welcome to costa di sognu, in a 3 hectare property, with an arboretum (many species of native and exotic trees, secular olive trees): paths invite you to stroll. a path leads to the village washhouse where a refreshing spring water flows. the land with oaks, olive trees and fruit trees is attached to the mountain and oriented towards the sea offering a panoramic view of the ozari and its beach.

Au coeur d une nature magnifique, c est un lieu de vie, il y a tout ce qu il faut, l appartement bien équipé, spacieux, terrasse ombragée, qui doit être agréable en pleine chaleur. L'endroit est agréable, le parc très beau, les villages à côté sont plein de charme. Le plus, ce sont Bastien et son père qui sont des personnes très gentilles, et accueillantes . Je recommande pour vos vacances, car c'est un endroit où on pourrait rester vivre longtemps.

Schöne Lage, aber ungepflegt und sanierungsbedürftig
+ sehr schöne Lage und Botanik + Sehr schöne Aussicht auf Küste und Bergwelt + Vorhandensein des Pools war schön + Tischtennisplatte vorhanden + Schöne Außenterrasse mit Liegestühlen und Esstisch - Drei Schlafzimmer, die ausgewiesen wurden, stimmen so nicht. Zwei Schlafzimmer sind nur mit einem Vorhang abgetrennt, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelstockbett befindet sich im Flurbereich - Schimmel in der Dusche und an den Holzmöbeln unter dem Waschbecken - viele Dinge defekt und marode, z.B. aufgeweichte Badmöbel, lose Duschstange, völlig verschmorter Elektrogrill, kaputtes Türschloss - Ameisen in der Küche - Spinnengewebe und viel Staub auf Ablageflächen und Nischen - im Inserat wurde nicht erwähnt, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher gegen Gebühr ausgeliehen werden müssen - Kaution wurde per SMS kurz vor der Anreise angekündigt (jedoch keine bei uns angefordert) - am Pool war die Holzverkleidung marode und schadhaft, lose Schrauben am Poolrand (Verletzungsgefahr) - WC am Pool voller Spinngewebe - Kübelpflanzen am Pool zum Teil völlig vertrocknet Zusammenfassung: Die schöne Anlage könnte durch mehr Pflege und Investition wieder eine gute, familienfreundliche Anlage werden.

Incroyable vue, cadre et propriété, ne manque que le Wifi dans les appartements
Bien que le Wifi était manquant dans l'appartement (zone wifi seulement sur la propriété) et l'équipement trop réduit pour cuisiner pour un groupe étendu, la propriété, le propriétaire, les lieux, le cadre, les installations, la vue et un certain goût de corse authentique, ont fait partie des tops de notre voyage. Gîte situé dans un bel environnement
Merci à Bastien et Jean Pierre pour l'accueil, les délicieuses confitures et leurs réponses à nos demandes. Nos enfants ont apprécié le parc, le ping-pong, les chiens et les ânes. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la piscine qui n'était pas encore en service, mais le cadre est très agréable et nous a permis de prendre l'apéro au soleil, notre terrasse étant trop fraîche à cette époque. La bibliothèque et la buanderie libres d'accès sont de vrais plus. A savoir: - pour les personnes voyageant en avion: le gîte est loué sans aucune épicerie -pour les personnes sensibles à la lumière matinale: l'absence de volets /rideaux occultants peut être gênante. -les chambres fermées par un rideau ne garantissent pas l'intimité et l'insonorisation d'une porte. Enfin, un peu plus de lumière dans le salon assez sombre, et dans la salle à manger le soir aurait été appréciée. A part ces détails le gîte est agréable et situé dans une très belle région.

Très beau domaine où les découvertes sont nombreuses ( chemin des oliviers, visite du villages...) La famille Fabrizi nous fait découvrir l'histoire de la Corse et de ses lieux avec passions. Le logement était conforme à l'annonce et la terrasse bien agréable

C'est beau, ça sent bon, c'est paradisiaque
Bastien très sympa et serviable, son père aussi. Au premier réveil, on se demande si on est arrivé au paradis. Des oliviers, des lauriers-roses, des figuiers, des fleurs partout, 2 ânes. Et tous les équipements/services qui facilitent le séjour au quotidien. Bravo, et merci.

un endroit très reposant !!!
Nous avons tout adoré de ce gite. Accueil chaleureux , un gite très bien il ne manque rien dans la maison On avait le gite de 8 personnes. Nous avions une terrasse pour manger dehors . Les propriétaires très gentils. Le papa faisait le tour le matin pour donner des tomates , il nous a proposé d'aller visiter l'église du village et là nous avons passé deux heures sur la petite place à rire à ses histoires. Nous sommes parti avec un petit souvenir du gite un yucca offert . L'endroit est très calme , la piscine est suffisante pour se raffraichir . On y reviendra sans souci et avec un grand plaisir. Merci encore pour cet accueil . (Les Vauclusiens )

Endroit idyllique pour des vacances en famille
Location conforme au descriptif. Endroit préservé du tourisme de masse. Avec en plus un accueil des plus chaleureux par le propriétaire, très attentif. Des bons souvenirs et adresse où nous reviendrons sûrement.
