About this property
Santa Teresa di Gallura 4/5 beds to 300 MT from the sea
Located in the locality. Lu Pultiddolu, about 4 km from Santa Teresa di Gallura in direction Castelsardo, the house is located in a village surrounded by the Mediterranean just 300 MT from the large white sandy beach of Rena Majore.
The apartment is located on the raised ground floor in a complex of terraced houses with garden on the front and back.
It consists of: an entrance surrounded by the garden, which leads to the staircase and to the relevant input balcony. In the garden there are two outdoor showers and a barbecue.
The interior consists of a large living area of over 30 square meters, ideally divided into a seating area with couches and armchairs and dining area, all complemented by an extensive sea views across the bay; natural extension of the dining area is the kitchen which overlooks the large veranda which overlooks the rear garden.
The sleeping area includes a double room with sea view, a second bedroom overlooking the rear garden and a common bathroom with shower and window.
The rear garden is fully fenced and equipped with outdoor shower and sun loungers for sunbathing in peace or as a play area "safe" for children. It also has a secondary entrance to the house.
The water is ensured by means of the public water network or alternatively an artesian well with large water reserve from LT 5000, gas boyler for hot water, air conditioning.
Pets Welcome.
The village is located at the center of an area full of beaches, but mostly lies nestled between two unique beaches,
the first is the most important and famous beach in the area, and is only 300 MT from the house, is the beach of "Rena Majori" which with its 800 MT of fine sandy bottom and a low stretch of sand was made famous by an advertisement of a few years ago (spot Vodafone with Megan Gaile), important thing is the presence of a small kiosk, which offers a service of: toilet, rental umbrellas with sun beds and cleaning the beach but most of the rescue service sea in Sardinia, unfortunately, is rare.
The second beach is accessible on foot or by car and located about 600 MT and is a small beach of about 150 MT of white sand set in a small cove, with a sandy seabed, there is no type of service.
How to reach us:
The location is midpoint of the ports of Olbia and Porto Torres, it needs to consider also a crossing via Corsica generally less expensive. air Olbia airport is definitely closer to Alghero where, however, most of the main companies Low Cost.
Services
The village does not offer any kind of service and leans close to the campsite "La Liccia" distant MT 200 for basic services such as tobacco bars, newsagents, bread, small groceries, restaurant, pizzeria; the most important services you can still find yourself KM 4 in the nearby Santa Teresa where there are: Emergency Medical Service, Tourist Office, Train and bus connections to ports and airports, banks, supermarkets, shops, post office, weekly market, rental cars motion bikes and boats, boats to Corsica and the islands of the Maddalena, nightclubs, harbor master's office, Police Station, Police Presidium,
Things to do and places to visit.
In just 7 days is definitely not possible to visit all the beaches in the radius of 30 km, it is still worthwhile to have an afternoon to tour and visit the west coast from the Aragonese Tower of Vignola in the municipality of Aglientu dates back to Santa Teresa di Gallura, reaching the isthmus of Capo Testa to the lighthouse of Cala Spinosa and venture into a nature walk and landscaping outside of time between the granites of the lighthouse and the caves of the Valley of the Moon, to go around them by going to the beach of country "Rena Bianca", which for years has hoisted the flag of league environment Blue, and passing by the beaches of the Marmorata, dell'Erica Valley, Smooth, Porto Pollo, Porto Rafael arrive Bear of Palau to admire the granite view from a prominent position. A must a trip to the islands, easy boarding at the port of Santa Teresa di Gallura. Recommended a trip to Corsica in Bonifacio just 50 minutes by ferry from Santa Teresa. There are many archaeological sites of nuragic, as the tombs of the giants of Arzachena and Luras, the Nuraghe complex of Tempio and its historic center in granite. Finally, it is obliged to spend a dinner on Farm to taste the famous "piglet" Sardinian and other culinary specialties that Sardinia can produce.
For any need we are at your disposal.
Yours sincerely
