Newly Renovated!!! This new condo has been outfitted with upscale furnishings only fitting for such a luxury resort as the Shores of Panama. The condo is located on the 11th floor next to the elevator for easy access and allows for a full view of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sand beaches as well as the exotic tropical pool area with its tiki bars, bridges, fountains, hot tubs and zero entry pool. Without leaving the resort you can enjoy the fitness center, steam room, sauna and other spa services as well as the large heated indoor pool. Your rental also comes with a reserved covered parking space located on the 11th floor. Everything you could want or need off the beach is only a short distance away. We are across the street from Wal-Mart and next door to Pineapple Willy's, a Waffle House and major top-rated restaurants.

Wonderful Vacation!
The property was clean and comfortable! There was an issue with the AC, however, the host was super quick in addressing the issue and we had the best time! We had everything we needed and the view from the balcony was amazing! Thank you for helping us make incredible memories.

1st visit to PCB
After I booked this unit I started to worry because I read very negative reviews about the property itself (parking garage, elevator wait time, rude staff) but we had zero issues! Staff was helpful and friendly, parking garage was busy- but we only left once by car during our stay and it was nice that our parking was on the same floor, elevators were busy but we only had 1 long wait (30 minutes) to go to beach but there were 5 of us plus our huge beach wagon. I was thankful I had read the reviews so I knew what to expect, but we had a great time. The view from the balcony was amazing and we had everything we needed! The unit was clean and well stocked with basic essentials. We ate most meals in the room and the kitchen had basically everything we needed. Very nice pool and easy beach access! Great family beach vacation.

Not my cup of tea
In fairness, I want to start by saying that the owners were very communicative and addressed the problems we had quickly and were nice to credit us a small portion back for the inconveniences. However, we arrived to a condo that hadn’t been cleaned yet (which was a pain after driving half a day and wanting to unpack the car and relax). Then when we finally got settled in later that night, we realized that the top bunk bed rail was broken and found under the bed, so we weren’t able to have my son sleep there the first night (she had someone come and fix it the next day). We also heard the ac unit dripping water constantly when it would cut off (she said they are replacing the unit in 2 weeks). The pull out sofa mattress needs to be upgraded as it is very thin and you can feel the coils. I wouldn’t have an adult sleep on it (only young, light weight children). The king size mattress has visible worn/warped spots on the top and caused my husband’s back to ache, but I slept fine. I realize we stayed during a very busy week (July 20th-27th) but it was CROWDED and the elevators were a NIGHTMARE. We had to take chairs down to the pool in order to have somewhere to sit most days. The elevators sometimes took 10-15 mins to get on and people pile in like sardines and there is no air circulating, so it gets HOT! We took 11 fights of stairs a few times because we couldn’t stand to wait any longer. Just be forewarned that it is highly frustrating to deal with the elevators - thank goodness the owners have a spot on the 11th floor in the parking garage because I couldn't imagine dealing with the elevators every time we had to leave the condo. Since it is a huge complex of condos you get an assortment of people staying, but there were a number of times when I was not comfortable with my children being around......music being played with inappropriate lyrics, the smell of people smoking weed, and loud noise at night due to partying. It is more of a party place in my opinion rather than a family place. We will not be returning to this property.

The condo was great. The resort was awesome.
This is an awesome place to stay. The condo, parking, and resort have everything you would want. Our only issue is some of the other tenants being obnoxious. Thankfully there is a lot of security personnel. I think traveling during a popular spring break time is the sole reason for the other unruly guests. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Wonderful Stay!
This was a great condo unit. Clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Great location. Pools we nice. The staff we encountered were very friendly. My daughter and I had great visit!

Great Place to Get Away
The property was exactly as mentioned in the description. It was located conveniently next to a Walmart, and was a trip down the stairs from the beach. This residence easily slept 5 vacationers. We had all the cooking utensils that we needed as well. My parents loved their first time at the ocean, and this residence had a lot to do with that. Thanks!

Perfect family vacation
Wonderful vacation for our family. Kellye sent me everything we needed for our stay. Room was perfect, exactly like the pictures. Plenty of cookware and utensils in the kitchen. Good view of pool and beach from balcony. Bed was comfortable. The kids loved the bunk room. I had read bad reviews about the staff being rude and the elevators being very slow. Not the case. All the staff we came in contact with were very nice, polite, and helpful. The longest elevator wait time we had was about five minutes, even though it is to be expected at such a large place. The facilities were clean and appeared to be well kept by the staff. Looking foward to our next trip to the Shores of Panama. We had a wonderful time on the Sea Dragon Pirate Cruise. I recommend it if you have small children. Pier Park has several options for dining out. I would definitely recommend The Back Porch Seafood & Oyster House, great service and good food.

our stay at The Shores of Panama was well wonderful beyond what I expected. The location was so close to everything that we needed. The view off the balcony was amazing. The condo that we stayed in had all that we needed. I can't wait to go back, The Shores of Panama will be the place I will stay.

Very nice unit!
We were pleasantly surprised with our unit! Our communications with the owner making reservations was very easy & upon arriving, we had a question for owner. We all her & she answered the phone quickly, answered our question and offered any help we may need!!! Could not ask for anything better!! Our unit decor was very professional looking with a nautical theme. My wife loved it! All of the appliances appeared to be new and all in working order. The view from our balcony could not have been any better. The pool area just 11 floors below us was as pretty and well maintained as I have seen!! The beach was very clean and pretty. OurGranddaughter used the indoor pool as it was too chilly to enjoy the one outside. The location of condo was very close to a Wal-Mart Supercenter, almost just across the street. Other areas to shop close by as well as numerous places to eat. I commend the owner for such a well kept unit. This is a unit we look forward to returning to again soon!! Thanks for a great trip!! We will be proud to refer our friends to this property.

Perfect Paradise
This condo is amazing. We have family who live in PCB so we travel there a few times a year, due to a last minute conflict in schedules we were looking for a condo about an hour prior to arrival. We are so thankful for the conflict or we would not have gotten to stay in this amazing condo nor dealt with such a wonderful owner. Kellye is by far one of if not the best owner we have dealt with. The condo is beautifully decorated, has new appliances, is centrally located, and is very spacious. The master is a good size with a private bath and the bunk room is large enough for the time the kids spent in there and has it's own bath, most of the time was spent at the beach or the pool. The furniture is comfortable and the condo is very clean. This condo is very well taken care of and it is obvious the owners visit and maintain this property. I saw reviews about the slow elevators but we did not have an issue with them during our stay. I wish we would have had more time as a week was not long enough on this trip.

girls trip to panama city
The room is as described. Beautiful view. Great beach. Wish we were told it cost 40 bucks a day to rent a chair on beach. Could have brought our own. Would be awesome if provided with condo. Bunk beds are very squeaky and uncomfortable and king bed hits wall and squeaks if you roll over. However, all that said, beautiful place to stay. Well furnished condo. Good price for what we got. Would stay there again.

Spring Break 2015
I took my daughter and her two friends to Panama City for Spring break. As expected, everything everywhere was busy. The resort did a good job keeping the place clean and safe. The elevators were slow but I also expected that from reading other reviews. The rental room was very nice. It was decorated nicely and kept clean. The view was terrific! The 11th floor was just high enough and the ocean view was directly in front of us. There were shops, restaurants and grocery stores all within walking distance. The beach was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay! However, I would not recommend Panama City during spring break if you are looking for a quiet, family vacation. Thanks Kellye!
