The house is distributed on one floor, has a living room with porch, fitted kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with a trundle bed, a bathroom with shower and a toilet.
Equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, Internet, TV SAT, DVD and stereo.
Outside the swimming pool surrounded by lawn, garden area and a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue area.
