The bedroom configuration of this roomy single story property is a king in the master and 2 double beds in the guest bedroom. Each bedroom has a full bath. 3 flat screen TV's. The dining area features sleek granite topped cabinets, a desk area and a wine refrigerator. The nicely updated kitchen is also fully stocked so you can choose to eat in or dine out. Also provided for your convenience are a full sized washer and dryer. Well maintained har-tru tennis courts are on site as well as a very nice outdoor pool. Trolley pickup to the beach is right in the neighborhood.

Sea Pines Trip

Everything was as we expected based on selection of property. Comms with the owners were smoothe and we received all the check in info and parking passes promptly. Location was great in Sea Pines and just a quick walk/drive to Harbour Town and the trolley stop to catch a ride to the beach was just a few steps from the door. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect Hide Away Condo

When we suddenly had to include our 18 year West Highland Terrier on a trip to Hilton Head for a Board Meeting at the Sea Pines Resort, this Condo became our lifeline of support and comfort. The accommodations were superb and the condo well situated for our meetings and business. Super clean and squared away! Thank you for a great stay!

Great location and beautiful condo

We really enjoyed staying at this condo! The location was perfect and the condo was in excellent condition! Very clean and one of the best stocked kitchens we’ve ever seen! Plenty of utensils, dishes, etc! The only thing that we missed was a grill to cook our steaks but they had an iron skillet that worked just fine. We were also impressed with how well the pool was kept up! Very clean! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for accommodating our fur babies too!

Clean, excellent, accessible

We had a great stay at this sparkling clean condo. Bikes were a huge plus and we used them every day to ride to the beach, but it was also great to be able to walk to Harbourtown with the dogs, too!. Highly recommend. Jessica was a true pleasure to work with as well.

Great place! Will be back!

Very clean and in a great location. The condo offered everything we needed. We enjoyed watching the golfers pass through. Just a short walk to Harbor Town where there's restaurants, shops, live music, and beautiful scenery. My family and I have been coming to Hilton Head for years and always love staying in Sea Pines, our favorite place. We will definitely be back.

Not very clean. Door into master bath sticks and makes it difficult to get in and out of the bath which is extremely small. The large front burner on the cooktop did not work.

Almost Perfect

Great location, close to pool, trolley stop etc. It was nicely remodeled with the open kitchen area/bar. Unfortunately the freezer did not operate properly and it took 12 of our 14 days to get fixed. We had to store some freezer items at a friends condo during that time. You would think some sort of compensation for our inconvenience would of been given but no. Would we stay here again YES.

Location and all the amenities were good. There though was something in either the washer or dryer that left black (grease like) markings and caused multiple pieces of clothing washed be damaged. Not sure I will be able to remove the marks left on the clothing. :-(

Great family condo with a lot to do

The property was very clean and perfect for our family. I was impressed that they provide beach towels, allow pets, use of their bikes and tennis rackets. The condo is well set up in a great part of Sea Pines. The only reason I gave three stars on location, is due to the navigation getting their. The instructions on the agreement state to use 108 Plantation Drive which is on the agreement. However, we used multiple navigational systems, (Waze, Google Maps, Ford Satellite in car) and all of them stopped us dead at the end of plantation drive and said we had arrived. There was no driveway at that point. We went in circles until we just started pulling into condos. When we called the pizza place and gave the address they said the same thing. That is my only complaint. The condo and Sea Pines were fantastic.

Overall our stay was good ... felt at home

As for inside the unit itself, it had a well equipped kitchen, including crock pot ... was very spacious (except the bathrooms which were compact). It was decorated nicely. Having the sheets to cover the furniture for pets was a good detail and although we weren't there the time of year to use outdoor pools we saw that pool towels were provided which is nice. Rental process was smooth. However, we want to mention some concerns ... Since it was a safety issue, first and most important is that upon our arrival we found that a large part of the sidewalk directly in front of the steps to the unit was dug out to be worked on which meant we had to walk off the sidewalk on the uneven ground then step over the corner of the dugout portion to get back on the sidewalk ... this was like this for two weeks. (Possibly the hole could have been covered to make it safe to walk on until they were ready to pour cement.) At a minimum we should have been informed of this before booking ... I'm not sure if we would have still rented or not, but it should have been our choice - especially given this was a safety issue. My wife has some ankle issues and uses a cane when not on solid ground - fortunately she was able to manage, but we think of elderly people that might not have been able to safely manage. We understand that the property owners aren't scheduling the work, but if a unit is being rented the owners or the managing company have a responsibility to work with the plantation management to know when work will be done that affects their property/rentals. (We have pictures if you want to see them.) We were also told that the use of the indoor pool, hot tub and exercise room was included (we even verified this)...first it took us 2 days to find out where it was then they knew nothing about us getting free admission. Since we own at Waterside they gave us both admission for $49 for the month, but if we hadn't mentioned that it would have been much more. Some other suggestions ... the sofa has seen better days - kinda sinks right down when you sit on it. It would also be good to have better instructions for using the televisions as it took a while to figure them out. The note on the dryer as to how to use the washer was covered so we did not see it when doing our first load - maybe move it to the washer lid. Also the paper towel rack is directly over the toaster ... we just moved the toaster, but others might not think about that and set the paper towels on fire.

Fantastic condo in great location

This condo is clean, comfortable, and updated. We loved having two free bikes to take on the amazing Sea Pines bike path. Walkable to Harbour Town. Great pool access...several times we had the pool to ourselves! Jessica was great with communication, even e-mailing me on Saturday when I had misplaced the front door key code. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Condo!

My family and I recently spent four nights and wish it could have been longer. The condo is exactly as described - and more! Beautiful kitchen allowed us to cook meals and just relax after spending the day roaming HHI. The bedrooms were large, clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic, as you can easily walk to the Lighthouse and enjoy the atmosphere and shops. The check in process was a breeze, and the communication with the owners was top notch. This place is highly recommended if you’re traveling with a young family, as I was. Quiet, clean and spacious. Would love to come back!
