The boat slip is occupied by the owner's boat but there's room to tie up your boat alongside the swim platform of the dock if you plan on bringing or renting a boat. MAIN LEVEL FEATURES: You will enjoy the 12-foot vaulted ceilings in the living room and experience breath-taking views of the lake and surrounding scenery through the floor to ceiling windows. An open floor plan that invites you to the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen creates a very functional space. You may dine at the full-size table that seats 6 with additional seating for 6 at the kitchen island.

The large primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a private ensuite full-size bathroom, walk-in closet, and flat screen TV. Walk through the sliding glass doors to access to the deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee, relax, and take in those views.

A half bath and washer and dryer are also located on main level.

WALK OUT LEVEL: You will be entertained in the large family room with a great view of the lake. Have fun playing foosball, table shuffleboard, or board games. You can watch your favorite shows or catch a movie on the 65" Smart TV where you can log in to your personal streaming accounts. There is also a wet bar and full-size refrigerator for your convenience. Open the sliding glass door, and you are 50 feet from the water with no steps to the lake.

BEDROOM #2 has a queen size bed, large flat screen Smart TV, large walk-in closet, and adjoining full bathroom with shower/tub combination.

BEDROOM#3 has full size bunk bed with twin above, twin bunk beds, single twin bed, large walk in closet and shared bathroom.

ADDITIONAL SLEEPING AREA: An additional full-size bed is in the utility area along with a nightstand and sofa table. No closet. See pics for more detail! All beds and baths are complete with linens and towels.

OUTDOOR FEATURES: Private dock with 2 PWC slips. Relax on the large activity deck perfect for fishing, sunning, swimming, and complete with running water and swim ladder. **Lily pad, peddle boat, paddle board, floating chairs & other misc. toys for use at tenants' discretion**

CALM WATER: You won't fight the rough water created by big boats or need a big boat to safely have fun enjoying all your water activities.

FLAT YARD: Enjoy the well-maintained grassy lawn and level yard. A great place for family fun and activities, with easy and gentle access to the water. Play a game of corn-hole. Also enjoy the fire pit that is located at the edge of the water. Beautiful place to roast hot-dogs, or just watch the fireworks on all the holidays, compliments of the neighbors. Great neighborhood!

EASY SHORELINE ACCESS: Enter the water from a very gentle shoreline without a drop off. The water depth is gradual with zero entry yet deep enough for your boat & watercraft needs.

We are located at the 4-mile marker on the Gravois Arm and just minutes away from popular restaurants/bars on the Lake! There is a marina with a public boat launch within 4 miles by boat and car.

Restaurants close by boat: Coconuts (with public beach, bar and restaurant), Lake Burger; Jolly Rogers Grub n Grog, H. Toad, Shady Gators, Lazy Gators, and Tap and Grill.

The town of Laurie is just a couple miles by car from the house and has everything you need for groceries, bait, cinema, restaurants, bowling alley, medical care and golf.
The outlet mall, Bagnell Dam Strip, go-karts, water parks, miniature golf, and other activities are located on the east side of the lake about 30 miles by car. Bridal Cave, Frankie and Louie's and Captain Ron's are 20 minutes from the house.

A limited supply of laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Please bring extra supplies for a large group. We do not provide fishing rods, floaties and sunscreen, life jackets. No pets allowed. No bachelor/bachelorette parties unless disclosed & approved prior to reserving.
