Our large family home near Capbreton beach is ready to welcome you.

Situated in the exclusive Triangle d’or neighbourhood of Capbreton, our large (200m2) family home is within walking distance of the beach and close to both towns Capbreton and Hossegor.

Five spacious bedrooms with high ceilings (four double, one twin) including a master with en suite, and a large separate bathroom are located upstairs, with a pine parquet floor throughout. A recently renovated ground floor features a brand new kitchen with open plan dining area, large living room (40m2) and WC.

A wooden deck adjoins the house accessible via sliding doors from the dining room and lounge, while an outdoor shower and bath make the most of the southwest’s warm summer climate. The house also features an adjoining covered outdoor area for bikes, surfboards, or other sporting/beach equipment.

Our south facing garden is not overlooked by neighbours, providing privacy and security, and, season depending, fresh fruit and vegetables.

Bike paths run throughout Capbreton and Hossegor making car-less travel easy for those who want to leave the car at home. At the property, we can fit two cars inside our locked gates.

Other amenities include an outside dining table for 10 people, charcoal barbecue and sun loungers. The cleaning fee is 250€ which is paid in cash on departure. This includes all bed linen and towels. Please bring your own beach towels.
