About this property

A contemporary and design home for rent in South Finistere at the foot of the Eckmül lighthouse. It will be available from April 2011. We will also provide all the linen as well as a cleaning lady during the stay in order to spend true holidays. 5 bedrooms 3 of which have a sea view, heated (heat pump) and private pool (8m x 4m) luxurious garden save for children and a for spending marvellous holidays or simply a weekend with the family or friends. It is ideally located 300 m away from a small beach (a sea view upstairs), 2 km away from the beautiful Pors-Carn beach and 5 km away from the mythical Torche spot. You will also find numerous historical and colourful sites. We will be pleased to welcome you. The prices quoted include all charges, the linen and the cleaning service.

Alles hat super gepasst

Ein gemütliches Haus in bester Lage: Meer, Bäcker und Gastronomie gleich um die Ecke. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war unkompliziert. Besonders die vielen Schlafzimmer waren toll für unsere Gruppe. Einzig die Auflagen für die Gartenmöbel waren unbrauchbar und könnten erneuert werden.

Family holiday

Excellent family holiday. The property was superbly equipped, especially for families, with plenty of pool toys, several bikes, table tennis and play apparatus. It was comfortable even when full of adults and children. I highly recommend it.

Brilliant House, Brilliant Host

The house was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. We were met by Annie when we first arrived who was very welcoming and showed as all around the house. The house is very well equipped with everything you could need for a family holiday - Bikes, buckets and spades, pool toys, cots, changing tables, etc which are all available for use. The outside pool was heated and very warm (28C) which made it lovely to use with our children even though the weather was not hot during our stay. The sauna was also a lovely addition. Kitchen very well equipped with everything you could need. Overall it surpassed our high expectations and we would highly recommend.

Sehr schönes, komfortables Haus in guter Lage mit Pool

Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, ausreichend ausgestattet und ist fußläufig zum Meer. Der beheizte Pool war super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur empfehlen. Der wunderschöne Surferstrand Pors Carn ist mit dem Auto in max. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Gang auf den Leuchtturm lohnt. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Annie war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

A great stay

We had a great holiday. Our hostess was very considerate and made every effort to welcome us.The house is very well equipped and coped with four couples and a baby very well. One room has an en-suite; this room was on the ground floor. The layout is good with a table for 8-10 indoors and also two tables outdoors seating 8-10; parasols included. Kitchen facilities are good, and there was comfortable seating in the lounge area for all of us. The swimming pool is clean and a fair size; also surrounded by a fence to stop toddlers getting too interested. Boulangerie a short walk away, and some decent local restaurants. Stunningly beautiful beaches a short drive or cycle away. Four mountain bikes were there, also some kids bikes. We used one of the MBs. Good roads for cycling, flat with good surfaces, but sometimes windy. All in all, very good value and highly recommended.

Penmarch sejour agréable

12 personnes dont un de 7 ans 3 chambres adultes (lit 2 places) 2 chambres dont une enfant avec 1 lit une place et un lit superposé et une plus pour ado avec lits jumeaux moins bien pour couple et bois de lit assez bruit perturbant le sommeil et 1 lit superposé. Ces 2 chambres seraient à clarifier sur l'annonce. Très belle maison avec tout le confort. Le temps moyen ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine. Emplacement idéal proche mer et pistes cyclables Un bon séjour passé en famille.

Maison parfaite pour une famille avec enfants

Maison très bien équipée notamment pour recevoir des enfants . Il ne manque rien; on se sent comme à la maison.Très proche de l’océan et au calme . Très bon accueil de la propriétaire qui a eu la gentillesse de venir nous chercher à l’arrêt de bus. Le cidre et des gâteaux bretons nous attendaient à l’arrivée à la maison. Je recommande.

Très bon séjour à Penmarch

Das Haus ist schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es gibt alles. Allerdings benötigen ein paar Dinge (zB Kühlschrank) eine Reparatur oder Erneuerung.

Pour s immerger en pays bigouden

Cette propriété offre un excellent compromis pour ce qui est du confort de l habitation, de la proximité des lieux de promenade à pied, de la mer, des services et commerces et des paysages typiques du pays bigouden. Un séjour très agréable dans le calme en tout début mars. Maison par ailleurs très bien équipée avec nombreux jeux et lectures pour tous mais aussi par exemple un fond de cuisine ( huile, épices, …..) bien garni qui permet d apprécier les produits locaux dès le premier jour. Bon Acceuil de la propriétaire.

une maison très cosy et confortable très grande et bien équipée nous avons passé un excellent séjour nous etions 5 amies avec chacune notre chambre je recommande cette maison très bien située à 10mn à pied du phare et 10mn en auto de st guénolé 15mn de guivinec et de la pointe de la torche

Wir waren mit unserer großen Familie in Penmarch. Das Haus ist ein Traum. Es ist großartig ausgestattet und liegt in perfekter Lage mit spektakulärer Sicht auf den Atlantik. Es ist perfekt gepflegt und sauber. Sogar eine liebenswerte Putzhilfe kommt und hält das Haus sauber. Schwimmbad und Garten sind weitere Highlights. 5 Schlafzimmer, große Bäder, eine moderne Küche und ein riesiges Wohnzimmer mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, sogar eine Waschmaschine und Trockner werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Bretagne und möchten Annie sehr herzlich danken. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Nous étions avec notre grande famille à Penmarch. La maison est un rêve. Il est superbement équipé et parfaitement situé avec une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan Atlantique. Il est parfaitement entretenu et propre. Même une belle aide au nettoyage vient et maintient la maison propre. Piscine et jardin sont d'autres points forts. 5 chambres à coucher, de grandes salles de bains, une cuisine moderne et un grand salon avec toutes les commodités, même une laveuse et une sécheuse sont fournis. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux en Bretagne et aimerions remercier très chaleureusement Annie. Nous sommes très heureux de revenir.
