We will receive you in this beautiful apartment type T2 hyper bright 40 M2, ideally located in the heart of the city, 5 square Fishmonger in St. Malo intramural.
You can enjoy the calm of this beautiful historic square which is located 50 m from the center of the city.
This completely renovated apartment has been tastefully decorated, very comfortable, it has been furnished on the theme of travel.
it is perfectly soundproof, hyper clear with these 3 through windows that bring a very high brightness.
The apartment is located on the 5th and last floor, with a lift.
Without vis-à-vis, the apartment by its orientation is constantly sunny, it will allow you to admire the charms of the corsair city in peace.
The apartment is as follows:
- A spacious kitchen totally equipped with among others
dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, crockery and cutlery etc.....
- A bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine.
- The very spacious toilets are separated from the bathroom, are equipped with a hand washing and a VMC.
- A living room - living room with sofa bed, coffee table, table and chairs, big screen TV, internet by wifi.
- A room with a bed of 140 (the bedding is in perfect condition)
- Wall cupboards allow easy and convenient storage.
- The heating is individual and adjustable by room thermostat
The linen is not provided, but following many requests an optional linen service has been put in place.
The complete kit proposed consists of:
Duvet house, pillow case, house sheet, towel, bath towel, shower mat, tea towel.
The cost of this kit is 40 € per person.

Lovely....

We really enjoyed our stay here and would gladly return. It is a beautiful apartment, easy to access and the owners were very welcoming and helpful. We had a small hiccup in the beginning and Patrick came back immediately and fixed it. We were very happy with the stay.

Super cosy, convenient and well appointed

A very comfy property. Well located in the old town, easy in and out, everything you need within minutes. Spacious, very clean with up to date appliances and fittings. The kitchen was super well set out plenty of anything you needed to cook etc. We took full advantage of all the property had to offer. A great rental. In fact it’s much bigger than the website pictures tend to indicate. I’m glad I booked it months ago. Very accommodating and organised owners, everything from check in to check out uncomplicated and easy. Parking this time of year was no issue. Even the expensive parking was down to €7 for 24 hours. Highly recommended. We will be back.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'emplacement est idéal ! L'appartement est très bien agencé et la propreté est au rendez-vous. Seul petit bémol, le matelas est un peu creusé.. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésitation !

Über den Dächern von Saint-Malo

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche mitten im Herzen der Stadt verbracht, und man ist fußläufig dennoch in drei Minuten am Meer. Das Appartement ist sinnvoll und durchdacht mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, tiptop in Ordnung und obwohl es in Saint-Malo und Umgebung so vieles zu sehen und unternehmen gibt, sind wir immer gerne in die ruhige Wohnung mit einer ebenso ruhigen, äußerst angenehmen Nachbarschaft zurück gekommen und haben uns darin gerne aufgehalten. Absolute Empfehlung!

Emplacement excellent

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. L'emplacement est un atout et le propriétaire nous a bien accueilli. S'il fallait faire quelques améliorations, je proposerai d'accroître et d'harmoniser la vaisselle et les couverts, sinon c'était impeccable. Les locataires doivent prévoir à garer la voiture sur les parkings en proximité.

Great location and very quaint apartment

This was a perfect location. Very comfortable, and clean place with all the necessary amenities. Great jumping off point to many other towns and interesting places. Thank you Patrick for the tip on the boat ride to Dinard! It was Spectacular!

Bel appartement intra-muros

Accueil cordial, logement très agréable, bien équipé (cuisine full option, grande douche, production d'eau chaude parfaite, Wc séparé, bonne literie, ... ). Immeuble calme. Très propre. Un peu froid les premières 24h, probablement pas de locataire avant nous, l'atmosphère a mis du temps pour se réchauffer.

I loved the apartment. It is right in the center of the city, which is amazing. It is close to the beach, about a 5 minute walk. And the apartment was perfect. Plenty big enough and very clean. The building is quiet. I loved listening the the cathedral bells that are close by. To me, I rate both the apartment and the hosts 5 stars.

Location idéale! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Location idéale car: - située intra-muros et donc à proximité de toutes les commodités (commerces, restaurants, plages, porte Saint-Vincent pour récupérer un bus si on n'est pas véhiculé); - très calme et très lumineux car au 5ème et dernier étage (mais avec ascenseur!); - appartement très propre et très bien équipé; - couchage parfait pour 2 couples ou, comme c'était notre cas, un couple avec un enfant; - très bon accueil des propriétaires (nous n'en avons pas eu besoin, mais possibilité de les contacter pendant le séjour en cas de besoin) et des goélands (à ne pas nourrir) pour ceux qui les apprécient comme nous. Nous relouerons cet appartement pour un prochain séjour à Saint-Malo.

Licht appartement in het hart van Middeleeuws St.Malo

Begin augustus 2018 hebben we 3 dagen gebruik gemaakt van dit mooie, lichte appartementje met uitzicht over de daken van Middeleeuws St. Malo. De inrichting is gezellig, goed onderhouden en schoon. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig, maar er zijn zoveel restaurants om de hoek dat we niet hebben gekookt. De ontvangst door Patrick en zijn vrouw was erg hartelijk. Geschikt voor 1 of 2 personen. Met de kleinste lift die we ooit hebben gezien.

Brittany vacation

Beautiful, clean, recently renovated and well situated. The parking is an issue but we were able to find some at about 10 minutes walk. Of note: there is no issues if you are before 9:00 or after 20:00. The owners were wonderful and provided us with numerous , valuable advices. Would definitely return. PS. St-Malo is noisy until about 22:30, then the seaguls might wake you up but it's part of the charm of this great city

Superb Appartment in Saint-Malo

Superb and immaculate apartment with good lift to the 5th floor. Very light, comfortable and airy. Well equipped and highly recommended. Good value parking outside the intra muros, on street by the sea. Close to all restaurants, shops and bars.. View of cathedral spire
