The villa is surrounded by a large garden with trees and is located a few minutes' walk from a fine white sand beach, where you can choose between free areas and areas equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas. The place is served by buses that allow you to reach Syracuse in 20/25 minutes: an ancient Greek colony, rich in numerous archaeological sites. In about 15 minutes you can also reach Noto, famous for its baroque buildings. The villa consists of 2 independent apartments: ground floor and first floor.
