Studio apartment on Mediterranean sea

Nice to meet you!
I introduce you a lovely flat with the sea near home.

Your house will be just over the white sand and the blue Mediterranean sea of Costa Rei, on the south east coast of Sardinia, within a pleasant and quiet facility with private beach.


THE APARTMENT
The studio apartment is on the first floor and consists of a comfortable living room (with closets, TV, a double bed and one single bed), a covered porch with kitchen (with table and chairs, stove with four burners, pots and pans, dishes and accessories), a bathroom (with shower and washing machine).
The studio is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fan, to warm rooms simply set the air conditioner into "heat" mode.
If you were to travel with a little angel it is available for free a children's bed 120cm x 60cm, for him or her.

The whole apartment is at your disposal and has a private access.


THE PRIVATE BEACH
The Free Beach Residence is located directly on the beach of Costa Rei, it's like having the sea in your backyard!

From 15th June to 15th September we also have reserved a private beach, monitored by our lifeguards and shaded by our umbrellas. Two comfortable personal beach chairs are also available in the apartment.


NEARBY
The Free Beach Residence is located down Via Marco Polo, close to Costa Rei town. Costa Rei is able to offer all the services needed for a comfortable holiday: restaurants, supermarkets, children's play area, clothing stores, food stores, newsagents, laundry, filling station, cash machine, pharmacies and medical service.


COMFORTS
• Internet: the area is covered by Wi-Fi signal called "Hotspot Costa Rei", this service can be purchased directly from "Hotspot Costa Rei" home page or at the newsagent by an access card. The access is unlimited at the cost of 15€ per week for one single device
• Parking: free parking easily to find just outside the facility
• Loundry service: upon request we provide bed linen and towels weekly
• Cleaning service: first cleaning is an additional cost, extra cleaning can be arranged


APARTMENT RULES
• Please smoke outside
• Please separate your waste
• Please respect the night quiet hours, from 00:30 to 8:30
• Additional service: bed linen and towels are optional and can be provided with 10€ per person for each week
• Additional service: first cleaning is provided with 50€
• At your arrive please provide the identity cards of all guests and balance any possible additional services
• Arrivals from 15:00 pm to 20:00 pm, departures before 10:00 am
• Arrivals before 15:00 pm or later than 20:00 pm are under village keeper's availability
• Arrivals after 20:00pm are under village keeper's availability and late check in fee
• Animals are not allowed


FROM NOVEMBER TO MAY
During this period it is advisable to evaluate the following information:
• The town of Costa Rei is primarily a summer holiday place therefore in autumn, winter and spring, most of services (supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, etc.) could only be available at the municipality of Castiadas few miles away, 10 minutes by car
• It is strongly recommended to have their own vehicle or a rented one, renting a car or a motorcycle is preferable at the airport of Cagliari Elmas
• The beach equipped with sun umbrellas is not available
• Check-in it is only possible between 10:00 and 17.00, check-out by 10:00 a.m
