About this property

This beautiful third row home has some of the best views on the island. Even though it is third row, there is only one house between you and the ocean. The reverse floor plan allows for stunning views of the ocean and intracoastal waterway. Enjoy a wide beach that was re-nourished in 2017 and is located near the East end of the island.

Enjoy beautiful ocean views as you sit in the living room on the top floor while watching TV on a new 55 inch HDTV. The open floor plan includes the kitchen and dining area that accommodates 10 people at the dining room table with 4 bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped for the family that chooses to cook. The master bedroom is located just off the living room. With access to the front deck, you can enjoy waterway views or watch the deer that visit daily. After a long day at the beach or golfing, you can relax in the hot tub or take a swim in your private pool.

The bottom floor has 4 bedrooms, all equipped with tv and cable. Three bedrooms have two full beds in each room. The other bedroom has a queen bed. Each bedroom in this house has a water view.

Huge Whirlpool Duet front loading washer and dryer are located on the bottom floor.

Private pool with fenced in back yard for those times when you don't want to go to the beach. Equipped with lounge chairs and tables and a gas grill for family cookouts.

Awesome Beach House

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we truly enjoy this house and amazing location! The pool and other amenities are top-notch! The hosts were great with any questions we had too. Hope to come back next year!

Great Vacation!

Great Vacation House

Ocean Isle Beach Week

This was our first time visiting Ocean Isle and it was a great place to stay! We enjoyed the less crowded beaches and the temperature was much better during our week versus Surfside just one hour south. With the much milder temps we thoroughly enjoyed the property’s hot tub!

Annual family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped and that is important for our group, because we typically cook and eat most meals at the places we rent. The furniture and beds are comfortable and the pool and hot tub are pristine. The owners are responsive and extremely helpful. 10/10.

Ocean view from the second row!

Wonderful property for our group of two families- 4 adults 6 children ages 5-14. Comfortable bedrooms, a very spacious kitchen, two huge decks facing the ocean … hot tub and pool were used every day, walk to beach was a quick one and at this end of OIB not terribly crowded. Only complaint was we didn’t book a longer stay!

Perfect Family Stay

Our family had a wonderful time staying here and it was super convenient to the beach. Just a simple walk around the corner. The pool was nice and everything was clean. I will also complement that the kitchen was very well-stocked for all of our cooking needs. We would gladly stay here again. Host was very easy to communicate with.

Wonderful rental

The house is amazing! Lots of room for everyone. It has the best equipped kitchen I've ever found at a rental. The view is amazing, the pool is extremely clean. It was a great house for my extended family. We had a wonderful, memory filed week. Thanks Tina and Michael!

Good location and family friendly

Spacious and clean home with all amenities needed for a large family of all ages. Communication with the owners was great. Short walk to the beach - owner provided 2 wagons for transporting beach gear. Pool and hot tub were clean and well taken care of. Plenty of outdoor furniture around the pool and on the upper deck. Kitchen is spacious for multiple cooks and well stocked as far as utensils and cookware. Large dining table and bar area to accommodate everyone. We all enjoyed the week very much!

House was spacious and comfortable. Some issues that need attention: Fridge did not get very cold (freezer was OK), dusty fake plants in house, rusty and some dirty AC/Heat registers in house, hardly any shade around the pool area, pool got dark "bathtub ring" the day after it was cleaned...may need to check the filtration system.

Great Location and layout

This house has a great layout. The open concept is fabulous. It makes the house seem huge! This house is really second row, but has an awesome ocean view from the deck. The house was very clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus to the beautiful beach. Tina And Michael were very helpful and always responded quickly to any of our concerns. They made us feel welcome and gave us awesome suggestions on dining options and entertainment that made our vacation memorable. The house is located far enough away from the shops to be quiet, but close enough to get to all you need by golf cart. I would definately rent this home again!

Fantastic property

One of the best houses we’ve rented at OIB. Great location, clean and well stocked house. It wasn’t pool weather but we certainly enjoyed the hot tub. Can’t beat the views of both the ocean and intercostal.

I am an insurance agent in Shallotte. My wife and I have lived in Shallotte/Ocean Isle since 1994. I have been coming to Ocean Isle Beach since I was a child and I think it's the best beach anywhere around. Very family oriented.

Why they chose this property

This property is one of the few on the island that offers views of the ocean and the waterway. On the front deck, you can see the Ocean Isle Beach bridge all the way east to Shallotte Point. The reverse floor plan and location of this house gives you beautiful ocean views not normally found with a third row house. There have been days when we saw schools of dolphins jumping in the ocean and then walk to the front side and see herds of deer. Not too many places on earth to witness that!!

What makes this property unique

The reverse floor plan that offers stunning views and the private pool and large deck space invite you to enjoy this house and this island as it was meant to be. Across the street is a nature trail with boardwalks that wind through the marsh and take you to the end of the island.
