The house is a spacious annex within the grounds of an elegant villa. Secluded and with privacy in mind the main villa and the house are separated by a main gate and Pool. The private pool of 80 sqm well maintained and spacious enough to enjoy in the summer months. The House sits within 20.000 sqm of land amongst fruit and olive trees.

Italien in Ruhe

sehr großes Grundstück, umzäunt und abgelegen. Geräumiges Ferienhaus - wir waren zu 5. und hatten sehr viel Platz. Im Ferienhaus ist alles nötige vorhanden. Großer Pool mit Liegen für Nichtschwimmer nicht ohne Schwimmhilfe zu empfehlen. Unsere Tochter ist 9 und nicht klein - sie konnte nur am äußeren Rand stehen da wir alle schwimmen können war dies für uns aber kein Problem. Das Haus der Vermieter schließt an das Ferienhaus direkt an. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Zur Begrüßung gab es Obst, Gemüse und einen tollen Kuchen. Auch unser großer Hund war willkommen und es gibt diverse Tiere des Vermieters auf dem Anwesen. Die Stechmücken waren etwas nervig. Wir haben uns alle gut erholt.

Séjour en famille!

Séjour très agréable dans un magnifique cadre. La piscine est exceptionnelle avec une superbe vue! Il faut cependant que tout le monde sache nager car pas de petite profondeur pour les enfants. La région est touristique mais la localisation de la propriété est parfaite afin d éviter l'effervescence que cela entraine. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et avenants. Nous avions quelques inquiétudes par rapport à la proximité de leur maison mais ils sont restés très discrets.

Very nice place with great view

It was great! When we arrived a cake and some strawberries from there own garden where our welcome. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great stay, very nice pool and our dog could run for miles in the garden. We recommend this for everybody! Just do it!

Tolle Unterkunft in traumhafter Umgebung

Sehr nette und zurückhaltende Vermieter, die uns mit Begrüßungskuchen und frischen Gemüse versorgten. Die Unterkunft und der Pool sind riesig. Die Beschreibung der Anlage trifft zu 100% zu. Eine Dorfpizzeria ist um die Ecke. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Italiensk vänlighet

Vistelsen har varit mycket bra. Värdinnan bjöd ständigt på de självodlade grönsakerna och frukten. Vilka underbara smaker. Skön omgivning med utsikt mor skogsbevuxna berg, några små kyrkor och byar i bergen. Lite oväsen från motorvägen som dock låg på 15 min bilfärd Det finns mycket att upptäcka i närbelögna områden, Pisa, Cinque terre, Carrara osv. Ursula

schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und Ausblick

Wir haben uns in dem gemütlichem Haus mit sauberen großem Pool sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter, die direkt nebenan wohnen, waren nett und hilfsbereit und haben sich im Hintergrund aufgehalten, so dass es kaum gestört hat. Vielen Dank für den Wein und den Kuchen und das Gemüse aus ihrem Garten !

Un soggiorno speciale. Super consigliato

Ho trascorso con la mia famiglia 12 gg a casa Gruzzelle avevamo bisogno di rilassarci e credo che non avremmo potuto trovare un luogo migliore. Non sono mancate le gite al golfo dei Poeti e in Lunigiana facilmente raggiungibili. I padroni di casa sono fantastici, ospitali e discreti nello stesso tempo Ah con noi avevamo anche il nostro cagnolino e anche lui è stato super felice di poter girare libero nel giardino Spero di tornarci presto. Super consigliato

Lekker rustige lokale, super voor honden. Mooi afgesloten terrein. Super ontvangst door eigenaar . Enige minpuntje is dat de eigenaar er direct naast woont, dus niet echt privacy, maar wel super aardige mensen en geen last van gehad.

Excellent! We spent most of our time in the pool. Family Antonelli made our stay very pleasant.

Nice and clean house. The bedrooms are spacious. It easily fits a large family. The house and surroundings are very well taken care of. We enjoyed the fresh vegetables they grow in their gardens. The pool was our favourite place. Excellent view over the hills.

Wunderschöner Urlaub mit super netten Vermietern

Wir wurden sehr nett von den Vermietern empfangen. Sie wohnen zwar direkt nebenan aber sie halten sich den Aufenthalt über im Hintergrund. Sie waren so lieb und haben uns immer wieder mit Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt. Als Willkommensgeschenk gab es Kuchen und Wein. Im Kühlschrank gab es fürs erste Ankommen Wasser. Was gefehlt hat, waren Gewürze (Salz/Pfeffer/Zucker-wir haben es für den nächsten da gelassen). Der Pool ist sauber und richtig groß, wir fanden mit 2 Familien immer genügend Platz darin. Das Haus hat mehrere Zimmer und Schlafmöglichkeiten. Im Keller gab es sehr viele Spielzeuge für die Kinder und eine Tischtennisplatte. Es gibt auch eine Outdoor-Küche mit Grill und Steinofen. Und einen großzügigen Essbereich auf der Terrasse. Bei der Lage habe ich lediglich 1 Punkt abgezogen, da man überall mit dem Auto hinfahren muss. Zum Strand und zur nächstgrößeren Stadt dauert es ca. 30min. Alles in einem hatten wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub mit super netten Vermietern, die immer ein offenes Ohr hatten. Toll, sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr schöner Urlaub am Pool

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für den leckeren Kuchen und Wein!! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und der große Pool einfach Klasse. Das riesige Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan, was uns allerdings in keinster Weise gestört hat. Sie sprechen kein Deutsch und Englisch trotzdem hat das verständigen gut geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Parfait

Très belle propriété avec piscine, les propriétaires sont très gentils, accueillants et discrets. C'est proche de la spezia ( une vingtaine de minutes en voiture ) tout en étant dans la campagne. Je recommande si vous cherchez une villa paisible avec un très beau cadre. Et il ne manque rien dans la maison, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Sehr erholsamme Tage am Pool

Sehr schöne, große und saubere Alage. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. Es sind genügend Liegestühle am sehr großen Pool vorhanden einzig die Auflagen fehlen. Der Freisitz bietet genügend Platz und ist fest überdacht. Im Hof ist ein Gasgrill mit Gußeisenplatte, auf dem es sich sehr gut grillen läßt. Das Haus ist geräumig. Im EG sind 2 Doppelzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten, 1 Wohnzimmer, 1 Badezimmer mit einem Einzelwaschbecken, einer Dusche, WC und Bidet. Für uns war es ausreichend, da die Männer meist im Freien die Pooldusche Benutzten. Im Keller gibt es noch ein Waschbecken, eine Sitzbadewanne, ein WC und eine Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Kaffeemaschine ist ein Espessokocher, der Herd mit Backofen ein 4 Platten Induktionsherd. Eine Spühlmaschine gibt es nicht. Der Kühlschrank ist groß und hat ein separates Gefrierfach. Eine Mikrowelle ist auch vorhanden. Im OG ist eine Galerie und ein großes Zimmer in dem 2 Matratzen 1,40x 2,00m auf dem Boden liegen. 1 Matratze liegt on einer erhöhten Nische in der Galerie. Die sehr freundlichen Hausbesitzer wohnen direkt nebenan und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Sie verstehen jedoch weder deutsch noch englisch. Die Umgebung ist bergig. Zum nächsten großen Supermarkt sind es ca. 15 Km oder 30min fahrt. Einen Alimentari für das allernötigste und einen sehr guten Metzger gibts im Nachbarort ca. 6Km. Die Lage der Anlage gut, jedoch in der Nähe der Autobahn die man je nach Wind mehr oder weniger hört. Wir fanden es nicht störend. Wir waren 14 Tage hätten uns auch noch länger dort wohlgefühlt.

Villa calme et propre avec belle vue.

Belle maison propre et au calme, l’accueil des propriétaires est très bon (gâteau et vin maison). Ils sont très gentils et discrets. Nous n’avions juste pas compris qu’ils seraient à côté. Très belle piscine et très belle vue. La maison est confortable et agréable conformément à la description et aux photos. Voiture sur place nécessaire.

A Perfect Holiday Place

We enjoyed the weeks holiday we spent at Casa Gruzzelle. It is a beautiful and comfortable house, well furnished, clean, modern and quite spacious. It is set in a secluded area, on a hillside with wonderful views of the surrounding country side from the pool area. The pool is a good size and constantly maintained. The house is well located to explore the east coast of Liguria, with its beautiful beaches and little gems like Cinque Terre and Portofino not far away. In all, the place ticks all the boxes and we surely recommend it. The owners live on site, they are discreet and very helpful, and certainly made us very welcome. Thank you Marisa and Aldo, we did enjoy our stay.

August 2018 Family Holiday

We had a great week here at the beginning of August 2018. The pool is excellent and really useful when it as hot as it was for us. The house is very comfortable for 6 adults, it's well equipped (although there isn't a dishwasher) - even a table tennis table in the basement. The owners are on site in the main house (linked to the holiday annex) and have a young friendly dog. They are very welcoming and dealt with any issues we had. Access to La Spezia is quite easy but a car is essential for a relaxing holiday. The Cinque Terra are all amazing and best visited by train from La Spezia but Lerici, Tellaro and Sestri Levante are also beautiful and well worth a visit. We really liked it all.

Location Exceptionnelle

Pour assister au mariage de ma fille, nous avons loué cette location de la Maison Gruzzelle pour 8 jours. Nous étions 7 adultes. La maison est très bien équipée et le place ne manquait pas. L'endroit est exceptionnel, la piscine splendide. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et discrets. Lors de nos séjours futurs dans la région nous retournerons à la Maison Gruzzelle.

Casa Gruzzelle ist ein schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus mit netten Vermietern.

Wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne Woche im grünen und hügeligen Ligurien. Das Haus hat insgesamt 7 Schlafmöglichkeiten, die auf 9 erweitert werden können, ist also auch für eine Großfamilie sehr gut geeignet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auf der Terrasse lässt es sich gut leben. Aufgrund der Topographie braucht man zu den eigentlich nahen Zielen wie Cinque Terre, La Spezia oder Levanto doch etwas länger als vermutet (nach Monterosso/Cinque Terre ca. 45 Minuten für 25 Kilometer). Im gleichen Ortsteil von Beverino gibt es einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen, für größere Einkäufe muss man ca. 10 km bis nach Ceparana fahren oder man kann auch in La Spezia einkaufen. Die freundlichen Vermieter (ein Ehepaar) wohnen auf dem Gelände. Sie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sehr zurückhaltend. Wir wurden herzlich mit einem leckeren Kuchen und einer Flasche Wein begrüßt. Die Autobahn ist vom Haus aus zu sehen und abends, wenn es sonst still ist, auch zu hören, was uns aber kaum gestört hat. Ein wunderschönes Feriendomizil für einen erholsamen Urlaub in einer landschaftlich reizvollen Umgebung!
