recommandons également le loueur de vélos un peu plus bas sur la rue des goélands. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances au Cap Ferret grâce au temps splendide mais également à la maison très fonctionnelle et agréable.

Satisfaits !

Location très agréable, très bien située, au calme, bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. A proximité immédiate du bassin et du village, possibilité de tout faire à pied ou à bicyclette. Correspond tout à fait au descriptif et donc aux attentes des vacanciers. (seule toute petite réserve, le téléviseur, hors d'age)
