A beautiful new apartment, located on the promenade along the river. The apartment has a terrace with a view of the mouth of the river, the sea and the mountains. In its vicinity is quiet cafe bar and restaurant. The apartment is also located close to the main town sandy beach (approximately 400m).
The apartment is 400 m from the city center, where the fresh fish market and vegetable market are. In the old town there are many restaurants and cafes as well. A supermarket is 200 m from the apartment.

Comme il y a eu erreur sur l’appartement réservé (photo), le gérant immobilier nous a proposé un appartement tout à côté de celui mentionné ... et d’une qualité supérieure ...très grand appart moderne, très propre, immense terrasse, vue sur la mer... Excellent service...réponses rapides à nos questions ...personnel courtois et disponible! Merci! Séjour fort apprécié!!

Lovely apartment, fantastic location on the river.

We are a family group, two adults and three teenagers. We loved this apartment. We stayed in Omis so we could do the outdoor activities but found we enjoyed the town and beach very much. The apartment is very well equipped and beautifully decorated. The town is full of restaurants, shops and has a lovely family friendly beach. The owner (Ante) is very obliging and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable including looking after our luggage. Omjs is in a beautiful location and is the ideal l for family activities such as rafting, kayaking, Zip Wires and boat trips. We found a fantastic bakery (panis) just minutes from the apartment. There are two large supermarkets nearby. Very Happy to recommend. Would love to go back.

Top Appartement um Omis und seine reizvolle Umgebung zu entdecken

Wir haben hier zu dritt Ende Mai eine Woche verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Gastgeber Ante hat uns bei unserer Ankunft schon sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen, die Abwicklung war unkompliziert und auch während der Urlaubswoche war er für uns jederzeit ansprechbar. Am letzten Abend hat er uns sogar noch eine Flasche guten Wein vorbei gebracht! Die Wohnung selbst ist modern eingerichtet, sauber, in der Ausstattung praktisch und von der Größe her für ca. 4 Personen gut geeignet. Besonders positiv erwähnen möchte ich noch die wirklich tolle Terrasse, auf der wir viel Zeit mit entspannten Abenden verbracht haben,dann die Lage direkt am Fluss mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf das Städtchen Omis - alles fußläufig gut erreichbar - und zuletzt empfanden wir auch den abgesperrten Privatparkplatz gleich hinter dem Haus als sehr angenehm. Wir haben die Wohnung als Basis für unsere Aktivitäten genutzt und mit der schönen Altstadt Omis, die auch jegliche Infrastruktur bietet, einen perfekten Urlaub erlebt. Very lovely old pirats city with many natural beautys.

Apartment is owned by nice people and in perfect condition. It is clean and nice. We spent 14 active days, every day we have other activities in nature and on the sea. This little lovely city, in past pirates city give more opportunities, have river, sea and the mountains. And is located in the middle of Dalmatia, everything is close.

Tolles, modernes Appartement, ausreichend groß für 4 Personen.

Auch mit den Hunden ist es sehr angenehm gewesen. Der Vermieter sehr nett, gut zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!
