Welcome! This is my country house and it is now open to guests.
A perfect place for those interested in a holiday on the Ligurian coast, in a quiet and more private setting than the beach: the house is situated on the hills, only 10 minutes drive from the sea.
It is a two-storey cottage, with a garden opening onto a magnificent view that reaches as far as the sea. In the house there is family furniture, it is not an ikea house and therefore I would like guests to treat the house with love.
The 2 double bedrooms (two windows each, with wonderful views) and a small bathroom are upstairs, on the ground floor is the lounge, kitchen and larger bathroom.
The kitchen was renovated in 2019, and the large bathroom is completely redone (with shower) in 2020.
Perhaps the house is not perfect for children and teenagers, who have the right to relax and play without thinking about what gets ruined and what doesn't ;)
You will find a cosy and perfectly clean house when you arrive, please leave it in a very similar condition :)
IMPORTANT: if you book the house for two guests you will only have one double room of your choice.
And then there's the garden, where you can eat under the trees and sunbathe peacefully when it's too busy down by the sea. Excellent wifi available for guests. Free parking on the street below.
The house is normally rented out in the spring-summer months and heating is not necessary. IMPORTANT: From September to May, gas and electricity charges will not be included in the rental price, so you will have to leave a deposit of 500 euros in cash on arrival, to be renewed if you stay more than a month, and we will calculate on your way out based on consumption and bills how much to return or ask for more.
Camogli (a small fishing village), Santa Margherita and Rapallo are only 7 km away.
The Regional Park of Mount Portofino and its Protected Marine Area are just around the corner, with chestnut woods and olive groves overlooking the sea.
Portofino's marine environment is unique in the Mediterranean for its richness and biodiversity, which is why the park is visited by thousands of keen divers and studied by biologists from all over the world.
