New home and finished building in March 2016 is on the ground floor consists of a spacious living room with a dining area and a full kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven.
There are 2 bedrooms, one double and one with 2 single beds, a spacious bathroom with shower. all the windows overlook the garden, and enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and the beautiful port of Civitanova, the evening is especially relaxing because you can also dine out; Silence reigns, and in the distance you see the illuminated coast !!!
