Our stone sea view house offers the perfect tranquil environment to relax and enjoy the beautiful island of Paros. The stone house has a shady garden that you can enjoy all day, a large swimming pool (shared) and an amazing sea view. Beautifully furnished and decorated you will enjoy the inside as much as the outside. 1 sitting room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen offers all the amenities that you need. Within walking distance you can enjoy a sandy beach and you can eat in the traditional nearby tavern that offers local cuisine and fresh fish. Excellent séjour !

La villa est super, décorée avec goût, bien conçue, bien équipée, et très bien entretenue. Les terrasses sont très agréables et la vue mer est top. Grigoris nous a très bien accueillis avec beaucoup d’attentions que nous avons appréciées. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine, et la plage à laquelle nous allions à pied, et sur laquelle vous pouvez facilement louer une planche à voile. Nous recommandons vivement ! Nous y avons passé une semaine de rêve et aimerions beaucoup y revenir.

Parfait.

La maison est très propre et aménagée avec goût. Terrasses très agréables. Piscine de belle taille et propre. Idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes. A 5mn à pied de la plage NEW GOLDEN BEACH. Je recommande vivement cette location. Thierry

Fantastic stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Grigoris house. The house is really well located, very clean and very comfortable. Very quiet place and really nice outdoor spaces to relax. Grigoris was a perfect host. He settled everything for us and was really nice to speak with. Olga was fantastic to help us keep the house clean and tidy. We really loved Paros. We will definitely come back. A big thank you to Grigoris and Olga.

An Excellent Experience!

Our Host, Greg, was very friendly, accurate and supported us in all our needs. His tips about the island were all spot on! The house is very cute and decorated with great taste. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen was fully equipped. The whole house had a very ambient atmosphere. The house has 2 yards, one in the back side which is ideal for the morning due to its shade and the front one which has an excellent view to the sea. We specifically liked the terrace on the top of the house with great views at nights.

Very good, friendly, helpful!

We (couple with a girl, 10 years) spent two weeks in Paros in October 2017. We loved everything very much. The house is beautiful and only one minute to a very beautiful beach. Everything what you need is in the house and everything is in good shape. The owner is very friendly and helpful. He explained us everything about the island and he had very good recommandations. We loved the place and Paros in October very much. Every time when weh had a little problem or a question the owner helped us very fast and friendly. The view from the house is very very beautiful, it is in a very calm place, but only five minutes by car from places to eat or the shops you need. We are thinking of coming back….

Great hosts, lovely house

Hosts were prompt, helpful and reliable. Me+family felt had a great time in this cozy, comfortable and utterly relaxing house. Many thanks from the bottom of our hearts!
