Nous avons passé une bonne semaine et les propriétaires sont super sympa, accueillant et à l'écoute si besoin. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation surtout que tout est à proximité la mer, les commerces, etc...

Très bonne semaine de vacances dans cette location dans laquelle nous n'avons manqué de rien. L'emplacement est idéal pour tout faire à pied. 15min du port, 10min des petites boutiques du bord de plage et 1 min de la plage. La clim dans deux des 4 chambres est tres appréciable. Nous recommandons cette location.

Sehr strandnah gelegene Wohnung mit ruhigem, schattigen Garten

Die Wohnung liegt sehr strandnah. Der kleine Garten hinterm Haus ist sehr ruhig und bietet zu jeder Tageszeit irgendwo Schatten. Leider ist auf der Terrasse sehr oft eine Lüftungsanlage in der Nachbarschaft zu hören. Wir sind ohne Auto angereist. Der Ort Argelès macht zwar Werbung damit, dass es dort ein gutes Netz mit kostengünstigen, öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gibt, diese fahren aber nicht alle täglich und auch nicht den ganzen Tag über. Zu einigen Haltestellen läuft man 30 Min. Wenn man ein Taxi benötigt, sollte man es rechtzeitig buchen. Sonst geht man leer aus. Wir haben uns Fahrräder ausgeliehen. Das war für eine Woche nicht teuer, und wir waren auf diese Weise schnell überall, denn eigentlich ist alles nah, nur zu Fuß etwas zu weit. Die Boulangerie le pain du ch'ti mi (av. du Tech) ist sehr zu empfehlen Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Wir waren Ende Juni / Anfang Juli dort. Die Temperaturen waren zu der Zeit angenehm, das Meerwasser noch ziemlich kühl, der unbewachte Strand direkt am Haus fast leer. Die Klimaanlage im Haus haben wir nicht benötigt, da es nachts noch gut runterkühlte.

Un séjour en famille agréable dans un appartement confortable et bien équipé, quasiment face à la plage et à 15 minutes à pied du centre d'Argeles/mer. Accueil disponible et sympathique. Hébergement conseillé !

À 2 pieds de la plage Proche commerces nécessaires pour le petit dej Et a10 mn du centre d’Argeles, cette location est superbement placée Il y a tout ce qu’il faut à l’intérieur Et le jardin extérieur est très agréable Je recommande cette location

Super location

Appartement bien situé à proximité des commerces et des plages. très calme le top un jardin ombragé sous les pins, pour manger . Très bien équipé la literie est bonne deux chambres climatisées vraiment un séjour de rêve

magifique location

la villa est idéalement située, la proximité de la mer géniale, location très propre, il ne manque vraiment rien, nous avons énormément apprécié le jardin ombragé et fleuri si prés de la plage, belles salles de bains, déco trés soignée merci pour les bonnes adresses mise à disposition

sejour tres agreable et inoubliable

Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé. Un appartement occupé occasionnellement par les propriétaires est pour nous un critère de qualité (propreté, décoration, équipement…).Le cadre est parfait,situé à proximité immédiate de la plage. Nous avons adoré cet appartement et son environnement, il est superbe. Pour nous, une location de référence à recommander sans aucune hésitation. Nous programmons déjà un prochain séjour………….
