Looking for a place in the sun to relax, play golf, enjoy the sea and simply disconnect. This fully independent one bedroom penthouse penthouse located in Elviria, Marbella will offer you unique views through its terrace and kitchen and an spacious bedroom with an extra very comfortable sofa bed to accomodate a maximum of 4 people on this property. The amazing views to the golf, mountain and sea will give you total privacy and relax.

The apartment is minimalist and comfortable, has one full bathroom with shower and tub. Modern kitchen with golf views it includes washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric hob, fridge and freezer, nespresso machine and tea kettler. The spacious bedroom with plenty of space to organise your belongings will provide you sweet dreams and a proper recovery. The sofa bed in the living room is extremely easy and comfortable, you will feel like in a normal bed and will sleep like a baby.

Whether is hot or cold you can control the temperature of the apartment with a central air conditioner with heater and the water has an instantaneous electronic heater to enjoy a warm bath anytime. Fiber optic Internet with WIFI connection is included, plus Cable TV included in the Internet Package.

It has a big terrace to eat outside, have a coffee/tea, drink some wine or cocktails, rest in the hammock or move the outside furniture to sleep while getting tan by the sun. All of this enyoing the amazing views mountain, golf or the sea. It's location give you lots of privacy and makes the area very quite.

You can access to the apartment from the underground floor through an elevator.

The urbanisation has well maintained gardens with lots of plants and trees around all the buildings, in total it has three pools but the best and big one is in front of the apartment. Actually you can see it from the kitchen.

You will have 5 minutes drive from the beach and amenities. The area of Elviria has different options to eat different types of food and prices. A Commercial Centre with supermarkets, pharmacy, coffee shops, bars and other shops, car hire are also available. Permanent Taxi stands in the Elviria Commercial Centre and Buses are also available from the same location. This Commercial Centre is 4 minutes drive or 15-20 minutes walk downhill from the apartment.

Elviria is just 10kms from Marbella Centro and La Cañada and 15kms from Puerto Banus, Santa María Golf Course is just 5 minutes drive from the apartment and many more golf courses are around all the Costa del Sol.

Arrival or check in time is 4 pm (16:00) and departure or check ot time is 11 am (11:00). The key holder meets guests in the building at arrival and departure time unless agreed otherwise at the time of booking.

Una casa ideal

Es un apartamento súper coqueto con una terraza espectacular. Rosa es encantadora y muy atenta y detallista (nos regalaron una botella de vino de bienvenida y una de agua) Como puntos de mejora daría un repaso a la casa ya que al ser de ikea algunas cosas necesitan un poco de arreglo pero para una estancia de 13 días que estuvimos nosotros está estupenda. Si volvemos a marbella repetiremos seguro!

Gorgeous views of the Mediterranean from the large terrace.

We rented this penthouse January and February. The weather in the Costa Del Sol in January and Febuary is warm. The terrace is large and the views are gorgeous. The kitchen windows have an amazing view of the golf course and hills. We are walkers and enjoyed the walk to town and the beach.

Spacious property with a terrific view!

We spent 3 weeks in the penthouse - and were very sad to leave! There is plenty of space, both within the apartment and on the outside terrace. There is a feeling of being on top of the world, as the terrace is not overlooked and offers a 270 degree view of the mountains, the golf course and the sea. Admittedly, the sea is fairly distant - but we could drive down and be on the beach inside 10 minutes. Because the property is right at the top of the Elviria complex, a car is essential.

A disappointing ending

Adjacent (literally) to the AP7 motorway, the property is decked out head to toe in Ikea, from the sofa, right down to the cups/glasses. In terms of the pluses; - Good location, 3-4 minute drive from the Elviria roundabout & associated shops/restaurants - Nice views towards the sea. - The kitchen is pleasant and well enough equipped (do Ikea make kitchens??) - The sun terrace is a neat sun trap, albeit until circa 16.30 then you’ll lose the sun - There are a series of different pools, aghoigh thr one which the apartment overlooks, was closed for repairs on our visit (May 18) - If you’re booking is for a good price, it’s a no frills, perfectly acceptable self catering spot. The less than good - The proximity to the highway just below is totally unavoidable. The noise is constant. It may get you down a bit - The property is rather no frills, literally everything is Ikea. It was also not terribly clean on arrival. - It is looking pretty shabby in parts, eg the bathroom, I’m surprised to see a shower curtain in 2018. Also the sink moves if you lean on it! Finally, if you see anything cracked or broken, such as in our case an Ikea mug and an Ikea wine glass (estimated total cost= 2 Euros) you had better notify the owner or they will assume you broke it and make a deduction from your deposit. In my case 10 euros which I’ve complained to home/away about. This cheap and rather crass gesture has left a very sour taste to an otherwise OK stay.

Ideally situated with fantastic views

We had a wonderful greeting from the owners, Rosa and Sergio who, during our three months stay at their place where ALWAYS on hand. We would highly recommend this, clean, well-equipped apartment, five minutes driving distance from everything; supermarkets, restaurants. Nice place and great hosts who took extraordinary care of us. Eine gute Wohnung für "jüngere" Leute.

Wir waren gut untergebracht. Für Senioren gibt es jedoch Einschränkungen. Die Betten waren gut. Haben sehr gut geschlafen. Aber sie sind zu niedrig zum Aufstehen. Ebenso das Sofa. Zum lange sitzen war es für uns nicht so geeignet. Die Terrasse ist sehr gut. Tipp: Mit zwei Glasscheiben in der linken Seite würden Wind und Geräusche abgehalten. Haben eine Kaffeemaschine gekauft, da wir mit dem vorhandenen Gerät nicht zurechtkamen. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber wohlgefühlt.

Bel appartement , bien équipé mais à proximité d'une autoroute

Bel appartement , bien situé et équipé avec gout. Belle piscine et la possibilité d'avoir un garage couvert. Le propriétaire très sympathique. Le seul problème est la proximité de l'autoroute qui génère un bruit de fond incessant quand on se trouve sur la terrasse. Cela nous a empéché de profiter de la terrasse comme nous l'espérions car la vue vers la mer est magnifique.

We are a family of three, with our newborn girl. We live in the Costa for more than 10 years ago. We have our own business in the area as web consultants and founders of a Stand Up Paddle online shop that is growing very quick.

We love the sea and going out for a dinner in the different options this area and surroundings can offer. We love to travel and whenever we can we just make a jump to a new place.

Why they chose this property

This was our first property, we live in the same urbanisation and having family in other country provide us the opportunity to host them when they come and visit. Is perfect for a couple or a family coming for holidays but as the family grows this property was becoming to small for us.

We love the terrace and the magic that has while having breakfast, a brunch or a nice dinner mainly in the summer.

Despite of the size we would move back anytime as we left everything to be as comfortable to anyone who comes in, as if it was for us.

What makes this property unique

This property is is cozy, very comfortable and with a large and nice terrace for anyone to relax and enjoy the unique and amazing views. You can eat outside in the terrace, relax in the couchs, take the sun on the sunbeds or simply have a nap in the hammock.

The kitchen has also really good views to the mountain, the swimming pool and anyone who loves to cooking will enjoy it a lot.
