About this property

This apartment is furnished to an extremely high standard with brand new twin beds in a light an airy room with open views of the countryside. This large room is divided into a sleeping area with plenty of wardrobe space and a lounge and dining area. There is a large TV, DVD player and free wifi access.
Separate full kitchen with an induction hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, toaster, fridge with ice box, washing machine and good selection of crockery and kitchen equipment. Separate shower room, hairdryer, shaver point.
All bedding and towels are provided and there are no hidden extras.
This is a perfect location for walks in the Forestry Commission Woods just around the corner or a trip to one of the many beaches, Perranporth just 9 miles and Falmouth 12 miles.
By car the Centre of Truro is 5 minutes drive - there is no public transport.

Large windows that open out onto the garden make it cool in summer but with underfloor heating for the cooler days.
There is an outside sitting area and drying facilities. Storage available for bikes or surfboards and off road parking.
Our brand new Theatre Hall for Cornwall is now open and there are many wonderful shows. Why not book a 3 day stay here and book something you would like to see. We can offer a special price for Theatre stays and recommend restaurants that serve pre theatre suppers.

A great stay for a couple.

Frances is a very welcoming host to her extremely well appointed apartment. Immaculately clean and a real”home away from home” feel. Beautiful grounds and a very quiet and peaceful location. A great location to base yourself to explore Cornwall. Perfect.

Wonderful Apartment in beautiful countryside outside Truro.

My sister and I enjoyed a lovely stay at Revelstone Apartment. The apartment is set in beautiful countryside in a little village outside Truro and approximately 20 minutes drive from Perranporth. We found the host very welcoming and friendly. The apartment was spotlessly clean and a good size for the two of us. The beds were very comfortable. A sofa and armchair, coffee table, plus dining table & 2 chairs & television fitted perfectly into the room. The little kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was a good size with an excellent shower. I would definitely recommend Revelstone Apartment for any couple looking to stay in the Truro area.

Fabulous Location

Fabulous location, with amazing views. Beautiful garden. Apartment very clean and perfect for a couple and their 4 legged friend. As well. Lovely woods a short walk away, 10mins from Truro. Falmouth, Porthtowan amd Perranporth also easy to get too. Frances very welcoming amd showed us round the accommodation. Would highly recommend for a lovely peaceful base for visiting the surrounding area and attractions.

Tranquil haven

So well thought out and appointed - everything you need for your stay. Frances and Robert are very welcoming hosts and the property is so peaceful but so easy to travel north, south and west to access the beaches and attractions. We enjoyed wonderful weather for our stay but the books and DVDs provided would have kept us amused if the weather had been against us. The kitchen had everything you'd need and we regretted not self-catering more. We will definitely be checking the availability next time we head this way.

Very pleasant

This studio apartment is warm and comfortable. It is well equipped, with attention to detail. The large picture window has lovely views over the garden, where there is a table and chairs for guests’ use. Idless is a quiet country hamlet,(nice to get back to), but surprisingly close to Truro and Peranporth on the North coast. Frances and Robert are welcoming hosts. We would be very happy to return.

Perfect as a base to go out on day trips. Only 40 minutes to get down to The Lizard and ‘ the must see’ , stunning, Kynance Cove. For a shorter trip - just 10 minutes to Perranporth.

Peaceful and roomy.

The rural location is very convenient to Truro & all Cornwall for exploration by car. The property is clean, roomy & has everything you need & the owners are very helpful. Take care with the narrow winding lane but locals give way & pass without incident.

Ruhig, angenehm, voll ausgestattet, zentral in Cornwall gelegen.

Freundliche Vermieter, gut ausgestattetes Cottage sogar mit Waschmaschine, sauber, sehr ruhige Lage. Zufahrt in den kleinen Vorort von Truro allerdings auf einige Kilometer einspurig, aber bei den freundlichen und rücksichtsvollen englischen Autofahrern kein Problem. Truro selbst ist eher uninteressant, aber die Lage ist zentral um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Cornwalls zu besuchen. Auto ist nötig.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist ideal für zwei Personen, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein. Ein eigenes Fahrzeug ist zur Erkundung der weiteren Umgebung von Vorteil.

Quiet and Pleasant apartment.

Peaceful, well equipped and modern property.....

On arrival we were greeted by the owners, (who live above the property), and were shown around. The apartment is in a very peaceful location and was clean and modern with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. It has its own front door, separate to the main house, with plenty of outside lighting for anyone returning later in the evening. (The apartment is in a village location so is quite dark at night - but excellent for stargazing)! There was a modern kitchen with fridge (with small freezer compartment), microwave, toaster etc, modern bathroom with shower, washing machine and hairdryer, lovely comfortable beds with good quality bedding, large television and dining room table with chairs. The location, close to Truro, was excellent for shopping and travelling further afield to visit the beautiful coasts (both north and south) of Cornwall. (Although driving through the narrow twisty lanes around Idless took a bit of getting used to). Would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet break to explore Cornwall.
