Villa Josefina, located in the fabulous Golf Course Salinas de Antigua (Caleta de Fuste), is located in the lower part of the complex. South facing. Near everything. Just 1 km from the Atlantic Mall. Enjoy fantastic views of the golf course and the sea. It is modern, luxurious and functional. Decorated with excellent taste has spacious and bright with 5 meter ceilings allow you to enjoy a wonderful relaxing stay.
Surrounded by a tended garden and large terrace with heated pool (7x3 meters) to 26 ° C. Available from November to April included in the rental price. It provides in artificial lawn care, excellent cushioned hammocks, garden and fantastic fridge bank / Balinese. Its spacious outdoor dining under the pergola and comfortable lounge will allow you to enjoy an invigorating breakfast, or a lively meal, watching the extraordinary views of the sea or golf course, or a relaxing dinner admiring a clear and starry sky .
The villa has a large living room inner thought of an open concept with a large window that occupies the entire front of the house and it allows you, from any point of it, enjoy wonderful views.
Its 4 rooms. The main one, with a 160 cm bed, has a large built-in wardrobe, a functional dressing table and a bathroom that includes a hair dryer and diffuser, scales, towels, soaps and everything you need for your comfort. A second room with two beds pushed together 90 cm. large wardrobe and cozy dressing. A third with two separate beds of 90 cm. wardrobe and small dressing room. And finally a fourth room with bed 90 cm. and precious youthful decor.
Alongside these rooms a spacious and comfortable bathroom that has cone above, dryer and diffuser hair and everything you need for your comfort it is located.
The kitchen has double fridge, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, sandwich maker, heated milk jug, blender, coffee maker, juicer, etc. As well as kitchen table and three comfortable chairs.
Next to the kitchen the house has a laundry room and drying clothes. Washer easy handling, iron and broom cupboard and a wardrobe for different uses and powerful vacuum cleaner.

TOUT CE QU IL N EST PAS DIT DANS L ANNONCE,

Sur l’annonce à première vue la villa semble impeccable avec une belle piscine et une vue sur le golf et la mer. Mais à 300 euros la nuit en août on déchante vite. Voici la réalité ( photos à l’appui) : A ce prix un seul rouleau de papier toilette pour la maison entière, aucun condiment ni produit d’entretien, Aucun plateau de bienvenue :contrairement a la photo, Donc tout à acheter en quantité , mais beaucoup trop pour une location d’une semaine, donc au final le propriétaire récupère nos produits. Une piscine avec une pellicule de crème solaire en surface, des cheveux encore flottants et au fond des saletés stagnantes. Réveil le matin à 07h00 par les avions, car le couloir aérien passe au dessus. Avec 1 appareil toutes les 10 minutes à 350 mètres d’altitude, ( vérifiable sur le site « flightradar24 »), ( bruit assourdissant). Fourmis dans une des salles de bains, dans l’autre le robinet d’eau chaude cassée et aucune ventilation dans les SdB et WC. Le chauffe eau qui fuit avec un seau d’eau en dessous... Pas de climatisation dans la maison, Alors oui dans le titre de l’annonce on voit climatisation, mais c’est pour la piscine :-( On s’est plaint à l’hôte qui nous a proposé de nous rembourser la semaine, mais oh surprise : l’hôte n’est pas le propriétaire mais un intermédiaire Je conseille à tous les locataires d’annuler leur réservation, Je m’interroge sur les commentaires positifs et les 5 étoiles de cette villa pas du tout en adéquation avec les prestations.

Excellent villa, amazing stay

Our holiday has been excellent, the villa was superb and had more than we could ask for. Catered well for young children with plates, cutlery, high chairs, travel cots and lots of toys in the play area. The play area was a little worn compared to the photos and kids would have loved a slide but it served a purpose and the children made good use of it all and loved having their own little area. Villa and gardens were extremely clean. Half way through our stay we had the maintenance team clean the pool and freshen it up from all the use we had already given it. Great location, near lovely beaches, good 10-15 minute walk to the supermarket, a handful of restaurants and sandy beach and a 30 minute walk to the main town, caleta de fuste. All in all an excellent stay and we would definitely return! Thank you!

Family Villa

We had a wonderful holiday in the Villa mostly everything was perfect, we had a couple of issues one was the shower in the twin room en- suite was coming away from the wall also all of the sun loungers were broken we averted a serious accident when one of us sat on it and it broke, we did mention this so no one else has the same issue

Vollausgestattetes Traumhaus

Wunderschön eingerichtetes Haus, mit voller Ausstattung. Blick Golfplatz/Meer traumhaft. Lage top, einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Einflugsschneiße zum Flughafen. Zum Glück ist dieser jedoch nicht so hoch frequentiert gewesen. Das Haus, der Pool, die Ausstattung machen dad wieder wett.

Great villa and holiday stay

Just back from a weeks holiday in Fuerteventura and had a great stay at the villa. The outside area was perfect for what we were looking for - pool was great (especially still being heated in April) and the space outside was the ideal size for letting the children play. The fenced off play area was also very much appreciated. Inside the villa was very clean, modern and to a very high standard. We were impressed with the number of small thoughtful touches throughout, and how well catered for visitors to the villa are. Also really liked the location - loved the view across the golf course to the sea. And close to supermarket, shopping mall with restaurants, etc. We had a hire car but was easily walkable in 10-15 minutes. Would 100% recommend to friends and family, and would love to return ourselves some day.

What can I say about this villa ! It is absolutely superb . Fantastic holiday all round

We have just returned from a 10 day stay at this amazing villa . The outside area is great too . The villa has everything you need . The shops etc are in walking distance . Would definitely recommend this villa and would love to return one day !

lovely villa in a central location

we had a lovely 2 week stay at Villa Josefina in July. The house provides everything you need, and is centrally located on the island. Shops, restaurants and beaches are close by. We had a rental car at our disposal (cheap prices!) which came in very handy. Although the weather was nice and sunny, the house was never hot. Sleeping was comfortable, the kitchen was well equiped, the pool had ideal temp, and the playground was paradise for the kids. The house is close to neighbouring houses, so the peace and quiet depends a bit on who lives next door. We had no complaints there. The view is excellent! We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Home from Home

This villa is amazing. We have just returned from a weeks stay at this villa and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The villa is located about a 15 min walk from the Atlantico shopping centre, a further 20 mins into central Caleta along the seafront. The villa has everything you could ask for, 4 bedrooms, 2 with en-suites, 1 with a bath, a large family bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher. There is a large utility room with a washing machine. The outside area is great, with a bbq, outside toilet and shower. There is a nice dining area outside and an excellent size pool. We had an issue with the heated pool, but after 1 text to Paco, it was sorted and the family fun continued. Whilst the villa has a satellite tv there was only 1 English channel, but you don’t go on holiday to watch tv so this was a real issue. We arrived and were shown around by Paco who provided us a great tour of the villa, but it would be useful to have something to refer too that details how things work, places to eat, taxi numbers etc. Overall a great base for a family holiday and would recommend to anyone.

Eine schöne Woche zum Jahresabschluss

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist gut, alles was man braucht ist da. Auch der beheizte Pool und das vorhandene Kinderspielzeug waren sehr angenehm. Da das Haus den Wind gut abhält, lässt es sich auch an Winterabenden Gut im Freien aushalten. Der Fluglärm in der Einflugschneise hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal wenn man die Insel erkunden will und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus hält was die Fotos versprechen. Die notwendigen Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind vorhanden und der gemauerte Außengrill ist für Grillfans sehr nett. Der Pool war sauber und beheizt. Kleinere Mängel wurden vom Verwalter umgehend behoben. Das Haus liegt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens, was für uns (a) wegen der geringen Anzahl an Flugzeugen und (b) der Begeisterung unseres Sohnes für Flugzeuge kein Nachteil war. Zudem war das Beobachten der Golfspieler für den Kleinen auch sehr spannend. Ein Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen. Nicht wegen der notwendigen Einkäufe, der nächste Supermarkt ist 15 Minuten fußläufig entfernt, sondern wegen der Möglichkeit an den Strand zu fahren. Der "Hausstrand" ist aufgrund von Felsen nicht badetauglich, weshalb der Besuch der Strände im Norden oder Süden der Insel lohnt. Alles in allem hat der Aufenthalt in der Villa unsere Erwartungen erfüllt.

We had a lovely time at Villa Josephine. The Villa was well equipped and finished to a high standard

We had a lovely time at Villa Josephine. The Villa was well equipped and finished to a high standard. The play area was perfect for our children. Located 10 mins walk from the shopping centre, the town was further away but only cost 3.50 euros in a taxi so no need for a hire car. Issues / Recommendations During our stay a quick downpour washed the debris into the pool and we had no way of cleaning the pool. After getting in touch with the owners they sent a man to clean the pool he turned up with a net on a pole and cleaned a little saying he would be back later but never turned up again. Luckily he left the net which allowed us to finish the job off. I would recommend a net for cleaning the pool be left for the guests to use as this was also useful to removing the dead flies. The Villa didn't have air con or ceiling fans. This was normally ok in breezy Fuerteventura, but we had a couple of still nights and the Villa became very warm inside. We would recommend either installing air con or at least ceiling fans in each room for this. We enjoyed our time and would come back again, thank you Joseph for a lovely stay.

Casa maravillosa

Estuvimos en la villa 10 días 7 personas. Al llegar nos encontramos con una casa muy limpia y bien cuidada, es preciosa y decorada con un gusto exquisito. Las habitaciones son grandes y con fundas nórdicas todas a juego, los baños y la cocina increíbles!!! En el jardín pasábamos la mayor parte del tiempo, disfrutando de las vistas y de la piscina climatizada. Los niños jugaban con una casita, tobogán y varias cosas que los propietarios han puesto para los más pequeños. A tres minutos de la casa hay un centro comercial con cines, tiendas, supermercado, restaurantes y la playa. Este verano volvemos seguro!!!

Casa spettacolare

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa dal 25/09 al 07/10 posso dire che la casa è semplicemente stupenda, ben curata pulita e con tutti i comfort sia per i grandi che per i piu piccoli. in questa villa abbiamo soggiornato in 7 eravamo 4 adulti e 3 bambini piccoli uno di un anno e due bimbe di 3.. lo spazio esterno per i bambini e molto bello e rilassante consiglio vivamente questa location... per quanto riguarda la posizione è molto strategica perche in 50 minuti si arriva a Morro jable e 30 a Corralejo.La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile , consiglio questa villa
