Located on the hills of Nice, in Saint André de la Roche, in a residential, secure and quiet area, overlooking the city of Nice, with panoramic views of the city, La Baie des Anges, Le Cap d'Antibes, this small new apartment , arranged in a flirtatious way or everything is new, furniture, linen, bedding, household appliances has a main room with dining area, sleeping in comfortable sofa, wardrobe closet, linen closet and an independent kitchen, fully equipped. Its bathroom has a vanity unit, a WC and a shower cabin. It is located on the ground floor of a villa, with a small garden where you can, while contemplating the view, enjoy your stay in a sunny setting, decorated with Mediterranean plants. You can sunbathe there, out of sight. In the evening, installed in the deckchairs, you will appreciate the cool while admiring the city lights. A feast for the eyes. Très joli studio. Très bien équipé, électroménager quasi neuf, extérieur magnifique avec vue sur la mer. Endroit très calme. Hôte très accueillante et discrète. Un vrai lit serait un petit plus. Mais séjour parfait !

Des proprietaires discrets mais avec une communication facile. De belles ballades au soleil. Conduite de Montagne. De bonnes pizzas au restaurant camion tout proche. Pas d epicerie ou boulanger dans le village.

Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen und die Vermieter waren sehr höflich. Es gab sogar ab und an etwas leckeres zu Essen aus dem Garten. :-) Kann ich sehr empfehlen!

Nous avons passer un très bon séjour dans les collines de Nice l'appartement et très propre et fonctionnels avec tous les équipements nécessaire, vaisselle,four,frigo,lave vaisselle, aspirateur ballet etc... Éliane et une personne très agréable et très discrète que nous remercions grandement pour son accueil plus que chaleureux.

Temps de repos très agréable !

Gite très agréable, propre et fonctionnel ! Les transats et le petit vent de la mer étaient un régal pour ce temps de repos ainsi que les ballades aux alentours. Eliane Tharon est une hôte très sympathique et très discrète, choses très appréciables lorsque nous louons dans une villa où les propriétaires y habitent ! Le jardin méditerranéen est très joli ainsi que la vue ! Je recommande vivement !

Vue féerique encore plus belle que sur les photos, le calme, la nature... Nous avons adoré 🤩🤩🤩

Parfait pour un couple, le studio est neuf et très bien agencé. Nous avons passée une merveilleuse semaine, les propriétaires sont aux petits soins et très discret, ce petit nid d'amour est un havre de paix que vous ne regretterez pas de choisir. Nous reviendrons c'est certain ! Merci encore, Florian et Sandrine.

Pour se reposer c'est l'idéal

Nous avons passé cinq semaines pour des raisons de déplacement professionnel dans cette location. L'agencement de l'appartement est très bien pensé, décoré et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. L'environnement est magnifique et surtout très calme pour un repos assuré. La propriétaire est d'une très grande gentillesse et toujours disposée à vous rendre service ou à vous communiquer le bon plan pour les ballades ou autres. Il faut simplement se familiariser avec les petites routes étroites et sinueuses pour arriver là-haut. N'hésitez pas et profitez en bien.

Pour passer de très bonnes vacances

Nous venons de passer une semaine en mai 2012 dans ce charmant studio très bien agencé tout est neuf bien entretenu avec une vue superbe sue la baie des anges.A rajouter l'accueil très chaleureux d'Eliane qui nous guide dès notre arrivée et laisse à dispositions de nombreux documents;bref tout est prévu pour profiter pleinement de ce séjour dans une région paradisiaque. Si nous revenons à Nice nous louerons chez Eliane.

pour passer de très bonnes vacances
