Abritel aurait du nous donné l'adresse exacte de notre appartement immédiatement après l'acceptation de la réservation. Ca nous a laissé trop de jours d'incertitude.
L'appartement avec sa grande terrace et sa jolie vue des environs était extremement confortable, bien placé, et très sécure. Notre communication avec la propriétaire était très agréeable, facile et efficace. Port Grimaud est une belle adresse pour des courtes vacances au soleil.
In the interests of balance to counter the ‘wonderful’ 5 star reviews, we have to point out the realities of this flat.
There is only one bedroom, NOT two.
There is no air conditioning, only a fan.
The flat is up a very difficult flight of stairs.
The car has to be parked over half a kilometre’s walk away from the flat.
The smoke detector can be found in a drawer without a battery.
The toilet has been set too high on the wall, making it very uncomfortable to sit on. Anyone smaller than 5’7” would have their feet dangling. The ‘small flush’ is inoperable. The seat is wobbly and has a tendency to fall down if up (not good for a chap).
Some electrical sockets are ‘only just’ attached to the wall.
The oven is unfathomable.
One of the two outside lights does not work.
We had to pay an unexpected €84 for bed linen, towels (which were old and bleach stained) and cleaning.
The pillows were small squares and one of the pillow cases had white paint on it.
The wine glasses were chipped and the corkscrew was bent and did not work.
The terrace needed a good clean in the corners and the pegs for the clothes stand were old and decrepit.
Bear in mind that the total size of the flat is 388 sq ft (36 sq mtrs), To say it sleeps 4 must be a squeeze as the size of an average UK double garage is also 36 sq mtrs!
Of all the issues, the walk to the car and the flight of stairs were a killer for an arthritis sufferer!

From searching for accommodation to booking and actually arriving on our holiday everything was clear and simple and all we hoped it would be. Would not hesitate to book again.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce bel appartement confortable et bien équipé. Belle terrasse bien exposée pour les repas, pour se relaxer ou bronzer. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les couleurs des rideaux, des draps, des serviettes et surtout de la vaisselle qui donnent de la gaieté, ça change vraiment du traditionnel blanc de beaucoup de locations.

We really enjojed our stay in Port Grimaud. The appartment was nice and the contact with the owner very easy and smooth. We stayed here during the hot days when France experienced temperature records and it was nice to be able to walk to the beach for quick dips. Port Grimaud has a very nice center that lives up during eavenings.

Heerlijk verblijf op unieke plek.
Prima appartement, met een pracht van een balkon, waar we heerlijk genoten hebben van onze vakantie. Port-Grimaud is prachtig en op “ons” afgesloten stuk was het goed toeven. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, met als hoogtepunt het al eerder genoemde balkon. Wij gaan zeker nog een keer terug.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage mit großem Balkon
Wir haben zwei ganz tolle Wochen mit unserem dreijährigen Sohn hier verbringen dürfen .
Auch ein Geschirrspüler sowie eine Waschmaschine, Föhn, sogar Nespresso Maschine vorhanden.
Wir haben nichts vermisst, außer vielleicht, dass das Schlafzimmer für das Mobile Reisebett für unseren Kleinen etwas größer sein müsste.
Der Balkonen mit direktem Blick zu den Booten ist traumhaft.
Laufabstand zum Strand und nach Port Grimaud gut machbar.
Sogar ein ständig nutzbares Taxiboot im Preis inbegriffen.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden !

Situation magnifique, appartement très fonctionnel et agréable. Un vrai bonheur !
Vue sur le canal. Proximité du parking, du centre et de la plage (jamais plus de 5 minutes, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal pour découvrir Port-Grimaud et ses environs) . La propriétaire a ete attentive à la qualité de notre séjour lors de notre accueil. Nous recommandons cette location. Nous aurions bien choisi 6 étoiles...
