My husband and I loved your condominium. Thank you for sharing. It was a beautiful location. Everything was available and within driving distance to all the things that we needed beach access and swimming pool were wonderful. The chairs were a great help. Also, the little things that you left in the condo such as extra chairs and the bracelets for the swimming pool and all the things in the kitchen, etc., very well stocked place thanks we will be back.

Very spacious Condo!

We loved how spacious this condo was! We loved how big the balcony was and I enjoyed reading on the lounge chair. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. There were no seasonings like salt/pepper for cooking; so I would recommend buying any seasonings that you will need for your stay. We loved that this condo came with beach service! Michael was so helpful and friendly, always moving our umbrella for us depending on the sun. You do need to go down to the beach and reserve your spot for your entire stay- so do that right when you get to condo (just give your room #). Once spot is reserved, you don't have to worry about getting up early to get your spot on the beach as they are already set up for you :) The condo was very quiet and residents were friendly. Pool area was very nice and heated. Surrounding area was a little run down, however, if you are planning on staying at the beach most of the time it's perfect because its more quiet. Lots of things for kids to do nearby. Highly recommend this condo for the cleanliness, size, amenities and best of all the BEACH!

Great Vaction

We have traveled to Panama City Beach for over 7 years. We always stay at Sterling Beach Condos. We LOVED this unit and can't wait until next year. It was very easy to communicate with the owners. The unit was clean upon our arrival. The décor and layout was perfect for our family. The beach chairs and boogie boards supplied were an extra bonus!

This was our second time staying in this beautiful condo. My husband and I were there for 3 days and then we were joined by our son and daughter in law. This condo has everything you need for the beach....chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, umbrella, etc. We ate dinner in 3 nights (eating and watching the sunset from the balcony, what’s better than that?) and ate out the other nights. We played games in the evening at the huge table. Beds are super comfortable, we slept great! Made use of the exercise room multiple times and the pool was just delightful! Sterling Beach Resort is located close to all the restaurants and businesses my family loves to patronize. This is a great place to stay, we already have this condo booked for November for a quick getaway!

A great Condo in a super location

My family and I enjoyed the condo. It is located in the quiet part of PCB...which was great! The owner was available to answer any questions I had. We overall had a good time.

Nice renovations

The owners were quick to help when we had a problem with our parking pass. Unit was very clean and well equipped. Only concerns were a shortage of towels/wash cloths - only 3 per bathroom and not an abundance of hot water. I tried to use the jacuzzi, but couldn’t get enough hot water to fill it up.

Great Vacation

The condo was perfect for our vacation and had everything we needed. The beach toys and chairs were especially great for our child. The only thing I didn’t love was the general area - the restaurants nearby were all touristy and overpriced. We ended up cooking most of the time so it wasn’t a big deal. The condo was still great, though. It was very easy to get to the beach and enjoy the sun and sand.
