In our farmhouse on one level on the garden, you will appreciate the calm, the sunshine until the sunset, the clear view, the decoration, the arrangement of the rooms, the situation close to the town center, the cycle tracks and the beaches. On a large plot of 1000m2, this farmhouse is embellished with a 80m2 garden, secluded by a hedge.

L’emplacement de la location est idéal, les hôtes sont discrets mais attentifs… malgré une semaine pluvieuse nous avons pu profiter agréablement de Noirmoutier-en-l’Île

Découverte de Noirmoutier

Très belle semaine ! découverte de Noirmoutier en vélo, avec de belles plages tant à l’est qu’à l’ouest. À voir : les marais salants et bien sûr le passage du Gois. Goûter les crêpes au blé noir du marché, excellentes ! Et bien sûr ramener les pommes de terre de Noirmoutier !

Situation idéale . Proximité des commerces 10 min à pieds ou quelques minutes en vélo. Plages de Clère, de l’Anse Rouge, Des Dames accessible en moins de 10 min à vélo. Nous n’avons pas utilisé notre voiture de tout le séjour grâce aux deux vélos prêtés par Florence et Serge. Hôtes discrets et très bienveillants. Nous avons apprécié le logement confortable et fonctionnel doté d’un bel espace extérieur. Espace bien clos qui a permis à notre chienne d’apprécier tout autant que nous ce séjour. Une belle adresse à n’en pas douter !

très bon emplacement

très bien située , cette location permet de se rendre à pieds au centre ville en 10 mn tout en étant au calme grâce au grand jardin très agréable ; proche des arrêts du gratibus,,les plages sont également accessibles rapidement . nous n'avons pas utilisé notre voiture pendant notre séjour.

Un coin de verdure au calme

Charmante longère dans un écrin de verdure au calme et à proximité du bourg à pied ! Pas de véhicule nécessaire d’autant plus qu’il y avait des vélos à disposition

Merveilleuse petite maison , rien ne manque , propriétaire sympathique , ... Le seul bémol est qu'il faudrait des fauteuils confortables pour se detendre et regarder la TV ....c'est mon seul petit regret !

Location parfaitement conforme à l'annonce

Location proche du centre de Noirmoutier en l'île. Longère bien équipée pouvant accueillir 4 personnes. Extérieur sympathique même si nous n'avons pas pu en profiter comme tenu de la météo capricieuse.

Dubious property details

It is with regret that I give this property a poor rating. A major issue concerns the clarity of the property details. As pointed out by a previous reviewer, the details do not make it clear that the property is in the garden of the owner, it is important to do so. There is a hedge that provides some privacy but in no way overcomes the fact of the location. The details mention parking, which implies a readily available off road space. There is indeed one but to use it means you are either blocked in by the owners car or you block in the owner’s car, which would be inconvenient and restrictive. I was actively encouraged to park on the road and did so, however it is a narrow road and black scuff marks were left on my car as well a cigarette end! The details mention calm, there is however constant traffic noise throughout the day. The property had a damp air about it. I may have been the first occupant of the year (I had to find and turn on the gas for the cooker) so this may well improve during the year. The shower head was so loose it was unusable fixed. I had stated I would clean the property and on the last evening I was presented with a cloth and bowl to clean the tiled floors. I informed the owner I would be leaving at 0730 and despite being only 15 meters the owner declined to check the property then and see me off. I was subsequently most surprised to be informed that I was being charged for cleaning, which is automatically deducted from the refundable deposit. I enquired why, and amongst the questionable reasons was that there was evidence of liquid on the floor! To ensure cleanliness I had given the kitchen floor a clean just before leaving and was punished for doing so! On a more positive note, the property is in a good location for a short walk to the amenities of the town centre and there is a very friendly cat!

Que du bonheur !

Très belle longère donnant sur un parc paysagé avec beaucoup de goût. Gîte très calme, nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse, bien reposé. La propriétaire des lieux est une personne charmante.

Petite maison bien située au calme. Trois étoiles et demi

Très bien située, proche du centre chaleureux de Noirmoutier-en-l'île où on trouve de tout: piétonnier avec boulangerie, traiteur, cavistes, supérette... . Gîte propre, bien équipé avec du matériel de qualité. Les deux chambres en enfilade pas très pratique: l'occupant de la dernière chambre doit passer par la première pour accéder à la cuisine, salon,... par contre la salle de bain est entre les deux. Le gîte à besoin d'aération pour empêcher l'humidité ce qui peut être un problème par temps frais et humide. Beau jardin avec un coin discret dédicacé au gîte. Accueil distant mais tout à fait correct.

phantastique!

La maison est très bien située pour découvrir les plages différentes en pistes cyclables, en même temps elle se trouve à quelque pas du centre et pourtant au calme. C'est une longère simple mais très sympa et prope avec une cuisine bien équipée. Mme Thuillier était un hôte formidable et discret. Merci pour tout! On reviendra!
