Come stay at this 3BR, 3BA townhouse at The Fawngrove, an ideal location with great views of Deer Valley! The townhouse was recently updated with all new furniture in the bedrooms and living room. It also has a brand new private hot tub. Located on Deer Valley Drive, you're just a short free shuttle ride to Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley, or to Old Town, Main Street, and Park City Mountain. You are also a very short walk to Deer Valley Grocery, a local favorite.

The Space:
This comfortable 3BR, 3BA townhouse features a large great room for hanging out with family and friends after a day on the mountain OR step out back and relax in the private hot tub. Sitting outside, you're surrounded by beautiful Deer Valley views! Also enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, dining room and breakfast bar, which makes staying in and cooking easy.

Enjoy the two luxury master suites with king beds located on the second floor, and let the kids take over the third bedroom equipped with twin bunk beds.

The Neighborhood:
Great location with easy access to skiing and Old Town. The townhouse is steps from the lower Deer Valley bus stop which provides complementary services to the Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley Resort (0.5 miles away) and Old Town (1.0 mile away).

Getting Around:
The free Park City shuttle stops steps from the unit, so it's extremely easy to get to Old Town, PCMR, Canyons, and back home to Deer Valley.

Plenty of parking if you have a car - one dedicated garage spot, additional guest garage spots, as well as outdoor guest spots.

Other Things to Note:
Covid Cancellation - In addition to the cancellation policy listed on the site, we’ve added the following to help give you options in the case of any closures.

1) If the ski resorts close due to Covid related issues, we will offer your choice of a full refund or credit towards a future stay. This will be pro-rated in the event that a closure happens during your stay.

2) If the resort you are mainly skiing at (Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley) is operating, it will be the normal cancellation policy (see your itinerary for details).

If you need to cancel for any other reason prior to your stay, we can't guarantee any refund, but we will try to re-rent the property and will refund anything we are able to recover by re-renting.

It may make sense to purchase Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance, let us know if you’d like any recommendations on that after booking.

Perfect vacation home for family with little ones
Our children and grandchildren (ages 4, 3, 10 months and 4 months) were with us. The condo was beautiful and well stocked. The large greenspace outside the back patio was wonderful and we loved walking around the ponds and looking at the ducks and geese. Being right on the bus line made travel area attractions easy. The management was very responsive and provided us with three pack and plays and two high chairs. The only complaint was no a/c (which was clear in the property description). The condo was cool in the mornings and lots of fans were provided, but sleeping at night and for afternoon naps would have been better with a/c.

New Found Oasis!
This is my family’s second visit to Utah, first in Deer Valley/Park City. What an amazing place. What an amazing state!!! We were so pleased with the three bedroom condo we so luckily discovered. Perfectly located within the town, yet tucked away enough to see wildlife (moose, various birds,etc) and a huge grassy/wooded area for the kids to go out and explore or play. The condo was so well stocked! Everything you could imagine needing was there! My wife immediately fell in love with the town and the condo and was already planning future trips for both summer and winter activities. The management was super friendly, responsive and extremely accommodating. You get the entire package with this place!

Amazing property close to snow park. Easy access to snow park and Park City via free shuttle service. The property was very clean and the manager very responsive. Planning to be back next year. Would highly recommend the property.

Beautiful property, lovely stay
We couldn't have asked for a better vacation home for our stay in Park City! It was beautiful inside and out, clean, and well maintained. The view from both the front and back of the townhome is stunning and the kids in our families loved playing out in the yard behind the house and fishing in the pond. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Location Great but ruined by undisclosed conditions
The townhouse is adequately furnished and the kitchen and bathrooms are spacious and had nice finishes. The inside furniture is ok but the outside patio furniture should have been replaced years ago. Dirty, stained, & cigarette holes. We bought sheets to cover the filthy cushions. While the kitchen and bathrooms appeared to be cleaned prior to our arrival the windows were filthy both inside and out and the hanging globe lights in the kitchen were covered with dirt and grease inside and out. The entry door mats looked like they hadn't been cleaned or swept in years and cob webs were hanging all over the exterior lights and walls. While all of that was disappointing the real problem with this property was the property management....or lack there of. First of all they failed to inform us that the unit next door, literally on the other side of the wall was undergoing a COMPLETE GUT REHAB!! We reserved this place for 4 WEEKS! Nearly every day for 4 weeks we were awakened by hammering, sawing, drilling, etc. And, it lasted all day Monday thru Friday. After several days of trying to contact the property manager I finally received a call and was told if we wanted to leave they would refund the rent for any unused days. we were already two weeks into our stay and I said I doubted we could find anything on short notice that would meet our needs. When I told him that if we had been informed of the construction project next door we would have rescheduled He said they didn't know about the project. That wasn't true because we were told by the neighbors that the renters prior to our arrival told them that they were given a rent reduction because of the noise. That concession was never offered to us. We finally left early because we couldn't take the noise and disruption any longer. Bottom line....Deer Valley is awesome and fawn Grove is very nice but we would NEVER deal with this property management outfit again. Rent at your own peril!!!!!

This is a wonderful condo with many benefits, especially the hot tub and steam room! The kitchen was very well equipped, as we cooked many meals. The owners were very responsive and flexible, highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful Property!
We had a wonderful time at Fawngrove. The home is very comfortable and the location is perfect for skiing Deer Valley as well as enjoying Park City. Loved the steam shower!! There were only a couple of minor issues. Upon check-in we were told to drive up to the garage and would automatically open. However, a code was needed which one of the neighbors were gracious enough to provide. Also the hot tub was not working. The private hot tub was one of the reasons we chose this property. The management company quickly responded. However, it took 2 more days before it was usable. So we only had use 2 out of 5 days. Very disappointing. This, however, we feel is no reflection on the property itself, but on the management company that should have verified that it was in top condition prior to our arrival. Overall our experience was very positive and will definitely look into staying in the same location on our next trip to PC.

Amazing location and perfect mountain escape
Pictures simple do not do this place justice. The property is AMAZING. There were 6 of us total and plenty of room. The steam shower and hot tub were a perfect addition to the weekend. Check in process was simply and owners were very responsive and friendly. I will definitely be booking this place again.

Upscale but warm and comfortable "ski lodge" feel.
Overall, a very lovely condo. Great response to questions and needs while we were there. Two problems were that the downstairs queen bed desperately needs replaced (Massive sag in the middle), and the dining room chairs are wobbling. They need some maintenance. The kitchen was awesome. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner etc. and it worked great for being away from home. We were 6 adults, and aside from the one bed and kitchen chairs, it was a lovely stay.

Very nice townhouse
This townhouse was large and inviting. It was clean and basically well stocked. The windows were dirty as well as the upstairs balconies but the inside was clean. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom was worn out and needs replacement along with all the bed pillows. The rest of the furniture was good. There wasn’t any propane in the tank for the grill. It seemed , probably because of Covid that few, if anyone had stayed there since February, so a bit more attention to the details would have been nice. It is in a lovely location and good value for the price.

We stayed during the Sundance Film Festival 2020. The owner was very responsive to questions and requests. The condo is spacious. We would definitely stay again.

This condo is well represented by the pictures. It has top if the line finishes, modern decor and is well stocked. Me, my 4 children and my parents spent 5 nights here in August. The condo was very comfortable for us and very clean. Instructions nd communication from owners was clear. The condo complex is conveniently located near deer valley and park city. Very happy with our stay!!

Wow!! First Class Home and Service!!
This was our first VRBO as a family and it could not have been better! We are a family of 5 and this home and the service we received from the management company blew us away. First, the management company, Elevation Lodges, came to the home the day we arrived to greet us and tell us about all the amazing activities for the kids (I recommend being there on a Sunday for the festival on Main Street). The views of the mountains from the cozy outdoor furniture could not have been more perfect. We bought food from the grocery store (another great recommendation from Elevation Lodges) and grilled outside which was very cool. The bathrooms feel like a spa and every detail from TV instructions to tags next to each light explaining what each one turned on, made us all feel like Elevation Lodges had thought of everything. Coming from living in a fast pace city to the luxuries of Park City made us question whether we are living in the right city! :) Thank you thank you and we will be back....
