Accommodation (90m²)

Ground floor: An open plan living, dining, kitchen area (with full cooking facilities). The living area has a fireplace, and French windows that open onto a large verandah with patio furniture. 1 twin bedroom, ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi and French windows open onto a terrace.

First floor: An open staircase leads up to 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath tub and 1 storage area for suitcases.

Outside
An asphalt drive leads up from the village of Agios Nikitas to the villas Olea, Kiparissi and Thalia. Situated on different levels, natural stone walls, olive trees, shrubs, climbers and cacti surround each villa to create privacy.

The villa has it's own parking space, private swimming pool with patio and furniture.
The large patio has patio furniture, a cloam oven and a BBQ.
Villa Olea sits on the highest level out of the three. It has uninterrupted sea views and the pool and a shady umbrella to sit under and relax enjoying fresh coffee with breakfast whilst overlooking this view, and listening to the birds of prey "mewing" in the background above the hills. Is perfect! At lunchtime a refreshing cool breeze arrives and dies down just as the sun is about to set.
