Renovated in 2016, this contemporary style farmhouse, was built specifically to enjoy the holidays and sunshine.
Guarantee of quality: it has a 4 EPIS cottage in France.
On the ground floor, the brick partition windows of the kitchen and living room open fully on the shaded terrace with direct access to the garden and pool. (Heated pool spring and fall)
The whole house is air conditioned.
Upstairs, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a second lounge with a pool table, are sized to accommodate 10 people.
The 'campaign environment, and large privatized spaces offer great peace, staying very close to Avignon.

The perfect holiday house
This property gets top marks in every respect. It is modern, very clean and well-equipped. There is plenty of space to play both inside and outside, plus entertainment like table tennis, pétanque and a fantastic (large) warm swimming pool with a shaded area to sit at one end (good for kids). Benoit was a wonderful host, providing tips for local activities, sharing fruit from his garden and helping our young children (age 3 - 6) to play with FiFi the pony. We would love to stay here again and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Geweldig!
Wij hebben een geweldige week gehad in het zeer nette, ruime en fantastisch uitgeruste huis met een prachtige tuin. Het omheinde zoutwaterzwembad bracht ons verkoeling tijdens de dag, de airco zorgde voor een koele nachtrust. De keuken was voorzien van alle benodigdheden (borden, glazen, potten en kommen zijn ruim voorzien, bestek, keukenhanddoeken, basiskruiden,…). Zeer ruime slaapkamers met voldoende kastruimte, sfeervol ingericht. Opgedekte bedden, rolluiken/luiken + horren zijn zeker een pluspunt. De badkamers zijn ruim en zeer netjes, badkamermatten en handdoeken voorzien. Bénoit nam ons mee naar zijn paarden, de kinderen hebben geholpen bij het borstelen en mochten zelfs meerijden met de koets. Bedankt Benoit en echtgenote!

Leuke aangename vakantie.
Leuke woning, aardige eigenaar die je steeds ter hulp staat indien nodig. Veel privacy op het terras en tuin/zwembad. Ruime woning, slaapkamers goed verdeeld. Twee slaapkamers met badkamer op de kamer, steeds handig! Huis is volledig gekoeld, kan je zeker gebruiken.

Super semaine en famille
Nous avions réservé cette magnifique demeure pour une semaine de vacances en famille (grands-parents, parents et enfants) au mois de mai 2024. Quel accueil ! Quelle belle maison ! Outre les petites attentions de notre hôte à notre arrivée (tapenades et croûtons, ailloli, vin local), la disponibilité de Benoît pour nos petites demandes était sans faille. C'est un homme charmant et passionné par les chevaux. Il a pu partager sa passion de manière active (tour en attelage) et passive (invitation aux préparatifs des fêtes de la saint-Jean avec course de chevaux dans le village). La maison est très propre, très fonctionnelle avec tout ce qui est nécessaire pour passer un séjour sans se poser de questions (grand réfrigérateur, four, micro-ondes, grande taque de cuisson, grandes tables extérieures et intérieures, barbecue avec charbon et ustensiles à disposition,...) Les chambres et la literie sont de très grande qualité. Malgré une météo plutôt fraîche la semaine précédent notre arrivée, la piscine était chauffée et avec une température plus qu'agréable. La région est magnifique et le village de Barbentane a un cachet très particulier. Beaucoup de possibilités de visites et loisirs dans la région (divers châteaux, Avignon, ...) Toute la famille, enfants et adultes, a été ravie du séjour et des activités. Nous recommandons vraiment cette location pour la situation, la disposition et l'accueil extraordinaire des hôtes. Merci beaucoup Benoît pour ces extraordinaires vacances !

Parfait!
Tout était absolument parfait. Magnifique maison, très spacieuse et très bien entretenue. Le jardin est parfait, grande terrasse ombragée, coins ombragés ou ensoleillés, barbecue, piste de pétanque et très grande piscine d‘eau salée. Merci Benoît de nous avoir fait prendre part à votre passion.

Très belle maison fonctionnelle, hôte très avenant
La maison au calme est entièrement rénovée et climatisée, de très bon standing, les équipements aussi bien interieurs que extérieurs sont complets, la literie est impeccable, les salles de bains sont superbes, le linge de maison est fourni et très propre (odeur agréable). Jeux de société à dispositions, billard, boulodrome... La piscine légèrement salée (appréciable) est assez grande, propre, entretenue et dispose de suffisamment de transats. Que dire du propriétaire Benoît : un hôte très accueillant, discret et d'une extrême gentillesse (mes papilles se souviennent encore des succulentes figues), adorable avec les enfants (transmission de sa passion des chevaux, fête de village...). Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!

Perfect from start to finish
Amazing villa with all mod cons. Benoit the owner is amazing and asked if our children would like to learn how to steer a horse and trap. They the. Brushed and fed the horse afterwards. We felt well looked after and would definitely book again or recommend to anyone who wants to visit the area.

Lovely home with all conveniences in the country near Avignon.
The villa met all our expectations. The house was clean, well stocked and well decorated. There was ample indoor and outdoor seating for our group of 10 people. Benoit and his wife were charming hosts and we would thoroughly recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet getaway in Provence!

Excellent séjour dans cette très belle demeure bien équipée au calme. Excellent endroit pour un sejour paisible en famille pour combiner repos, piscine et visite de la provence. Les chambres sont spacieuses et tres confortables. Les pieces communes sont modernes et très agréables. Les exterieurs sont parfaitements adaptées aux enfants et les terrasses ombragées très appréciables! Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Wir hatten mit 2 Familien eine wunderschöne Woche, in dem sehr schönen Haus. Die Lage ist für unterschiedliche Ausflüge perfekt. Die Vermieter sind äußerst hilfsbereit und der Pool ist perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

It was a great stay
We had a warm welcome and we were surprised by the horses of the owner. For my children the little pony was their highlight! We all relaxed in this great house with all the comfort it offered! The Pool was gently warm and a lot of of shadow as well as sun places can be find outside. The owners are really nice and helpful.

EXCELLENT CHOIX - gite emplacement et accueil
Emplacement du gite parfait pour vadrouiller dans la région. Maison parfaitement équipée avec des chambres spacieuses et un séjour cuisine adapté pour accueillir toute la famille. Un jardin très bien entretenu et une piscine qui incite à la baignade (dommage que nous soyons en decembre!) Mais surtout, des hôtes en or.. Benoit nous a partagé sa passion pour les chevaux et nous a fait participé avec une extrême gentillesse. Les enfants mais aussi les adultes ont vraiment appréciés. Merci encore.

Merveilleux séjour près d’Avignon
Nous étions huit adultes à visiter la Provence et avons passé deux semaines dans la maison de Barbentane. Cette maison super confortable est très bien située pour visiter une multitude de sites. La maison était très propre à notre arrivée, les chambres sont spacieuses et les matelas très confortables. La climatisation a été très appréciée lors des journées chaudes et humides et la belle piscine aussi. Il y a beaucoup d’espace à l’extérieur. Benoit a été à l’écoute de nos besoins et nous l’avons beaucoup apprécié.

Wunderschönes Haus besser als in der Beschreibung
Das Haus und das Grundstück sind besser als in der Beschreibung. Das gesamte Außengelände ist für einen alleine, mit Bouleplatz, Grillplattz, Loungearea und toll umpflastertem Pool mit vielen Sonnenliegen unter schönen Sonnensegeln. Das ist leider nicht alles auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Am Haus unter der Weinpergola ist immer Schatten. Der Pool ist erfrischend und der Besitzer macht ihn regelmäßig sauber, wir fanden vor allem das leichte Salzwasser statt Chlor sehr sehr angenehm, die Kinder konnten tauchen usw ohne rote Augen zu bekommen und niemand hatte Sonnenalergie bekommen. Bei den warmen Temperaturen war das vollklimatisierte Haus, bei dem jeder Raum aber auch einzeln reguliert werden konnte, wunderbar. Es gab eine gut ausgerüstete Küche mit genügend Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfen, Pfannen und auch Backformen. Es gab aber nur 3 Felder auf dem Ceranfeld, dafür aber noch eine Mikrowelle, Backofen und auch eine Küchenmaschine. Die Schlafräume sind alle oben und schön groß mit bequemen Betten und in angenehmen Farben gehalten. Generell ist das Haus sehr schön, modern und frisch. Jedes Fenster hat such noch ein fest eingebautes Moskitogitter. Das einzige Manko sind dass es nur 2 Toiletten gibt, eine unten und eine oben. Das Haus war früher eine Teil des Gehöfts und wurde mit viel Liebe umgestaltet. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und danken ganz herzlich für den warmen Empfang mit frischem Obst aus dem Garten und kalten Getränken.

Merci Benoit et Véronique pour nous avoir accueilli chaleureusement dans votre magnifique villa. Nous avons apprécié les attentions toutes particulières comme la barrière autour de la piscine (sans stress pour les parents), le sirop à la menthe maison, la tarte aux myrtilles sauvages, la démonstration d’attelage,… nos enfants et leurs parents se souviendront longtemps des soirées en terrasse sous les oliviers et du confort 6 étoiles de la maison. Mille mercis !

Gîte merveilleux.
Véronique et Benoît ont été parfaits pour nous accueillir dans leur gîte moderne, très bien équipé avec une piscine très grande et une propreté impeccable. Malgré la menace exercée par les incendies environnants et le manque d’électricité pendant 24 h, Benoît s’est décarcassé pour notre confort avec un groupe électrogène qui nous a permis de rester au gîte dans des conditions de confort correctes. Benoît nous a aussi fait partager sa passion pour les chevaux et les succulents légumes de son potager. Un grand merci et un grand bravo à Véronique et Benoît pour tout leur dévouement. Traumhafte Woche im Kreis der Großfamilie
Wir waren im Juni 2022 für 1 Woche mt 6 Erw. und 3 Kleinkindern in dem tollen Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung wurde sogar noch übertroffen, da der Pool mit einem Zaun für die Kleinkinder nicht erreichbar war. Und sogar an der Treppe im Haus war eine Kindersicherung angebracht. Der Pool war mit seinen 4 Stufen und den Sonnensegeln ideal zum plantschen mt den "Kleinen". Wir haben eine tolle Woche erlebt und die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage und die Wohnung sind sehr gut gepflegt und sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben auch den Bouleplatz und den Grill genutzt. Wir denken jederzeit gerne an die schöne Woche zurück und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Outstanding in all respects
This is by far the best property we have stayed in. The facilities and the level of cleanliness are outstanding, the location is excellent and the host, Benoit, is everything you could wish for: pleasant, helpful and always on hand but never intrusive. Every morning, he took the trouble to ensure that the large pool was cleaned and ready for use. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and beautifully maintained. It has shaded seating areas that are perfect for a big group, and two large tables, one inside and one under vines outside, each of which can accommodate everyone. Our group included a child under two and one under 10, and Benoit ensured that the property was safe and that they were catered for. We, and they, enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you, Benoit!
